The Parc Hotel

La ubicación está excelente, una recomendación sería que el personal del front desk hablé español. Cumplió expectativas, limpian la habitación todos los días. El desayuno no es muy variado. La estación del tren está a7 minutos y el parque Citi Fied ubica a 10 minutos a pie y a una parada en el tren.

Pueden mejorar en la variedad del desayuno.

"Breakfast" room was huge! Wasn't expecting that. The coffee and juices were tasty. The waffles were tasty as well. My husband is Gluten Free. He had a glass of juice and a banana. "Staff" upon checkin, we were upgraded to a suite and that was wonderful news! "Location" convenient! We were going to the US Open Sunday 8/23. Easy uber. I would not recommend walking there. Best "Surprise" was the Tiki Rooftop bar- the bartender was crafty and cared about each cocktail he made! He was the reason we came back on a second time. That and the views of the sunset and the NYC skyline were impressive to say the least! What a gem! If we return to the US open, we will return to the Parc Hotel.

Unavoidable noise of airplanes on the first day from the airport. Luckily the second day the flight pattern changed and there was less noise.

It was a nice room and services were well provided. Hotel staff were kind and easy to talk with to help you through and or ask questions you don't know.

What I didn't like and brought the cleanliness down was the fact that after my sheet happen to slide off i seen a massive yellow stain on the sheet i was sleeping on, as well as the rooms you could hear everything else around you so its not very quite.

It was convenient to citifield, it was clean, comfortable, the breakfast was decent, more than I was expecting, honestly. Staff was excellent, and extremely helpful

How close it was to the airport. Definitely gave me a bit of anxiety seeing the planes flying so low near the buildings.

The staff was very accommodating and easy to talk to about any of my concerns, like the lack of convenient parking. The bar on the roof was cool.

Finding the hotel was not easy. The lack of a regular parking lot should have been mentioned somewhere in the advertisement for the hotel. There were about 12 parking spaces under the building that I was finally able to enter after numerous phone calls to different phone numbers that were never answered. When I finally arrived at the front desk I was told there was parking at a mall across the street. The breakfast was adequate but I expected more with the price. The room was pleasant with a nice view but the coffee machine needed directions.

The hotel is located in an incredibly bad neighborhood, and the building itself is small and filthy. To make matters worse, there is zero property parking. You have to pay an outrageous $28 a day for a crowded, off-site parking garage and then walk a full block back to the building in an unsafe area. The absolute breaking point was when my boyfriend was robbed at gunpoint right in front of the hotel, just outside our room. He was physically attacked and bleeding all over the lobby. When I ran inside and begged the front desk clerk to call the police, she was unbelievably rude, completely lacked empathy, and literally rolled her eyes at me before placing the call. Not a single staff member asked if he needed medical help or a towel while he was bleeding right in front of them. The police were called, and we checked out that exact same night. The staff is cruel, the rooms are disgusting, and the location is life-threatening. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your safety.

My Husband and I went to Mets game and the Hotel is a great location . You can walk to Citi field.

What I didn't like was the hotel run down. On the website said roof top bar. That wasn't a bar it's run down bar. The outside patio was a joke.. Cigarette butts . The room itself was small . The bathroom floor was very sticky.

The property was located close to transit, good walking areas, and the room was normal, but clean with free soap and toiletries. They also had an average breakfast bar.

Most of the staff were not helpful in answering questions, completing check-in, or simply being custodial. The tv was smaller than a microwave and the channels froze.

Reasonably -prized accommodation in a Chinese-dominant community, with convttrandport connection to downtown.

The breakfast was instigator: not much choice and unorderly.

No TV for 2nights. However, the moment we advised they brought a new TV within 1hr we had all the networks. So not a complaint but definitely great service.

The manager helped on the last day and the location was close to transportation but near the freeway.

It was really dark in the hallways, the carpeting had a string order, no First-Aid kit at the hotel, and reception was not friendly.

The hotel was a great place to stay! The staff was very friendly when helping us get set up with parking there. Being close to Flushing and the train was also super convenient. Overall it was great, especially for the price too!

The room and hotel in general were clean and well kept. Comfortable bed, good breakfast and exercise room (a plus, but I didn't use due to time constraints).

Our shower had a LOT of mold. Room was outdated. Wifi kept cutting off so we couldnt even watch TV. Room definitely wasnt cleaned properly. There was lots of dust and cobwebs on the ceiling and walls. The floor was wet? The bathroom floors werent clean. The shower wasnt clean, there was hair and mold. Ironing board was disgusting. Also, the continental breakfast consisted of boiled eggs(not peeled), bread to make toast, the waffle batter wasnt working and the lady that was there refused to help us. So we took it apart to get the batter out ourselves. Cheerios and frosted flakes and a few questionable apples. It was pretty sad. The main reason we booked this hotel, was for the price and for the included breakfast. We've never stayed somewhere that had a continental breakfast that was lacking so bad. This seems to be an ongoing issue because now that Ive gone back and read others reviews, there are a lot of people saying the same thing. Make some changes and add more stuff! Also, the bed was super uncomfortable and the walls/door was paper thin. We were right by the elevator so we heard people coming and going all night. We were on the 5th floor but could still hear the outside noise all the time too.

Needs more storage within rooms to store clothing and belongings for a longer stay. A microwave would be very helpful in rooms for longer stays. Some variety in the breakfast, could change a few things on a few days each week. The breakfast got very mundane after eating the same things for 2 weeks.

Very poorly maintained hotel building. I had the worse experience possible. Guest safety is their least priority. They really need to ensure basic safety condition of the hotel. Poor services overall.

The property was close to where I needed to be and that was about it.

Parking while advertised was unavailable for my entire stay. Rooms have a fridge but no microwave.

They charge me 1 day $355 for this small room ,room like kids or pet pets room ,there T V Samsung 2014 model and no channels are working,there isn’t even a microwave,freze are not working,how can charges this type of facilities give me and charge my hard money $355 ,I give you 0 star

Great location if looking for a more affordable alternative to the City, very comfortable room. Breakfast basic but again something for everyone and included in the price. Train into Manhattan just up the street (dead cheap). Mets stadium next door and great views from the hotel sky bar.

The hotel is in good location and close to shops and the train station . The staff were nice. It was clean, but I expected a larger room. it was very small and only good for one person and it didn't have a mirror in the room. However, in general I was happy with choosing this hotel.

The room was a little small I thought and if my friend would travel with me it would be tight! Also, it didn't have a make up table and mirror in the room!

The very select few breakfast items were the same everyday. It can get really old and unsatisfying when you stay many nights.

The room wasn't cleaned thoroughly when we first checked in.The fridge had a moldy yogurt cup. There was what I first thought was a fuzzy worm on the vabity chair which turned out to be a false eyelash. Tub had hair strands.

Room was small, in need of an update as everything was old and there was a big post in the middle of the room right next to the bed. Very small room. Needs major upgrading. Breakfast was subpar

Location was good for walking to the ballpark but nothing else around that wasn’t Asian especially food.

Pretty much close to every thing cool in Queens. It’s just a 5 minute walk to Billie Jean King Tennis Center and the Mets ballpark Citi Field.

I love keeping hotel room keys, and you have to give the key card back.
