The hotel is so clean and the receptionist are very good

I like everything about the hotel

Rooms were cleaned every day. An excellent service. Breakfast was very good. It could have had some variations, such as a waffle machine or pancake maker. But all in all, it was very good.

Breakfast is not available until 10am as mentioned. You eat what’s left which is basically cereal. From 9:30am. Late check out is very costly Lack rooms to accommodate teams for meetings, gears, lunch/dinner. You will be advised to rent which cost hundreds off dollars. Laundry room for the hotel guest need to be separate from the public. Overall design for trucker who travels interstate

Le manque d’empathie de votre personnel. Autant le manager que la dame au service n’ont pas bien répondu à nos attentes. Nous sommes une famille de cinq personnes : deux adultes, deux adolescents et un enfant de 5 ans. Au Super 8 au Québec, nous avons pu louer une seule chambre pour cinq personnes. Tandis qu’au Super 8 de Mississauga, ils nous ont obligés à payer une deuxième chambre uniquement pour une personne. Il était minuit, alors nous n’avions pas vraiment d’autre option. Je ne recommanderai jamais cet hôtel pour y séjourner.

We booked 3 rooms for a group of 12, and we were all very satisfied with our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the included breakfast was good too. Overall, a very good experience.

The only thing that could be improved was the number of large towels. There were 4 adults per room, but only 3 large towels, with the rest being small towels. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay; this was the only thing we would suggest improving.

Clean rooms. Most staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was okay.

My husband experienced racial profiling during our stay. When he went to the car to retrieve something, two hotel staff members approached him and told him to leave, stating that the hotel was private property. They did not verify whether he was a guest; they simply assumed that a Black man was trespassing. Later, they apologized for their mistake. Additionally, there was no ironing board/Iron in the room, and the floor felt damp throughout our stay; not sure if it was the hot weather. The gym room was not functional.

Der Check-In war absolut professionell. Das Haus liegt in direkter Nähe zu Airport YYZ. Zu Fuss gibt es nicht viel zu Essen in der Nähe (außer Tim Hortons gegenüber). Für 5 CAD per Uber/Lyft kommt man sehr gut zu vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Parken ist kostenlos und es gibt genug Platz. Das Hotel bietet keine überdachten Parkplätze. Wir hatten ein nettes Doppelzimmer in der 3. Etage, mit Blick auf einen Teil des Airports (War unser Wunsch). Um das Hotel ist Schwerlastverkehr und eine Tankstelle. Großer Fernseher mit vielen Sendern. WIFI hervorragend. Das Zimmer ist sauber und hat ein eigenes Bad mit sehr guter Dusche/Badewanne/Whirlpool. Frühstück mit Ei, Toast und Kaffee ganz normal. Der Frühstücksraum ist für die Anzahl der Gäste recht klein. Nahverkehr möglich, aber nicht genutzt. Uber / Lyft zum Airport klappt prima für etwa 20-30 CAD.

Es gibt nichts zum meckern.

Staff was helpful. Super sticky on the 2pm check in time. We were 45 mins early and still would have charged us the $50 for early check in. They did however, keep our luggage at the front desk till we came back much later.

Definitely a motel vibe. Right beside a truck stop though we couldn’t hear it from our room overlooking the roof. So, no view. Room had lots of damage to walls and furniture. Breakfast was super simple and in a small room. Curtains were so long that it hung over the air conditioning. So the air blew straight up and into the curtain instead of into the room, making the unit stop and start often.

Noise, no bell service and bad breakfast. Old furniture, no isolation and terrible breakfast. It’s almost a motel. If you’re looking for luxury and peace Then I don’t recommend.

