De kamers zijn ruim, alleen is het erg verouderd. Voor een 5-sterren hotel, mag er zeker wel een renovatie plaatsvinden.

Upgraded to deluxe room, a pleasant surprise indeed for me to enjoy the Ambang Merdeka night from my room. I stayed in Traders Hotel last year for the same purpose, although KLCC view from Grand Hyatt is not the best, the fireworks view is better from here. But if you want the fireworks with KLCC view, you can't have that from these hotels. Unique design of having the skylobby (at the highest level) so everyone can enjoy the KL skyline view 360°. Rooms are all located below the sky lobby which lead to the instruction could be hardly interpreted - typical hotel rooms are located above, going up instead of going down to our room. The service was great. I am impressed by the thoughtful receptionist who offered the prayer garment and prayer mat sent to the room. The prayer garment and mat were made of good quality materials. I am always touched when at least 4 mineral/drinking water bottles provided in a room because for me, 2 bottles are not enough. Kudos for understanding that keeping hydrated is important. Only a few hotels done this.

Parking still a bit conservative, need to validate our card before every exit. It can be done either at the sky lobby or ground floor lobby. Other place already adopt the car plate number recognition whereby it will automatically opened for guest going out - registered number upon check-in. This is no big deal, just my expectation is high.

Hotel pod każdym względem perfekcyjny! Pokoje duże, nowoczesne, z pięknym widokiem i z pełnym wyposażeniem. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna na każdym kroku. Hotel położony 5 minut spacerkiem od Petronas Towers, 20 minut od Jalan Alor. Blisko stacji metra. Śniadania na topowym poziomie - różnorodne, świeże i pyszne.

Nothing more Everything about this stay was excellent. The view is exceptional,waking up to the Petronas Towers right in front of you never gets old, and it alone makes the hotel worth it. The staff were consistently attentive and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist and quick to accommodate any request. The breakfast deserves a special mention: a wide selection covering every taste, from local Malaysian dishes to Western and Asian options. there is genuinely something for everyone. A lovely surprise was the hydroponic farm on site, which guests can visit subject to availability. A great initiative and a really nice touch.

I loved the Location, the gym, , the pool and the BF

I stayed at the hotel twice. The first time, I loved my experience. The second time, however, it was just okay. The hotel was fully booked, and the staff seemed overwhelmed by the high demand. I think they could benefit from having better procedures or a stronger structure in place to handle peak periods more efficiently.

Overall, everything was good. I didn’t have any major complaints, and most importantly, my kids were happy and enjoyed the stay.

Our room was very spacious, clean, modern and sleek. I liked that they gave us multiple water refills so we never had to figure out how to get more ourselves. The views from the room were amazing. The bed was comfortable and the the room was very quiet, I had no trouble sleeping. I would definitely stay here again!

Einfach alles. Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Vielleicht der einzige Punkt, dass wir es schade fanden, dass der Pool schon um 9PM geschlossen hatte. Aber das wars.auch. Es war einfach perfekt. Die Top Lage. Der Service. Das Frühstück. Wenn möglich dann ein Zimmer weit oben mit Blick auf Petronas Tower. Unglaublich. TOP.

Walking to Pavillion was a breeze than taking a grab

Had to queue for breakfast but when I got a table, I realised there were quite a number of empty tables. Nasi lemak could be better and the sambal for it was a little underwhelming

Lives up to its five star rating- very clean, extremely comfortable beds, beautiful and massive breakfast variety, lovely staff, great gym and other extra facilities. Located very central, making it easy to walk to many attractions and food places.

Check in took some time as there were two staff and many people waiting… a group of (assuming) existing guests also cut the line and went straight to the front desk; they took a while too due to needing an interpreter during their enquiry. The staff helping us check in was apologetic and very approachable though. One other small thing is that the toilet either didn’t have a fan or it was extremely weak, so the smells remained for a while after or you’d have to leave the door open to air it. Perhaps just our room but definitely something that needs looking into.

