We liked the pool and the area behind the pole that goes to the water.

We didn’t like that there was no AC in the hallway and it was so hot and humid. We didn’t like that the ice machine had a sign on it that it was broken and my husband had to keep going down to a different floor to get ice .it was especially difficult because he had a knee replacement surgery couple of weeks earlier. We didn’t like that they changed our keys in the middle of our stay and we had to go down to the front desk to get new keys because we were locked out. We saw on Google reviews other people are complaining about no AC in the hallway back in August so obviously they still haven’t gotten the problem fixed in all these months.

The location is great - right on the beach front.

The air conditioning unit in the room was broken incredibly noisy! The first room we swapped as the noise was unbearable. The second room a little better but at night the noise was very difficult to sleep through. The design is clearly a problem.

The $20 daily parking fee seems excessive and unnecessary. There is plenty of parking available, with many empty spaces, and no staff monitoring or providing any additional security for the vehicles. Essentially, guests are paying $20 per day simply to park their cars. In addition, the $35 daily resort fee makes the total cost unreasonable. Over a five-day stay, these charges add up to an extra $275, which feels excessive and unjustified.

El parking no está incluido (y son 20$ más tasas) y no puedes aparcar fuera. No tiene acceso a playa. El desayuno que se supone que está incluido, solo cubre 12,5$ por persona (incluyendo tasas y propina) con eso no puedes desayunar, además la persona que atiende en el desayuno (Carlene) muy desagradable con según que personas. Vigilar con lo que te cobran/retienen, pues yo he pagado más de 200$ que me dicen que me devolverán, pero aún sigo esperando.

The courtyard by Marriott is so nice. When we arrived by boat my husband realized I just booked a regular room. My mistake. Marlon Allen was so gracious and accommodating, and was able to get us a suite. Very thankful for his help. Our room was super spacious with great AC. Customer service was top tier. Will be booking again! Atmosphere was beach chic. Very affordable, super clean! Not noisy, at all. The amenities are great because you can dock there, and you can use the neighboring properties amenities as well plenty of pools.

This is a really nice hotel and classier than most Courtyards that I’ve stayed at. It has a nice gym, and a good pool area with island vibes. They have some games set up around the property for kids and good coffee in the lobby for free. Marlon, on the desk, was exceptionally helpful, polite and professional. There are several good restaurants and bars in the area to enjoy as well.

Krystle was amazing—she was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed throughout my visit. It’s clear that she makes it her mission every day to ensure her customers are happy and well taken care of. The location is great, the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back.

The hotel was relatively calm and quiet. We didn't hear any noise from other guests rooms at all during out stay. Property, common areas, and rooms were all clean and neat. Price was reflective of the area. Had to drive an hour to get into Key West but the cost was much more affordable and the drive to and from was beautiful. Only downside is that even though there are 2 pools, they aren't "large" and when people start brining in floats for kids the pools get smaller. The showers are great though! Very good water pressure! Restaurant on site closes at 9, would've been nice if it was open later to enjoy after enjoying the day off property. Staff was friendly and professional.

This hotel and resort is beautiful on the water and close to boat rentals, Restarants, and groceries (Publix) and shopping. We really enjoyed the hotel rooms, grounds, breakfast, pool side food, fishing areas, and Infiniti pool overlooking the bay. We had a fantastic week and rented a boat to go enjoy the water and sand bars for the day.

I had a great time at this resort. The view from pool into the gulf was incredible. The room was clean and a very pleasant cedar scent, and the staff (especially Marlon Allen) were so unbelievably kind and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Veronica the chef cooked beautiful crab eggs benedict. The eggs were perfectly runny—I enjoyed the dish. The staff were great also—so helpful.

So glad I pocked this hotels due to the reviews and location. Couldn't have been more perfect. Arrived at 12:00 noon and our room was ready! Delvin at the front desk was very informative and polite. He recommended us to 2 great restaurants and they were spot on what we were hoping for. Our room was spacious and clean. Never expected the hotel to be as upscale as it is. It’s more like a resort than a hotel on a busy street. To top it all off, the hotel next door is the Hilton and we were allowed to spend time there as well. They even allowed us to get a late check out at 12:00. Cant wait to return!

