Die Koffer konnte man nach dem Checkout dort problemlos deponieren.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche ist alt und es kommt sehr wenig Wasser aus dem Duschkopf. Die Toilette ist eng weil man ganz unnötigerweise ein Telefon daneben angebracht hat. Die Betten sind so durch gelegen, dass man Rückenschmerzen bekommt. Man geht sehr ungern auf das Zimmer, weil man sich da nicht wohlfühlt.

El hotel es viejo y huele muy mal. El olor a tabaco está impregnado en todo el hotel a pesar de que no se permita fumar. La habitación siempre olía mal. El aire acondicionado apenas funciona y hace calor en las habitaciones a pesar de tenerlo encendido al máximo todo el día. El desayuno es bastante normal y monótono. La piscina no es recreativa, es solo para nadar y piden gorro.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und die Zimmer sind angenehm groß. Leider ist es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In den Zimmern roch es nach altem Rauch oder Ähnlichem, auf jeden Fall nicht gut.

Sehr schlechtes WLAN im Zimmer.

Everything was excellent. We especially loved the variety of the breakfast options. The food was delicious, and there was a great selection to choose from.

Персонал неприветливый, могут делать вид что вас нет хотя вы стоите прям перед ними, все в отеле очень старое даже кондиционерная система, за эти деньги советую найти приятнее отель. Плюс когда мы попросили помочь вызвать такси до аэропорта ехать там до него минут 30 и она сказала что это 400 баней но оплатить мы должны ей (девушке на ресепшене) что даже по стоимости было понятно что это не та цена

Convenient location

Hotel quite outdated and no convenience shop to get basic provisions. WiFi / connectivity very bad and limited breakfast options so i checked out early and found alter accommodation in the city.

Good location, central and close to metro. Great delicious Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor! Peking Duck recommended. Overall - that’s what you expect from Accor.

Hotel is tired a bit. Weak internet, maybe because of intense firewall filtering, with tendency to break sessions every 15 minutes.

The stuff and the facilities were perfect. The city center while near in distance@, due to traffic it takes 30 - 40 minutes to reach by taxi. This is not hotel's fault though. The hotel itself is perfect

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. (Alina) Spreken goed genoeg engels. Locatie is goed vlakbij veel winkelcentra met goede eetgelegenheden (Joy city)Tianmen square ook dichtbij.

Kamers en gangen beetje muf en klam maar niet dramatisch. Ontbijt vonden wij niet heel goed maar in principe prima.

Hotel de ambiente internacional, con muy buen nivel de servicios. Habitaciones y baños muy amplios y confortables. Esta situado en el sector financiero, pero cuenta con dos lineas de metro muy cercanas, y en Didi a menos de 20 minutos de la Plaza de Tiananmen . Andando a unos 10 minutos tienes un gran centro comercial , con muchas tiendas y algunos restaurantes ( aunque cierran relativamente pronto) Personal amable, el ultimo dia nos ofrecieron un servicio de picnic para el desayuno porque saliamos muy pronto

Quizas que salvo el centro comercial, no hay nada cerca para ir andando

Gentilezza e disponibilità. Nelle giornate in cui siamo usciti presto ci hanno preparato anche la colazione da asporto. Struttura pulita. Ogni giorno cambio asciugamani e rifornimento acqua e saponi (se non presenti).

Piscina fredda anzi gelida. Idromassaggio non funzionante. Piscina sprovvista di lettini. Vista stanza su area tecnica.

Расположение нормальное, в нескольких минутах влево от отеля метро, чуть дальше разные кафе и небольшой ТЦ, если вправо от отеля пойти- большой ТЦ с огромным фудкортом.

Отель пропах сигаретным и еще каким-то запахом, на всех этажах и в номере невозможно от него было избавиться, это вонь, которая не выветривается. Отель очень несвежий. За эти деньги можно подобрать лучшую альтернативу. Вид из номера на склады какие-то. Самый плохой отель в моей жизни.

If you book a Mercure and are willing to pay more for having English-speaking staff, then save your money. Let's add that: - no USB-port chargers in the room - manual AC that makes the noise of a jet - embarrassing welcome drink (not even a beer) - room service that needs 2 days for replacing your minibar consumptions well visible on the table So really this hotel does not make the grade and the price.

The lobby was clean and fresh and easy to hail taxi for pickup and drop off.

The restaurant was very disappointing, spent around 500yuan for a meal that was so bad, the soup noodle was just water and msg, meat was the worse beef cut you can get, pizza was like cardboard, the seating area was not air conditioned, no music so felt very unwelcome. The WiFi is a joke, you get connected and then it disconnects after 5 minutes. This was the same for all 3 rooms we had, so ended up using our phone connection for the whole stay,

Older property. Internally is a bit old and smelly. When we walked in at 3am and turned the light on there was a cockroach waiting to welcome us. Hotel changed rooms quickly. This creeped the kids out for the rest of the stay.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était bon, avec un choix satisfaisant. Le seul point négatif concerne la piscine. Elle est davantage adaptée à la natation qu'à la détente, et le port du bonnet de bain est obligatoire. Si vous recherchez un espace pour vous relaxer, cela peut être un peu décevant.

La chambre est calme et confortable. L'emplacement central de l'hôtel permet d'aller facilement à la Cité Interdite et d'autres lieux de visite très charmants de la ville de Pékin. Attention : En été, pensez à réserver vos places à l'avance pour la Cité Interdite, très prisée par la population locale. (Etant en fin de séjour, nous avons dû réserver par le biais du bureau de "Tourism Information" pour pouvoir accéder à cette cité)

Accor ne semble pas vouloir investir dans cet hôtel à la décoration datée. La piscine était indisponible à nos dates de séjour, il a fallu jouer les Gaulois (râleurs) pour obtenir les petits déjeuners gratuits en compensation. A éviter dans la mesure du possible (dans cet hôtel comme dans les autres) : Le bureau de "Tourism Information" qui organise des visites à la journée. Les prix sont prohibitifs et de surcroit, on n'évite pas quelques arrêts commerciaux (soie, thé, médecine chinoise - non mentionnés dans leur programme) à l'intérêt douteux et qui constituent une perte de temps pour les vrais centres d'intérêts de la journée.

