نظافة الغرفه وبالذات الشراشف فيها وساخه غير طبيعيه

ロケーションが最高！ツインタワービューのお部屋にアップグレードしていただけました。このホテルはツインタワーの正面なのでタワーを眺めるには一番良いと思いました。お部屋は清潔でスタッフも親切でとてもよかった。KLCCまでのトローリーも22時まで常に往復しているので便利です。また泊まりたいです！

Room is very comfy and have a very nice view of KLCC. Excellent services from all staffs. Definitely recommended for any celebrations. Will come again. ☺️

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and since we arrived after a late flight, we appreciated there being room service and late night food options available.

This doesn't apply to all staff that we encountered, but some of the FOH team didn't seem approachable or friendly. Considering the price, availability of staff in the concierge area and having come off from a long and late flight with many bags, we would have appreciated more assistance with our bags upon arrival and departure.

Super service hele vejen rundt. Meget god og varieret morgenbuffet. Fantastisk udsigt til twin-towers.

Check in process was very long (30 minutes if waiting time and 20 minutes at the counter itself to key in multiple details) In room service was very poor. We waited for 1 and a half hours, called twice for updates, and finally cancelled the order as the food never came.

Staff were not very professional or informative. Staff at club lounge couldn’t answer any questions I had. Staff questioned and barred my access in the club lounge when they could’ve just checked the room number?? Club lounge was also disappointing. Room was dirty; stained upholstered surfaces. Windows had handprints/marks I had requested in advance something for my husbands birthday and it wasn’t prepared upon check in. When it was given it was really disappointing. For the price I wish I had booked a different hotel in the same vicinity.

We had a wonderful stay at Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur, especially as we were celebrating our honeymoon. The location is excellent, the views of the Petronas Twin Towers are absolutely breathtaking, and the hotel offers a great combination of comfort, convenience, and luxury. What truly stood out the most, however, was the hospitality and professionalism of the team. We were made to feel genuinely welcomed and valued. After speaking with the Front Office team regarding a small issue we experienced, they handled the situation with great care and sincerity. We truly felt heard and understood, and their genuine apology meant a lot to us. We were also kindly upgraded to a beautiful suite, which was an incredibly generous gesture and made our stay even more special. After spending a night in a twin-bed room, it was wonderful to relax in a spacious suite with a large and comfortable bed. The overall service, attention, and kindness we received afterwards completely transformed our experience. As newlyweds, we truly appreciated the effort made to ensure that we left with beautiful memories. The hotel team reminded us what genuine hospitality is all about.

There was initially one interaction at the reception that made us feel a little unwelcome and disappointed. However, I appreciate that the hotel took our concerns seriously and handled the situation professionally and sincerely. For me, what matters is not that everything has to be perfect, but how a hotel responds when something does not go as expected A Memorable Honeymoon Stay with Genuine Hospitalityand Traders Hotel did an excellent job in turning the situation around. Overall, the positive experiences were far greater than the negative one. We left with beautiful memories, feeling appreciated and well taken care of. I would happily recommend Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur

The hotel was close to the twin towers and KLCC as a whole and the checkin is around 2 pm but they gave us a room around 10.30 am (i.e., as soon as we reached). There is a buggy that is running from Traders to KLCC which helps a lot.

One of the buggy was racist which i disliked and the breakfast buffet was okay with all the options that was available

The location and the view of the Petronas Towers are great.

Check-in took a very long time, and there was also a long queue for breakfast. The room was not ready as requested, even though we had asked for it well in advance.

The hotel is comfortable and very easy to access Suria Mall. The beds and pillows are quite possibly the best we have ever slept in and the shower water pressure is amazing! Staff are also very helpful and kind. They were great with our baby too.

The bath towels were a little small for two tall Australians but that didn’t impact our stay whatsoever!

Its proximity to KLCC… and this is our 2nd year stay at this hotel solely to watch the Merdeka fireworks display. We are planning to go back for the 70th Merdeka celebration.

Nothing not to like. Wait… the haze.. luckily it got better on our last day of our stay. I was able to have my morning Power Walk session around the KLCC park.

Локация супер, рядом со всеми торговыми центрами и башнями Петронас. Ходила электрокара от гостиницы до башен и обратно, это очень удобно особенно когда возвращаешься с покупками обратно. Номера после ремонта, чистят ежедневно. Бассейн на крыше, но мелковатый и вечером купаться не получиться, так как, вечером работает как клуб.

Завтрак можно бы разнообразить, в ресторане кондиционер шпарит так, что через минут 15 появляется ощущение, что находишься в Антарктиде.

The hotel doesn’t have an infinity pool, which is a downside. The location is good if you want to visit the Petronas Towers, but it’s quite far from most other attractions. It’s very expensive for what it offers, and overall, I think there are better options available.

A lot. First, collection of my phone number and sending me messages without consent. The bathroom has lots of issues: The faucet is not fixed and moves when you turn on the water. Second day, i didnt have cold water in the bathroom... only hot water. Shower water pressure war so high that the entire room was wet because of the way the shower screen is arranged. The pool closes at 7pm and the super wet cushions are converted to a sky bar... have fun sitting on a wet cushion. Prices at the sky bar are ridiculously high. 250ml beer for like 10 USD. Service is not great either. Went to the gym to find that the gym consists of what feels like 50 treadmills and 4 machines for weights, two out of which are "temporarily" broken. I'm guessing they've been temporarily broken for a while. It's simply not worthy of a 5 star experience.

J’avais demandé s’il était possible de faire une petite déco pour le 10 ans de mariage avec mon mari, nous avons eu des petites pétales de roses et des petits chocolats. Merci encore. C’était parfait. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

We cannot have a higher level floor. The breakfast at 5 floors is crowded and the flavour is very limited. The executive lounge cannot open 24 hours that cause me cannot reach enough experience