What an AMAZING WEEK! From the minute we were able to walk onto the property, we were welcomed and felt at home. We weren't able to get our room right away, however we were able to immediately able to use all facilities. The infinity pool was clean, comfortable and gave us endless views towards the water. The value of what we received went above and beyond what we would have gotten at any other huge 2000 room resort: Clean,Comfortable/Stocked rooms, GREAT showers, Personal service, food was amazing, and the sunsets NEVER disappointed. We met friends each night, it wasn't loud, we weren't surrounded by boats (as in the next door resort that we had shared privileges with", and the bartenders became our personal friends. 1) Derek - Mixologist God - Anything he makes TRY...he is a gift, knows his craft and is an amazing person. 2) Angela - Queen of the World - She has been all over and can also mix a great cocktail. Talk to her about her adventures, where she has been. She is also an amazing real estate agent!!! Need to buy or sell a home? She is the one. 3) Patricia - Host/Server - She KNOWS the island and can give great hints and where to find things that only locals know. She is ALWAYS happy, smiling and beautiful inside and out. Finally the Bosses - Max and Jennifer - They run the ship and they do it well. They listened, shared stories, helped us, and made our week the best we could have ever imagined. The elevator was broken, the AC in the hallways on the second and third floors were broken, First room AC room wouldn’t get below 71 at night. Changed me to another room and AC couldn’t break 72 . They offered a fan .Whole family was uncomfortable had to leave.

I had a wonder experience with Natalie Finesse experience for yoga class. My 1st time and she taught me a lot and very kind I will attend again

I really enjoyed her morning relaxing flow at the beach at Marriott. She is an experienced instructor with great audio and visual cues.

Everything, the two pools, the view from our room and around the property. Breakfast choices and food were excellent. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had no complaints or disappointment with any aspect of the resort.

Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. But despite having paid for our stay in full on 24 January 2026, my credit card was charged again on 13 June 2026. This duplicate payment has now really changed our outlook from wonderful to very angry.

This Courtyard is one of a kind! It had finishing touches that made it look and feel boutique like! Tiki torches at night, full service pool bar, restaurant with healthy food choices, happy hour, home made key lime pie, good service, well manicured grounds, fabulous infinity pool with spectacular views during the day and an incredible sunset at night! The rooms are spacious and there’s only 3 stories. Highly recommend to check it out if in the Keys! We loved it!

The hotel is nice, big with several pools and areas to relax. The oceanfront is very beautiful with cool little piers to see the sunsent. The gym was spacious and well equipped. We really enjoyed the facilities. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable as well as the beds. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The Queen room details on Booking are misleading, it says 2 King beds + sofa bed, but there are no King beds, only Queens, and there is no sofa bed in the room. Also, Booking gave an option to choose rooms with breakfast included, but there is no breakfast buffet in this hotel. At the front desk they told us that breakfast is not included, just the restaurants that serves breakfast. However, after showing the error on Booking, the staff was super friendly and gave us breakfast coupons ($25 per room) to use at the restaurant.

Great location. Beautiful views. My room was In excellent condition and very clean. But the service at the pool bar was probably what made it all around 5 stars. Derrick the bartender was extremely Attentive and had excellent customer service. He made great drinks and as well gave a few great options for dinner. I got the crab cakes which were perfect. Overall the staff and the hotel is a great place to stay. Definitely will be back.

This is a beautiful property!!! It is right on the water and the sunset both nights was beautiful!! We enjoyed the pool and the food and drinks we had were fabulous! Our room was spacious and clean. There was no distracting noise from other guests although we were not facing the pool, but I didn't notice noise in the evenings either. We did see a couple of kiddos, but the parents kept them entertained so it wasn't distracting at all. The general manager was actually in the lobby greeting guests and gave us a couple of tips of things to do. They have reciprocity with the Hilton Faro Blanco - just not with paying. At the Hilton, you can't bill to your room, but that's not a big deal. We did eat dinner at the Hilton property and it was fantastic! Walking around between the properties was easy and there were multiple places from which to watch the sunset. We would definitely recommend it!! The GM did tell me that the way to get the best rate at a Bonvou property (Marriott, for example) is to use the app. I had no idea so thought I would share it here.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay. Stylish decor. Great pools. Beautiful sunset from jetty, lovely clean spacious rooms, and really comfortable bed with quality bedding. From checking in to leaving, we were treated with respect and friendliness and utmost professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend.

Yoga by the ocean was gorgeous it was so relaxing, it was a good stretch and light workout, the instructor is very nice and very understanding, she’ll work with you and won’t make you do anything your not comfortable with. Definitely made my experience better, 10/10 definitely recommend

O café da manhã estaria incluído mas quando fomos tomar café teria que pagar por tudo. As duas funcionárias foram grossas e mal responderam minhas perguntas. Não ficamos pois além da diária ser caríssima ainda teríamos que pagar pra ter o breakfast, e quando fiz o booking com eles dizia que o breakfast estava incluído. Mentira!

