Beautiful, able to watch sunset in chair by edge of water, rooms sound proof, pool was nice size, staff friendly.

Just know if your on second floor you will have to climb stairs.

Pool and beach was very nice. The tiki bar at the beach was nice to have. Looking out over the gulf was relaxing.

We loved the luxurious, relaxing atmosphere and beautiful summer vibe. The beach house was spacious, beautifully presented, and equipped with everything we needed. The stunning beach, lovely resort facilities, convenient parking, and nice bar made it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the Florida Keys.

La villa era muy amplia y muy cómoda. La piscina de niños estaba muy bien y las zonas comunes y la zona del lago.

Very Key West like; Openness of grounds; plenty of parking; Lagoon with white sand; pool options - garden (small); adult pool; & everyone pool. Food was delicious but a bit pricey. Volleyball; Tiki Bar; kayaks and jet ski rental. Close to some great dining.

Hotel Review I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. A $50 security deposit was charged at check-in and was supposed to be refunded after check-out. Several days have passed, and I still have not received the refund. I contacted the hotel, but the issue has not been resolved yet. I hope they take care of this promptly and return the deposit.

Pool was too hot

Het Bay resort ligt centraal op de Keys. Waterfront huis met 3 slaapkamers is heel comfortabel. Mooi privéstrand zonder zeewier. Winkels in de buurt. Fijne zwembaden. Marathon is een goede plek om boot te huren en rond eiland te varen en in de kanalen van het eiland.

Watersport activiteiten bij resort jammer genoeg beperkt. Suppen (als je dat überhaupt al wil) is veels te duur om met een plank op water te staan.

This place exceeded our expectations as the photos online simply don’t do it justice. In person the beach area is much larger and cleaner than it appears in the pictures and the rest of the outdoor space is equally impressive…it’s rare to find a property in the Florida keys with this much well maintained outdoor space and beach access

The check in could be a little sooner say 2-3pm..

The hotel room was super clean, Its like everything in the bathroom sparkled from how it clean it was...I liked also the beach and pool areas, plus the outdoors is very spacious to walk by the sand area and get a nice view of the ocean and sights nearby. The place is very quiet and the size of their pools are very nice. The Restaurant the hotel offers is beautiful and elefant. Great for an anniversary dinner which is what we were celebrating (Wedding Anniversary) but we didn't eat there so I dont know how their food is. Overall the resort is very nice and peaceful.

I thought the bar closed way too early between 8-9pm. Most people usually have dinner between 6-7 pm and then after dinner want to grab a drink but by the time they arrived to the bar they were already closing and putting the covers on the outdoor chairs. Basically during the night time or after dinner there is nothing else left to do at the resort so your fun ends around 8pm unless you drive somewhere near. Many resorts nearby have a band or someone singing out by the pool around 8pm so we just ended up going to Faro Blanco or anywhere else to see what else there was to enjoy after Dinner. The drinks at the Bar at very pricy too (One margarita was $20)

Great accommodations, loved the lagoon area, saw nurse sharks, spiny lobsters, puffer fish, parrot fish, crabs, stingrays, really cool little ecosystem.

The drinks were very expensive. $21 for a cup of alcohol and some ice. Would love if the pool was open later than dusk, and a hot tub would be great! :)

This is a little slice of heaven in the Florida Keys. Very well maintained grounds & accommodation. Properties all had beautiful outlooks & balconies . Everything you could need in the villas & spotlessly clean. Food & beverages at both the Butterfly Cafe & TJsTiki Bar were fantastic.

The spaciousness of the villa, love the 3 bedrooms for our family. Love the classic look. The proximity to the beach and the pool. The tranquil mood. Loved the pool man, he wad so nice🥰

The breakfast is a bit expensive considering you pay alot for staying. Felt as a bit of a rip off with alll the taxes ++ when we left. Its a fourstar hotel but theres no need to squeeze the customer.

Need more options for food and some activities

I loved the accommodations! For a family having the option of a townhouse is amazing! We were located near the pool which was convenient, and the tiki hut was not far. I liked that it was a very quiet resort and it was easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

I didn’t love that you have to call to order room service or bar service for delivery. An online option would be simpler. The restaurant was very limited.

Staff courtesy, location, how clean the whole facility was. The calm atmosphere entirely in the pool areas and surroundings. A very relaxing vibe overall.

Our daughter loved the pool and it was right outside our door.

There was no early checkin option without paying a ridiculous price to do so and the staff we talked to wasn't the most hospitable that we dealt with on that. That was our first impression upon arriving but luckily the rest of the staff was super nice.

We had a fantastic stay. The location is incredible, with beautiful ocean views and a truly peaceful, paradise-like setting. The villas are very comfortable, the gardens are stunning, and the entire property is exceptionally well maintained. We also loved the easy access to the marina equipment and water activities. Most importantly, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Highly recommended!

