The hotel definitely exceded my expectations in all aspects. Very professional hospitality by employees and staff. I already have plans to stay in the hotel again.

I was at the US Open Tennis and this hotel is ideal for that purpose. Their location is just 10/15 minutes away from Billie Jean King center and about the same time from the LaGuardia airport. The best part of the deal is they provide a shuttle to drop and pick you from the event. Considering how late the matches go, it is an absolutely a blessing. It is a no frills hotel, clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

One of my friends who had a different room did find cockroaches.

They tried hard to please. They knew name and room number. They fixed door lock issue immediately. Rooms were nice size and updated. Breakfast buffet was excellent, Parking garage and location were perfect for the tennis center and easy walk to subway and restaurants.Shuttle was a nice help as well.

The room was very nice and clean. Went for the U.S. Open, very close to the venue. They offer a shuttle to the Open, but the vans can be a bit crowded. We actually used Lyft because the fair was no more than $7 and we had the vehicle to ourselves.

The bathrooms are dated. Although the bathroom was clean, the bath tub was extremely old and permanently stained. Lysol spray is always my go to!!

Het was een oke kamer tegen een oke prijs. Op zich alle voorzieningen voorhanden incl. ijs op de gang.

Het doet wat rundown aan, maar is op zich prima. De afstand tot de stad is behoorlijk en in de buurt is niet veel.

It was a good location walkinh distance to transport and shops. Loadd of local eating and shopping options and it had a good breakfast.

We booked our accommodation based on facilities due to having a special needs child with food adversities that make it easier for us to cook rather than to go out to eat, having a full kitchen is a must. When I went to see what kitchen gadgets there were to plan and shop for our dinner after arrival I noted there was literally nothing in any draws or cupboards. I went to reception to ask about kitchen appliances to be told the kitchens had (since I booked) been decommissioned and there was zero prior notice of this. I was told (with attitude) all they could offer was paper plates and photos had been updated on their website to not show the kitchen now.. On top of this, the air-conditioning only worked in 1 room making for an extremely uncomfortable night. When this was brought up, it was addressed in a timely manner and we had a much more comfortable 2nd night, however not being aware of the kitchen situation was extremely frustrating for a family that requires it as I would have sourced alternative accommodation had I known.

This property was close to the airport and had shuttle service . The hotel staff were friendly and polite. The breakfast was a good value , and the staff were on top of it, with great service.

The equipment is too old, the sound insulation of the windows is not good, and it is so noisy that I can‘t sleep at night.

The hotel was quite clean, with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

There were a few issues during our stay. First, the front desk employee did not reserve the airport shuttle for us, even though I specifically asked him to do so and he told me that it had been arranged. I’m not sure what he actually did, but fortunately there were still seats available on the shuttle, so we were able to get to the airport on time. Another issue was a strange and unpleasant smell near the elevator leading to the suites. There is an old cart in the hallway near that elevator, and it seemed like it might be the source of the terrible odor. The elevator also took quite a long time to arrive. Overall, these issues made the stay less pleasant than it could have been.

I enjoyed tbreakfast but I would have like the menu to possibly change not to have same items each day.

Very helpful staff at the front desk, a plentiful breakfast buffet with an attentive wait staff, a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport and Citi Field and the hotel was in very close and easy walking distance to shopping, many restaurants and mass transportation.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the carpet around the bed, nearest to the window had a certain smell or odor that at times could be unpleasant.i

We kregen een gratis upgrade naar een grotere kamer. De bedden zijn groot en liggen lekker, fijne douche en alles is heel schoon. Personeel is vriendelijk en de kamer wordt heel netjes schoongehouden. De locatie ligt heel dicht bij veel restaurants en winkels en op loopafstand van de trein en metro. Ook was er zelfs een brengservice toen we naar een evenement in de wijk toe gingen.

De airco werkt goed, maar het geluid is wel wat hard. In de suite is er geen servies of bestek in de keuken te vinden, dit was wel handig geweest. Maar verder een superfijn verblijf gehad hier!

The shower head was not adjustable and wouldn’t move so it was hard to take a comfortable shower. It was pointed towards the wall which made no sense. We made it work as best as possible.

The staff members were extremely helpful and very polite.

The mattress could’ve been a little firm. Too soft for my back pain but that’s just me personally.

The room was clean and spacious.

The beds were very uncomfortable.

The up grade to a suit was fantastic, and the location to the public transport was very convenient.

Check-in was excellent, except there was no place to park temporarily while doing it. The room was clean and had all of the expected facilities. The TV even had Fox Business channel, which is not the case at many hotels.