The hotel and the grounds are well kept. There is not a swimming area on the beach but there are plenty of lounge chairs on the waters edge.

On a payé en plus pour avoir le pdj sur Booking Or on nous donne un voucher de 25$ pour le starbuck café de l'hôtel et on doit se débrouiller avec cette somme, sinon il faut rajouter. Et cela n'est précisé à aucun moment.

Le petit déjeuner. Trop compliqué il faut attendre au bar c’est confus. Il faut passer commande à l’assiette, le budget prévu est très limité avec l’option p’tit dej. Cette expérience n’est vraiment pas top pour un hôtel de ce standing.

Very nice sunset view, many people sit by the beach and enjoy :) Comfortable location, close to nice attractions like Dolphin Research Center. Nice 2 pools, open all time, one more and one less crowded. Generally very nice, well-conditioned hotel.

Front desk staff as well as restaurant staff could be more motivated and caring, a smile would be nice... Some better approach at the pool bar, but there we waited 40+ mins for basic pizza. And... I hate it about all US hotels that you pay for "everything" when booking at Booking.com, and then at the site you pay all the ridiculous "additional" fees, like Resort fee. Parking is 20 USD per day. Resort fee is 35 USD per day. So 55 USD more per day than you think you'll pay. AC was quite loud.

Great location for what we wanted from the trip and everything else was next and a real bonus!

Localização, área da piscina, bar e vista para o por do sol. No geral é um hotel que alia conforto, boas opções de lazer e uma localização pivilegiada. A piscina de borda infinita é espetacular. Os quartos são amplos e bem equipados.

O barulho do compressor do ar condicionado é muito alto. Incomoda bastante. O serviço de check-in foi falho. A recepcionista não encontrava a minha reserva Booking, por absoluta falta de atenção.

Our room had just a window that didnt open.. Breakfast included meant a 50 usd voucher for 3 people! Not so much choice.

Great stay overall. The hotel has great pools, a great location facing the sea, and the rooms are a decent size. A great place to enjoy a vacation. I also liked that we were able to rent bikes, umbrellas, beach chairs etc. for free. Super comfortable beds (on the softer side, very comfy) and I just love the shampoo and conditioner they have, they do wonders for my hair.

Roomkeeping was not the most thorough. Additionally, I was annoyed when I checked out and realized that parking was not included. Upon checking, I saw that the booking.com website said so, so I guess if I had been a bit more attentive while booking, I could have seen it - but personally I don't expect a hotel in this price category on the Keys to charge for parking. I just hate these sorts of extra charges that hit you at check out. I would prefer a slightly higher price from the get go where everything is included, especially because I would assume that virtually all guests at this resort arrive by car.

Sehr geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer. Auch wenn wir die Pools beim relativ kurzen Aufenthalt nicht genutzt haben, haben diese einen sauberen Eindruck hinterlassen.

Beim inkludierten Frühstück gab es nur einen Gutschein für das Restaurant, der für 4 Personen etwas klein bemessen war. Bei anderen Hotels gab es da mehr, auch wenn die Qualität hier insgesamt schon besser war.

The staff was great. The grounds very pleasant especially the chairs and fire pit out on the jetty. Our room on the third floor was quiet and had a nice view from the balcony.

The only breakfast was at Starbucks or you had to walk over to the Hilton which actually had a nice restaurant for breakfast. There shouldn’t be a $20 per day parking fee. We weren’t crazy about the menu at the pool bar at the Marriott, it needs more simple lunch fare. We also were disappointed they didn’t have fresh strawberries at the pool bar for Mojitos.

We got married here on March 20, 2026. It was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are beautiful, the people could not be more friendly or helpful. Our wedding was perfect, the food was fantastic. I really just can’t say enough about this place. We intend to go back every year for our anniversary. Thank you to Victoria, Cisco and Casey for making everything so perfect.

I had a great stay at Courtyard Marathon. The property is well maintained, comfortable, and in a perfect location for exploring the area. Having two pools made the experience even more enjoyable and relaxing. The F&B offering was excellent, with great quality and service throughout. What truly made the experience stand out was the service. Delwin and Krystle were exceptional, both were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making the stay memorable. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

Not enough sunbeds for the size of the hotel. Having to pay for parking per day was extremely disappointing. As our room didn't have a balcony there was nowhere for us to dry out our swimming gear
