This hotel was perfect! The staff were incredible-helpful and professional. The room was so clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was outstanding! I love the location in the heart of Flushing-convenient and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Spoke with Romaine C, the gen mgr because I needed to cancel unexpectedly. Explained to him I am a Veteran and have medical documentation I can send because I was experiencing a medical issue. He yelled at me and said he doesn’t care that I am a Veteran and he will not refund me the money. Said he has a 48 hr cancellation policy and will not make any exceptions. Contacted Wyndham and nothing was resolved. As a longtime Wyndham member I will never stay at any of there properties. The disrespectful manner in which Romaine C spoke to me and to say he doesn’t care I am a Veteran was insulting.

Great view of Manhattan and the planes departing LaGuardia. Rooms were clean and the staff were helpful! Would stay there again.

No parking anywhere

The room was clean and on a high floor, which I'd hoped for. The room was small but had what I needed.

The air conditioner was loud and needs updating. The duvet was ridiculously thick for summer – I had to take it off the bed. The curtains were long and, when closed, covered the air conditioner vent, so I had bunch them up on the window sill – not good room design! I was charged over $500 for one night – not surprising for World Cup finals weekend with weather-related air traffic cancellations causing all hotels to price-gauge that night. But it was an insane amount of money for this 3-star hotel.

The hotel's close proximity to the airport, combined with the exceptional cleanliness of the room and the efficiency in providing last-minute accommodations, made the experience truly outstanding.

Chris. He was the gentleman at the front desk. He was calm, patient, honest And had a good spirit about him.

The woman at breakfast. She was rude, and invaded my partners and I personal space while trying to serve ourselves breakfast. She immediately stood over us to ensure we didn’t misplace or make a Mess as if we were children. She was extremely bitter and rude.

Wonderful staff and so understanding and kind to neurodiverse people under stress from traveling. The level of kindness was so much appreciated by me and my son who they helped through a difficult time.

Excellent, breakfast was amazing, and the service as well.

We took two rooms, both were spotless. all is kept clean and very comfortable. The train is close by so you can get anywhere from there. The area feels safe.

Convenient for an overnight stay flying via New York, and short taxi ride to La Guardia (hotel staff booked taxi for us). Bed was incredibly comfortable & room clean & well equipped. Checked out very early so can’t comment on breakfast quality

The facility is much older than the photos show. The breakfast is very basic and not worth it value. The staff is not helpful at all.

Excellent place to stay in Flushing. I was here for 4 nights and everything was great. Room very clean, bed very comfortable, shower hot and strong. Location brilliant...easy to get into Manhattan. Area rou d hotel was safe and interesting. Great restaurants available. Just want to acknowledge the staff who are very friendly, helpful and warm. And they have earl grey tea for breakfast which made my morning !!!

The staff were very kind and helpful. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Our flight got in early and left late Sunday, they held our bags while we enjoyed the last day exploring NY before our flight home so we weren't hauling our luggage everywhere. Enjoyed the over-all stay.

Good location and our room view was surprisingly good (though windows could use to be cleaned), beds were comfortable and when we needed extra towels/blankets they were provided promptly. All staff we interacted with was very friendly.

I paid in full upon check-in, but a few days later discovered I had been charged again, which caused my account to be overdrafted. I went to the front desk to inquire and was told it was a mistake by night audit. I understand mistakes happen, but this was a huge inconvenience/stress during my trip, and I was told there was no way to resolve it prior to check-out. No compensation whatsoever was offered for this trouble. A few other smaller issues: There was food left from a previous guest in the fridge. The water also took extremely long to get hot when trying to wash hands or shower. When we returned after check-out to get our bags, we asked to use the restroom which was downstairs; while there, we could hear some employees very agressively yelling/arguing to the point it was a bit frightening.

Friendly staff at front desk, clean rooms, excellent housekeeping! I liked the hotel location, loved Flushing.

Very clean room. Good complimentary breakdast. Cheerful housekeeping staff. Bar soap instead of liquid. Great location to restaurants, subway and buses.

Shower had some mold and mildew.

Walking distance to Tangram mall, sporting events, public transportation, and food from several parts of Asia-Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Korean. Close to LGA. Friendly housekeeping staff. Clean room. Working heater. The hot water takes a couple minutes to warm up but after that, it is good to go. Daily hot breakfast included.

I really liked this hotel overall. The girls at the reception were very pleasant and kind. They helped us with all our questions. After check-out, we were also able to leave our luggage there. As for the deposit, they returned it to us immediately. The breakfast was tasty too, although it was the same every day. Even so, everything was great. The elevator also worked well, and there weren’t too many people. And the Wi-Fi works very well too.

The only thing I didn’t like was the location. It smelled a little, and it was a bit far from the center.

My stay at Ramada by Wyndham was amazing, very comfortable. The hotel is located in a great place, Flushing Queens in New York city. It is well connected with Manhattan by train. The room we got was really comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. The food was delicious. It is an ideal place for people visiting New York. Thanks Ramada ❤️

It was so nice and clean and everyone was nice

Location was great, walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The room was clean. I booked a room with double queen beds, spacious with two working desks. I also enjoyed the service a lot, although I didn’t want any room cleaning during my 4-day stay, the front desk was very attentive and responsive.

The lady at the breakfast was not very friendly. I avoid talking to her.

There is no parking and the website didn't mention that parking was so hard to get. Also i got a parking ticket. And there was no body was in the bathroom I was left to used the shampoo to shower with.

The hotel accommodation was really great and superseded my expectations. Was greeted by the attending receptionist Jimmy who was polite, friendly and accommodating. The room was really big, inviting and comfortable. Parking is a bit of nuance though.

Clean and quiet

When booking the property there is no indication of the type of room being reserved. Upon arrival when requesting for a previous room we have stayed in, we were informed that that room would have an upgrade fee because it was on a higher floor and rooms considered newly renovated (stayed in other rooms on lower floors and not such a difference, just an new shower no tub. However we were charged +<$50 extra per night of our stay of a week (this fee is also overpriced; although we prepaid our stay, we had to pay the additional fee due to last minute availability. Property should indicate their room rates and options specifically when marketing either on their site or through third party sites. We travel nearly weekly and have chosen to stay elsewhere to avoid last minute confusion.

Otelde kahvaltıda çeşit az ve hep aynı ürünler servis ediliyor. Otelin bulunduğu bölgede genel olarak canlı, asyalıların yoğun olarak yaşadığı bir bölge. Asya mutfağına düşkün olanlar son derece memnun kalacaktır. Biz de Uygur restoranlarını deneyimledik. Süperdi. Herhangi bir olumsuz deneyim yaşamadık.