Food was below average for a property of this kind. The rooms need updating, particularly the bathrooms

Expensive to eat at the resort, breakfast was cold when delivered and mediocre for the price. Had a coffee machine in the front lobby but charge you for a cup and when I tried using it wasn’t working.

Les petites villas sont charmantes, grandes, bien équipées. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. La plage privée de l’hôtel et la piscine sont géniales.

La chambre n’était pas prête à l’heure du check-in mais sinon tout était parfait

Nix los … einfach entspannen & relaxen Küche ist gut eingerichtet - Frühstück mit Kaffee und Rührei / Spaghetti Bolognese zum Nachtessen waren gut für 6 Personen zu kochen. Publix ist in der Nähe, hat auch eine Pharmacy

Reinigung wurde etwas stiefmütterlich gehalten, aber jeden Morgen eine Ladung frischer Frottee Tücher erhalten. Nach Intervention wurde auch Eimer in den Badezimmer geleert & Betten gemacht.

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter les keys. Les maisons sont très bien équipées avec four grille pain cafetière frigo américain. Il y a même une machine à laver et un sèche linge. Les lits sont hyper confortables L’endroit est paisible et magnifique. Nous avons même vu les dauphins depuis notre terrasse. Le personnel, les clients en grande partie américains, sont extrêmement gentils et bienveillants..

Rien. Juste une info : L’interdiction de fumer sur l’ensemble du site (extérieur inclus) est un peu rude.

Gostei de tudo. Lugar espetacular e muito confortável. Tudo muito limpo e espaçoso.

In den öffentlichen Bereichen (Pool, Wc am Pool) war es nicht sauber. Die Häuschen waren sauber. Das Personal war nicht sonderlich freundlich, das ist man in den USA eigentlich anders gewohnt.

I ask for water and they never delivered. The first day I I called and asked for a luggage stand and after I send a text and called 4 times they finally did it. We asked to clean the room before 2 pm, and we return and it wasn’t clean Service not good. Food quality great

Right on the beach, lots of things to do, still very tranquil. Family friendly. Amazing view from our porch.

The dryer was not very efficient.

I loved the view from our balconies and the size of the room. They also gave us a coconut cake for my birthday and it was delicious. Staff was very nice and helpful.

There was only one bathroom on the property that was near the office. No bathrooms at the pools or Tiki bar. Long walk from adult pool. No amenities. No service at the pools for drinks. No breakfast on site. Had to order the night before for delivery to your room. Over priced.

Nothing really. Staff were just okay. There were more than a few who were unfriendly and a little icy but overall still a positive existence.

Schönes Ferienhaus, direkt am Sandstrand. Die Liegestühle stehen davor und über die Terrasse kommt man mit wenigen Treppenstufen in ca. 20m zum Strand.

Der Strand bzw. die Hotelanlage haben leider ein Algenproblem. Alles voller Algen die dann von Arbeitern vom Strand entfernt werden, um sie wenige Meter weiter wieder ins Meer zu kippen. Direkt an der Badestelle. Keine Ahnung, warum die das da so tun. Die Südseite der Insel Marathon hat dieses Algenproblem nicht. Wir waren dann am Sombrero-Beach, da gab es keine Algen.

It’s tranquil.

We stayed in a 2 queen sized bed room. It was huge! So, the only comment that I’d make is that they need to put a small dining table & chairs in there. There’s certainly enough room.

Vi var 4 st som åt middag på restaurangen. Ingen var nöjd med maten.

We appreciated the $55 resort fee being waived due to the pool being closed. Grounds were well maintained.

Sofa in family room needed replaced. Kids in adult pool although lagoon pool was closed.

La personne de l’accueil pour le Check in n’était vraiment pas souriante et très sèche ! Qualité de l’accueil médiocre ! Heureusement une de ses collègue a essayé de rattraper le coup , même si le mal était fait ! Niveau équipements, c’est relativement moyen, voir vétuste . Pression d’eau dans la douche est très faible . Dommage car le lieu est sympa et agréable . Cette personne de l’accueil a tout gâché !

The location is amazing and property is beautiful. It has everything you need and is super kid friendly. It is a very low key vibe with stunning views from virtually every part of the resort. The condo/town home rooms come equipped with all that you need for a very comfortable stay with laundry and cooking amenities.

We were sad that the main pool was undergoing construction along with multiple other units around the property that we were not notified of before hand. The property did compensate us with removing the resort fee although I still wish I would have known ahead of time as guests who booked directly with the property were. There was no place to move rooms to avoid construction noise. Staff was also not very personable or helpful when asking simple requests at the bar or queries regarding bike rentals in the area which was a bit bizarre for the hospitality industry.

They credited back the amenities fees since the largest pool was closed.

Faces north, had days of cold northerly winds making it too cold to sunbathe or use the pools, one of which was closed for repairs.
