La posizione centrale e la vista mare. Colazione abbastanza varia e buona.

La pulizia delle camere. Letti fatti male e con poca cura. Asciugamani di scarsa qualità, duri. Letti durissimi e poco comodi. Gabinetto in stanza che funzionava male. Doccia otturata. Lo staff non molto cortese, ad eccezione di alcuni. Il prezzo non adatto alla struttura e ai servizi forniti. Scrivono di avere una piscina peccato che sia minuscola e in un'area dietro ad un bar senza neanche la possibilità di sdraiarsi. Oltre ad un odore a dire poco sgradevole.

Super atenciosos, limpeza dos quartos impecável. Pequeno almoço e jantar com variedade e qualidade. Bar do hotel com bastante variedade de bebidas e muito bem feitas e excelente localização.

Deviam fazer panquecas normais sem sabor a laranja.

Sehr gute Lage am Strand mit Meerblick und kostenfreie Parkpläze in näherer Umgebung (8min zu Fuß).

Sehr hellhörige Zimmer (Wände scheinbar aus Pappkarton) da man mit geschlossenem Fenster immer noch deutlich das rauschen des Meeres (eigenlich angenehm) hören konnte, doch auch Touristen beim Essen, Trinken, usw. und Zimmer/Bad nicht 100% sauber. Bodenbelag aus Plastikgeflecht und sehr breiter Flur-Bereich, so dass es enorm hallte und dadurch jede Tür die geschlossen wurde hörte und sämtliche Gespräche der "Mitbewohner" mitbekam bis spät in die Nacht und darüber hinaus. Unbequeme Matraze und schwer einstellbare Dusche (warm/kalt). Direkt am Strand gelegen doch für Liegen musste man jeden Tag extra zahlen 15-20€ je nach Uhrzeit, natürlich nur in Bar. Beim eigenen Restaurant gab es einen Rabat für Hotelbesucher, jedoch wär das Essen selbst geschenkt zu teuer. Sehr schlechte Qualität, ungenießbar!

Esta cerca de la playa que es lo que queríamos . El personal muy amable y servicial .

Bufet de muy poca variedad y no muy buena calidad , el tema de la piscina para mi no es tal ya que está dentro del restaurante del hotel .Nunca había estado en un hotel que para ir a la piscina entrase por el restaurante del mismo .

No nos pusieron sábana encima del Colchón de la cama. Saltó la alarma de la planta cuando utilizamos el secador de pelo🤪y vino un recepcionista malhumorado pidiendo explicaciones. El desayuno poco y malo , y la cena igual igualmente

Excellent location on the beach and alongside the old town. Breakfast was very nice with a huge selection.

Its quite a noisy hotel. We were on the third floor and were woken most nights after the nightclubs close.

This hotel is a must if you are staying in Albuferia. The view is spectacular from your room and from the hotel lounge. You have the Sunset Beach club right on the hotel property. The beach club offers a full restaurant, snack bar and even an ice cream and crepe place to enjoy. The rooms are clean and modern looking. I would definitely stay here again! Lastly, there is so much selection at breakfast and you can enjoy your meal overlooking the ocean. You can't ask for anything more. My husband and I feel this was one of the best hotels we stayed at. Also the location is great because you are right in the town where all the restaurants are.

-Personnel peu chaleureux. -Standing décevant par rapport au prix : douche défectueuse, réfrigérateur peu efficace. -Petit-déjeuner peu varié et pas très riche au regard du prix de la nuitée. -Capsules de café supplémentaires facturées, ce qui est regrettable pour ce niveau de prix.

At the beach

Buena ubicación en primera línea de playa en Albufeira. Pese a la intensa actividad, el hotel es tranquilo. Muy buen desayuno. Lindas vistas. En general, el hotel es sencillo y acorde.

Habitación triple. Una de las camas era una litera de hierro antigua sumamente dura. Tener en cuenta que el estacionamiento es un tanto alejado y con muchas subidas y bajadas de camino.

Previamente no se nos había avisado que con media pensión contratada teníamos que pagar las bebidas de la cena.

Housekeeping was strict about giving extra towels, changing bedsheets after a night of sweating due to heatstroke - the bed was soaking wet with sweat and the housekeeping manager made a fuss that bedsheets shouldn’t be washed or changed.

Devoir payer 100€ à l'arrivée en guise de garantie pour la chambre et ne rien recevoir en retour une semaine après avoir quitté l'hôtel! La chambre à été laissée sans dégradation, tout matériel en place!

Unica nota positiva è la posizione

La pulizia è il punto debole, ovvero è pessima. La struttura è abbastanza datata così come gli arredi. In tutta la struttura si avvertono odori non piacevoli, soprattutto di muffa e umidità. Le suite sono posizionate all'ultimo piano ma senza ascensore e con una scaletta angusta e decisamente scomoda. Colazione sempre uguale (ho soggiornato per una settimana) e con scarsa scelta.

The shower was blocked so flooded the bathroom when used and also the flys on the balcony glass and table made it hard to spend time out there unfortunately

This hotel was very good, with the exception of the room location discussed below. The staff was very helpful and friendly. In the rear of the hotel you can walk directly onto the beach, and from the front you can access the wonderful town full of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was an unexpected delight, with a full range of just about anything you could want.

I rented a junior king suite, which I believe was the roomiest premium room offered at the time of my booking. However, the hotel's website indicates that there are 5 floors, while in fact there are six floors, and to my understanding there are only six of these rooms available, and they are all located on the sixth floor. The elevator only goes as far as the 5th floor, then you must climb a total of approximately 25 steps to access the 6th floor rooms. I did not find this disclosure on the website where it should have been posted along with the room description (did I miss it?). We are in our 70s and would never have booked a room without elevator access. While the hotel itself was really great, and I would return with a smaller room on floors 1 - 5, I think all accessibility information should be clearly and prominently presented.

Rooms on the sixth floor annexe have no lift from the 5th and a lot of stairs so being a bit elderly we had to change rooms to the main hotel block.

Lorsqu'on paie près de 400 € la nuit, on pense pouvoir bénéficier de la piscine (fermée), avoir droit à un peignoir et à une serviette de plage (hôtel en bord de plage), avoir des rideaux occultants qui fonctionnent ( l'un était impossible à ouvrir), un support de papier toilette qui soit fixé au mur ... Pour clore le chapitre, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur entre le 5e et le 6e étage (nous étions à la chambre 603). En conclusion, nous sommes déçus par cet hôtel dont le rapport qualité/ prix est médiocre.