The biggest problem was the combination of jet noise from the airport and street noise. I asked for a "quiet room, if possible", but apparently it wasn't possible. The parking garage entrance was so narrow that it took about 3-4 minutes to get down the ramp safely. And don't even think about using it without the required pre-reservation. Also, no place to park for a few minutes while checking in. For a longer stay, it would have been physically difficult to watch the TV from anywhere other than the bed. (The only chair was on the other end of the room and too massive to move.)

The room is very clean and quite. The stuff is very helpful. The lobby area is beautifully decorated.

Parking can be tricky. There is an option for valet parking at the hotel.

Best hotel in the area

I only liked the size & quality of room, nothing else.

Breakfast was terrible. They did not have enough varieties of breakfast. There are no donuts, no pastries/danish, no pancake/waffles, no yogurts, etc. I strongly won't encourage anybody to stay in this hotel, if they desire to have good breakfast. The breakfast is very low standard as compared to you pay the tremendously high price for your room. Parking was terrible. I drove my minivan all the way from Washington DC area. I did not get any single parking in that area. The hotel had one space at the time of my check-in. But, the entrance to go to the basement parking space is so narrow that I did not have any courage to go there. The hotel does not have any free parking space for their guests. Even there are no free parking around, I was ready to pay high parking price, but I did not get a single space even for paying very high price within few blocks around. Then, eventually I had to drive for an hour just for parking my car in front of my relative's home, then took subway train to get to hotel. I had to do this same trouble for two nights. Even the subway/train station is far away from hotel. I strongly won't encourage anybody to stay in this hotel, if they drive from out of town and want to park near hotel.

Room was an odd layout (first room you entered was a big long open space with a sofa and TV at the far end). I think these used to be apartments that were converted into a hotel, with the living area now looking sparse, with the bedroom in a separate room.

Checked in on Tuesday before my cruise. The checking in process was smooth and fast since I prepaid before staying. Our room had 2 comfy double beds, desk and a chair. The air conditioner keeps the room at a comfortable temperature (it was 90 degrees outside). Our room was on the 8th floor and we had 2 windows with great shades that kept the light out. The hotel had a nice clean smell to it. The room was cleaned and the beds were made amazing They were cleaning the sidewalk outside in the morning We did the parking in the basement they were extremely helpful and we had to retrieve a few items and the attendees made sure we were going to the correct car. They checked our claim ticket and walked us to the car.

Hot water and water pressure excellent. desk staff nice. The hotel has an asian influence. The wall paper looked old but floors and carpet newer. we had a Kitchen in our room that was unexpected. Full size refrigerator and stove as well as micro wave and dishwasher. also full size sink. cabinets. No dishes or silverware . There was a parking garage for 30 dollars per day. We parked on the street. some parking areas on the street had no charge over night. There was an iron, iron board and hair dryer. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion were provided. The is a deposit that was refunded of 200 dollars.

Tub floor had stains from an old bath mat. room size is great but windows are awkward in there placement. well covered with shades and curtains.

Stayed here one night to attend an event nearby. Friendly staff, clean room, no noise. Highly recommend. Only minor criticism is breakfast (included) could have more and better options. But still 5 stars and would stay here again.

Location was OK but not the best. 10 minutes walk from the subway. Plenty of Chinese and Korean restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel but practically no option for any other cuisine.

Every part of the hotel was super clean. Our suite was so comfortable and decorated to feel like home. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The dining room was classy and felt somewhat European. My husband and I walked around the neighborhood and found many places to eat. I highly recommend Marco Hotels and Suites.

The hotel was good, the location was kinda hard to get to (because we had to find parking elsewhere and then walk a mile with our suitcases to the hotel) which we weren’t used to. It was nice near downtown and it was so cool they had a kpop nation pop up!

In the photos we thought we were getting an oven (which was is the apartment and photos, but not operational) so that was a bummer because we bought oven stuff to go with it. Also one elevator was challenging. It also didn’t come with breakfast and water for first night was free but not the others, very weird.

The breakfast area requires some upgrades, and the same goes for the quality of the breakfast.

My trip was 7 nights but I booked for 2 nights to try. Everything is good except their air conditioning is tool old with loud engine noise running that impossible to sleep. I recorded video and would like to ask for refund.

What I liked was that it was in a great location and very clean. Front desk staff very nice and helpful.

The reason I did not give this hotel a 10 was because of a misleading note found on booking.com. I do not know if fault of hotel or fault of booking.com. The online view of hotel says breakfast. This to me says included but apparently not. There was an additional 21 dollar fee for each guest to have breakfast there. Booking sites have to state in very simple words “breakfast included” or “breakfast available but not included.” When a site says breakfast it usually means included. The $42 extra for 2 people would have affected my stay there and I probably would not have booked there. Not to diminish the fact that this is a fabulous hotel, clean, impressive and friendly. The breakfast issue is why I didn’t give it a 10. Is it fault of hotel or booking.com? Just a helpful note to travelers!!
