La atención de todo el personal del hotel ha sido excelente, nos hemos sentido bien acogidos y bien asesorados. Nos han facilitado un lat check-out de cortesía para poder hacer uso de la piscina antes de continuar nuestro viaje. Se trata de un pequeño hotel, bien cuidado y muy limpio. Las instalaciones son correctas y la cercanía a Chichén Itzá es muy buena (5-7' en taxi y $80).

Nettes kleines Hotel in der Nähe zu den Ruinen von Chitzen Itza mit gepflegten Pool und eigenem Parkplatz. Cafe und Gebäck zum Frühstück kostenlos - haben wir leider verpasst. Ein Oxxo-Laden ist gleich nebenan. Für eine Nacht absolut o.k.

Kleinschalig en behulpzaam personeel. Een supermarktje Oxxo zit ernaast dus handig. Ligt op 5 min rijden van Chitzen Itze. Bij de receptie een koelkast die je kan gebruiken.

Het ligt langs een drukke weg maar eenmaal bij de kamers heb je daar geen last van.

Nice little oasis with a pool and a nice garden. Outstanding atmosphere, close to airport. Standard of rooms is for this type/class of hotels outstanding - higher than normally in Mexico!

Everything: a beautiful place to stay overnight for an early morning trip to the ruins. They have a 12:00 noon check out so you can explore the ruins from 8:00 am onwards and return to your room before check out. I has modern furnishings, bathrooms, and pool plus AC. Coffee and cake/croissants are supplied for an early morning get away. The staff are helpful and friendly.

I love the staff, the area very quiet and very private. Everything is very close. The cleanest place you will find in Chichén-Itzá

The room was very hot and literally took several hours to cool down. It would be nice if the staff can turn the AC on before the guest arrivals. Trust me if the room gets too cold it will get hot in a manner of minutes.

The property grounds were very nice and well groomed. The pool was kept clean and amenites were made available upon request. The room was clean and the A/C worked as expected.

Acknowledging, I chose the location, it turned out to be too close to the main street and traffic. As a result, a funeral with a "21" gun salute was an unexpected wake up call one morning. The house parrots kept in the courtyard made it difficult to sleep on another occasion. The first morning, I was woken up by a housekeeper banging on the door, despite the fact I did not put out the "Please clean the room" sign. There was no "Do not disturb" sign provided. Fortunately, the front desk made sure that did not happen again. I verified ahead of time that an attendant would be available to let me into the courtyard parking late at night. On two late night occasions, I found myself locked out of the parking are and the front pedestrian gate. The first time I had yell for someone in the office and managed to wake the night guy who let me in. On the second night, I just broke in on my own.

Muy bonito lugar, su vegetación y ornaments. Se siente un ambiente tranquilo y relajante. La habitación muy limpia y el personal muy amable. Además se encuentra bien ubicado, muy cerca del Castillo y puedes encontrar que comer a la vuelta de la esquina.

We felt most welcome, the pool area is great to relax with beautiful trees and birds. There is coffee in the outdoor area which was much appreciated. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely helpful in finding us an official guide to Chichen Itza and not getting scammed.

Schattig kleinschalig project van kamers rondom een zwembadje. Heel sfeervol ingericht. Er is geen ontbijt, maar je krijgt koffie en cake. Daar kan je mee vooruit. Oh ja, gratis parking. Chichen Itza is 5 minuten rijden.

Friendly and helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable. A/C and fan were excellent. Coffee and cake in the morning was a nice touch.

The basin leaked on the floor, but was promptly fixed. The drain of the A/C was connected to the downpipe, so when it rained, water leaked down the wall onto the floor.

El Hotel está a sólo 5 minutos de la zona arqueologica en Auto. Al lado del Hotel hay un Oxxo lo cual es muy practico. El personal es muy amable y atento. La habitación estuvo limpia. En la mañana nos ofrecieron un Café y pan de cortesia. Hay agua para beber todo el tiempo.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour visiter le site de Chichen Itza dès l’ouverture à 8h, avant la chaleur. L’hôtel est agréable avec ses chaises longues, ses chambres entourant le patio fleuri et la petite piscine. Les chambres n’ont pas de fenêtres ,(peut-être pour mieux lutter contre la chaleur),seulement une grande porte donnant sur le patio.

Le mini petit- déjeuner, mais il était offert: café et petits cakes .Prévoir des compléments éventuels...

This hotel is a gem. The vibes are great, the atmosphere is friendly and the premises is inviting. I arrived late at night and it was my first stop in Mexico after 30-hour flights. They checked me in immediately and the room was perfect. They also tried to help me with my luggage when the number combination did not work (I had to do it manually at the end and found out that for some reason one of the three numbers was changed to the next number!). Next morning, I woke up to the beautiful sound of nature and birds. Coffee was great and abundant. Unfortunately, breakfast choices were limited. But there was an Oxxo supermarket next door where you can buy whatever you wish and heat it in the microwave. Water was provided all day from a dispenser. There was also a bank right in front of the hotel where I could change to MXN with no issues. Also, there are at least 2 good restaurants nearby suggested by the hotel. One of which was pure Mexican. Prices were very reasonable too. Check the small shop attached to the premises for souvenirs. It was the best and most reasonably priced place to buy souvenirs in all Mexico. Luckily, I bought some things, but I wish I bought more. I was hesitant because it was my first stop. Chichen Itza was ten minutes by taxi. The taxi price is fixed by the government which was a real relief! Go early to beat the crowds and heat. I suggest hiring a tour guide at the entrance. I did that and found 3 other people to share the tour with. It was informative and concise, and I guess it would be meaningless without it. After the tour, you get to check the place on your own for as long as you wish. My suggestion after Chichen Itza, is to go to Ik kil cenote (few minutes ride) and dip into the cold water after the long day of sightseeing. It was by far the best cenote I went to in Quintana Roo. Enjoy.