3回目のマレーシア滞在で、立地、グレードでこちらに決めました。ペトロナスツインタワーが見える公園まで徒歩5分くらい。歩道もあるので安全です。 ショッピングモールのスリアも近くて便利です。 コンビニはホテル出て左方向に徒歩5分くらいにセブンイレブンがあります。 プールもガバナが無料で借りられて最高！ 綺麗で、豪華なホテルなので、女子３人満足でした。 お水も宿泊中は用意してくれて、コーヒーも無料の物が部屋にあります。

Le restaurant Thirty8 dans l'hôtel est une véritable arnaque. Très cher et service déplorable. Et bizarrement, personne n'apporte les valises dans votre chambre.

1)Room was not ready at promised 3.00 pm check-in time, while we were there on-time. It took almost an hour of waiting. You have 3 hours to made the room ready from previous check-out time. Do not keep incoming guests waiting. Bad impression to foreigners (my wife is not Malaysian). Giving us RM300 food voucher doesn't justify tardiness of your cleaning team. 2)The waiting area served beverages and food which is great, but how come the mugs has dirty marks on it as it was not cleaned thoroughly. We notify the staff but nothing was done promptly. Hygiene/cleanliness is key impression of such establishment.

The location is really close to the Petronas twin towers and also just 10min walk to the Pavilion through the connection . I really enjoyed the view from the Lobby and the swimming pool.

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt was truly exceptional. The entire team works like a beautifully tuned orchestra - attentive, warm, professional, and effortlessly coordinated. The pool was amazing, the spa area created such a peaceful atmosphere, even the little details made a difference. Travelling with children can sometimes feel hectic, but here my kids and I felt completely relaxed, comfortable and cared for. A beautiful experience from beginning to end. Thank you to the whole Grand Hyatt team for making our family stay feel so special. We would happily come back. ❤️

The hotel is a little outdated and I did not find it a good value for the money, the Thirty8 hotel restaurant degustation menu was average, served local food, definitely not worth it, staff were good but was not helpful with booking with the restaurant in the hotel

Our room smelled damp and it took a long time for service at the bar and restaurant. The design of the hotel is unusual and in all honestly totally inefficient. You have to take a lift to the lobby on the 38th floor then take another lift to access guest rooms.

it was decent and the service is good but the hotel is a bit old n our room kind of a lot of dust. it is clean but some area are dusty. some of the furniture and wooden floor in the room are looking old. it is price expensive due to the location only. the breakfast has a lot of variety of drinks but food choice still a bit limited.

The only real advantage of this hotel is its excellent location. I would also like to recognize the concierge, bellmen, and luggage assistance team, who were welcoming, professional, and by far the best part of the experience.

This hotel does not meet the standards expected of a five-star property. The cleanliness was disappointing, and the furniture is outdated and shows clear signs of wear. The towels were among the worst I have ever encountered despite staying at many hotels around the world—they were in such poor condition that we chose not to use them. The reception staff were not welcoming and gave the impression that they were unhappy to be there, which created a poor first impression. Overall, the hotel offers poor value for the price, and apart from its location, I found very little that reflects a true five-star experience. I genuinely believe this property should be re-evaluated and its star rating reconsidered.

Was in KL to attend a tradeshow in the area and hence the location was a no brainer. My usual go to hotel was booked out so I thought I gave Grand Hyatt a try. Great location and its neighbors collectively offers some of the best luxury offerings.

14 years since its opening, and the maintenance is becoming a challenge. Creaky doors, bad sound proofing, doors slamming (no one adjusted the door closer springs) and knowing when your "neighbours" are going out (or come back) as the doors slams does not make for good rest, especially during tradeshow season. Grand Hyatt should really consider hiring a capable maintenance officer to overlook this beautiful property before arrogance and ignorance tears the place down. Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, even Pullman hotel is giving GHKL a run for its money. Until the room maintenance is kept up, and housekeeping rid of the smells in the pillows, it is difficult to consider returning to Grand Hyatt. What a damn shame.

We did not like the room setup Lobby on the top, have to go up then come down. The room layout is no good. Bathroom all open, no privacy.

Pool was good. Rooms were average.

Not the luxury feel that a brand like Grand Hyatt boasts. Overall it was not good value for money. The coffee machine at lobby had no milk. The water dispenser at lobby had no water. The tooth paste in washroom was ultra small which was funny considering a 5 star Grand Hyatt. Rooms were a bit dated. We walked to Suria Mall and on the way peeped into nearby Mandarin oriental hotel, which was almost same price, but it had the proper luxury feel and welcoming managers and gate staff.