I only chose this location due to its proximity to the work training I was getting. I should've done better research but usually booking.com doesn't disappoint. But I guess I was wrong this time. First and last time I stay at this facility, I'm not going to even call it a hotel. Maybe a bed renting place. After checking in, I looked to find an iron and an ironing table, I couldn't find them. Called front desk and the lady told me to come down stairs and get them myself as they don't have housekeeping. What kind of a hotel that doesn't have housekeeping. It was 11 pm, I was so tired from driving and the last thing I wanted, is to go downstairs and hall an ironing board and an iron. The front desk told me you can wait until 8:30 in the morning for the housekeeping to take them to you, But I couldn't wait as I had to leave early for my training. I've never experienced this before which was ridiculous. I asked why these items aren't in the room, I was told by the front desk that only king bed rooms have them. Even though my room had 2 queen beds but sure i guess those items are based on bed size which doesn't make any sense. So people with queen beds can leave with wrinkled clothes. Not sure what kind of logic this place follows. There was a coffee machine for show as I couldn't find any bottles of water, again, called front desk they said they don't offer complimentary bottles of water, there's a convenient store across, I can go down and get them myself. Tap water would have been horrible for coffee and tea as it has chlorine. For a coffee drinker like myself i got my coffee from a decent cafe anyway. Needless to say, i'm never trusting booking.com for their recommendation for location proximity. It was by far my worst stay ever. I didn't bother trying their breakfast after I've been through all of that.

the location of the hotel close to a trucking stop which resulted in noise pollution. the breakfast cannot be called a breakfast. it was bad the receptionist was totally unhelpful and nonchalant

The area was near a truck stop. I was surprised, that the hotel was actually better than I expected. There was no bell boy to take your luggage. EV charging is free but useless since it maybe adds 3 -4 KW overnight. The breakfast was actually good.

The receptionist was very professional and very nice. It was easy to find.

The breakfast room had garbage on the floor that nobody picked up. Nobody wiped the tables when people left. The air was too stuffy and congested in the place.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good for the price of the hotel.

The staff made a mistake on the writing of the parking ticket and I got fined by the police. Hopefully the situation will be solved. The staff was kind to offer to pay the whole fine, since the mistake was made by them.

Foi possível antecipar o check in por meio do pagamento de uma taxa, foi nos oferecido um pequeno café da manhã antes da abertura do café da manhã devido ao nosso evento ser muito cedo pela manhã, fomos muito bem tratados na recepção, checkout rápido e o hotel fica próximo da estrada tendo uma rápida saída para Toronto ou outros lugares por perto.

A academia não estava funcionando, mas não vejo problemas, pois estavam realizando a manutenção da academia.

Hot food disgusting - Not worth it. NO QUEEN BEDS - ONLY DOUBLE BEDS, FALSE ADVERTISING. NOISY FANS IN BATHROOM AND AC. Broken phone. Poor service here and there. Bed was too firm. Only positive point was that the room was clean.

Great stay at the hotel: friendly and helpful staffs, convenience store inside the hotel, breakfast included, few minutes from the airport, clean room etc. Will surely recommend friends and family to stay there in the future.

This hotel does not protect the identity of its guests. They take photocopies of your ID and credit cards and leave them on their back counter. They also refuse to give the copies back to you at check out. I did not feel safe staying there and asked to cancel my reservation which they refused and charged me for the full stay and not just a cancelation fee. This location is also attached to a truck stop which is not mentioned in the posting. As a single female traveling I would not recommend others to stay there. Obviously there are concerns of human trafficking and identity theft concerns. I am canceling my credit card and reporting them.

I thing which i didn't liked that is water, they are not providing water for drinking they said we need to buy the water from vending machine.

Tuve una grata sorpresa al conocer la habitación, por ser un hotel cerca del aeropuerto no esperaba que estuviera en tan buenas condiciones físicas y de limpieza, claro me equivoqué. Las habitaciones están muy espaciosas, muy cómodas y con todo lo que puedas necesitar para descansar antes de tomar tu vuelo. Su personal es muy amable y servicial. El desayuno es bastante completo; desde omelet de huevo, carne de hamburguesa, yogurt, café, panes, cereales, papa hasbrown, hotcakes recíen hechos y algo más.