Bien localisé, au centre de Piste et à 5 minutes de voiture de Chichen Itza. Belle piscine, chaises et tables devant la chambre. Parking sécurisé, même si un peu petit, mais nous avons réussi à trouver une place.

Für uns war es perfekt für eine Nacht um am nächsten Morgen Chichen Itza zu besichtigen. Im.Dorf gibt es nicht viel zu sehen aber gleich nebenan ein leckeres Restaurant.

Coffee and muffins provided for breakfast, free of charge. Very close to chichen itza, we walked to the site in 20 minutes the morning after our stay and were the first 2 people into chichen itza. Side note, for chichen itza, arrive around 07:40 and queue on the right hand side booths ( labelled 2 to 4 ). I wouldn't recommend a tour guide, there is lots of information and you can hear snippets when other people get explanations.

Unfortunately the town of piste is run down. The only thing to do in the area is chichen itza. There are a couple of restaurants around, most of them were empty, we had some lovely food in a "restaurant in the wall" in the centre of the town. There aren't really any bars, just restaurants, quite a few of which clwere closed by ~8. Only stay in piste for quick access to chichen itza. And bring playing cards !!! Something to do in the evening as you will be bored after 2 hours in the town.

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel, der Check-in lief bestens, die Gastgeber total freundlich, die Zimmer ausreichend groß, die Betten bequem und riesig. Der verschlossene Parkplatz war inklusive, die Fahrt nach Chichen Itza dauerte 3 Minuten.

un lugar muy limpio y enseguida de un Oxxo.. (baño excelente) aire acondicionado de 10, habitación rustica pero muy bien acondicionada, la alberca podemos decir bien, el hotel esta apropiado para la ciudad en la que se encuentra taxi de ahí a la pirámide chichen Itzá (5 min. $70 pesos a la fecha de hoy), de la estación del tren maya al hotel 15 min ($150 pesos a la fecha de hoy), un Tip si llegando a la estación del tren maya no encuentran taxis pueden acudir a un encargado y ellos tienen el numero de celular de los taxis... si primero vas a la ciudad no se dejen embabucar por los que venden el tour en la estación del tren maya a chichen Itzá y si vas en domingo en gratis la entrada a la pirámide para los mexicanos solo muestras tu ine... lleva agua o refresco de una tienda u Oxxo de la ciudad porque en la pirámide te la venden a precio de aeropuerto ($40-$50 pesos).

En el area de chichenitza todo esta caro refresco, agua , recuerdos, etc..Un Tip dentro del parque arqueologico si llegas a las 2 pm los recuerdos tienen un precio y a la hora de la salida cundo ya vas caminando a la salida del parque los precios estan a menos de la mitad (recomendaion compra hasta que estes saliendo) ejemplo una llavero sencillo a las 2 pm cuesta $50 y a la salida te los ofrecen en $20 y recuerdos mas elabirados de $300 a $100...si no te los ofrecen puedes regaterar... Un comentario que no es del hotel nos toco la bajada de la serpiente KuKul Can en la piramide 22marzo y no entiendo si es una maravilla del mundo que realmente se lo merece..a la gente la sientan en la tierra, esto pasa cada año no pueden rentar una gradas dignas para los turistas,

Ha una piscina e delle strade dove si può oziare e di fronte alla struttura c'è un supermercato e vicino ci sono negozi e ristoranti . C'è anche un parcheggio interno .....devo dire che è proprio un bel posto dove soggiornare

Parfait pour aller tôt à Chichen Itza le lendemain. Propre. Il est indiqué qu'il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner mais le matin, il y a du café et des gâteaux à disposition. Parking.

Emplacement à 5 minutes du chichen Itza, belle découverte à l’arrivée de plus le parking en intérieur et gratuit et sécurisé.

This was a pleasant hotel featuring a small, relaxing swimming pool (the only nice complex in Piste). The breakfast included free coffee/tea and muffins, which, although not advertised, provided all the guests with a perfect start to the day. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop offering easy access to Chichen Itza with just a couple of stops, as well as Merida. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I was travelling with a friend, we initially hoped for a twin beds room but had to settle for a double-bed room, which was somewhat small and made the stay a bit uncomfortable, nor we had much space for our bags and clothes. Piste is sadly a boring and unremarkable village with limited or no options nearby, so don’t expect much in terms of dining or entertainment.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen Hotel. Das Haus ist ausgesprochen gepflegt, und man merkt sofort, dass hier alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail gemacht wird. Die Atmosphäre ist herzlich und einladend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das hervorragende Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – für das, was man bekommt, ist der Preis wirklich mehr als fair. Eine schöne Aufmerksamkeit war auch, dass morgens kostenlos Kaffee und Gebäck bereitstanden. Das hat den Start in den Tag besonders angenehm gemacht. Man fühlt sich hier einfach wohl, weil alles sauber, ordentlich und mit Sorgfalt gestaltet ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.