The location was good, close to the metro station. Breakfast was with lots of options. Spacious rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

Outdated. Only one outlet that works 24/7. If u turn of the main light switch, the room loses overall electricity, with no way of charging your phone in the dark. So u ether sleep with the lights on, and a full battery or in the dark with no electricity.

Central location. We arrived early and we're given our suite way earlier than the check in time. We also used their travel desk for our travel need. May be a bit pricey but certainly was convenient.

Hotel looked dated. One evening we wanted to have dinner at the hotel restaurant but they said they were short on staff. I guess they were being honest and warning us of a long wait. So, we didn't eat there. Nothing negative, though.

Good rooms. Excellent pool / spa. Lots of options at Breakfast.

Beers were twice as expensive in the hotel lobby bar than on room service.

Location is excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a perfect size for my needs and bed was very comfortable.

Bathroom is a little too small, vanity space could have been a little bigger. Breakfast and coffee shop opened a little too late.

Хорошее местоположение, рядом метро, торговые центры, в 3км Запретный город. Завтраки без изысков, мало фруктов.

В ванной нет ни одного крючка, чтоб повесить полотенца. Возможно для двоих еще нормально, можно развесить на полку для полотенец, но вчетвером места уже мало, соответственно полотенца совсем не сохнут. Жили 4 ночи, на 3-и сутки закончилось мыло, так и не положили новое.

The hotel is starting to feel old and dated, carpets everywhere feel unhygienic, large local breakfast selection but not of great quality, some staff doesnt understand basic english, small and shaky beds

Posizione: considerando le grandi distanze della città la struttura è vicina a due metropolitane e alle attrazioni del centro città; nelle vicinanze Xidan centro commerciale con moltissimi negozi e ristoranti. Struttura: un po' datata ma pulita e ordinata.

L’emplacement est bon, proche de la ligne 2 du métro et d’un grand centre commercial à 10 minutes à pied. Le personnel est accueillant et parle anglais. Grande chambre et lit très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est également très bien.

Location was good. Metro station (xuanwumen and xidan) was just round the corner. Buses are available to the nearest shopping malls too. There is a proper hotel lobby where the taxi are able to turn in for boarding and alighting.

I have been to different part of China several times and majority of the hotels I stayed in have delivery robots and that's definitely a plus point when we order food delivery. Unfortunately, Grand Mercure has not been part of such technology which is disappointing for such a big hotel name. Also, the hotel promotes saving the earth but the shampoo and body wash are given in disposable bottles instead of having wall mounted soap dispenser.

The bed was really comfy and I appreciated that we had a room set up for our family with two trundle beds, and a double for my husband and I. The shower had great pressure (always important!) and the swimming pool was great.

The selection of pastries at the Starbucks in the lobby was limited! That’s it - I cannot think of anything else I would improve.

Отель удобно расположен в центре, рядом две станции метро на разных ветках. Персонал приветливый и всегда готов помочь. В 10 минутах ходьбы есть различные кафе, как международные, так и с локальной кухней. Также есть большой супермаркет Walmart, где кажется можно купить все, что потребуется - от готовой еды до телефона. Уборку делали каждый день, поддерживали чистоту. Удобные матрасы и подушки. Чистое постельное белье, полотенца и халаты.

Отель не новый и внешний вид некоторых предметов (например, ковровое покрытие в холле, двери и мебель в номере) оставляет желать лучшего. Но как будто это не так критично. Еще заказывали завтрак в номер и есть там было категорически нечего. Еще и дорогой был.

De locatie is prima: 5 tot 10 minuten lopen naar de metro. Shopping mall op 15 minuten lopen. Voor het hotel staan ook veel publieke huurfietsjes (met Alipay of WeChat te gebruiken; 1 fiets per smartphone). Daarmee zijn alle sites rondom de verboden stad goed bereikbaar. Voor het hotel ligt een grote weg. De overlast is echter beperkt omdat het gros van de auto's elektrisch is. Onze suite was lekker ruim en schoon. De bedden waren fijn. Het eten is lekker (zowel Aziatisch als Europees).

Het zwembadwater (binnenbad) was te koud.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Man befindet sich gerade in der Nähe der Xidan-Shopping-Strasse und der Metro-Station. Das Zimmer war gross, sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Понравилось оперативное реагирование на любые просьбы. Пришлось воспользоваться прачечной-все на высшем уровне-постирали и погладили. С багажом помогают.

Ужасный утюг, а, видимо, гладильной комнаты нет. Видавшая виды мебель с коцками. Плесень в швах душевой. Облупившаяся кожа на кресле. Негде сушить белье, лучше не стирать вообще, ибо оно не сохнет просто.

Our initial room smelled of smoke and when we pointed this out, the staff moved us to another room immediately, with no questions asked. They helped us with directions and ordering taxis - very helpful and friendly and professional. Thank you!

Location is between two Metro stations, short walk. This allow access to everything. The area of the hotel was quiet, with a shopping mall close by. The staff were awesome, friendly, helpful, and will help with any questions. The room was really nice, modern, bed was very comfortable. Facilities- the jacuzzi was not working, the gym is adequate and the pool is a lap pool. Breakfast, this is one of the best selection of breakfast in Asia. The food was very tasty. This definitely a hotel to stay in.

Удобное месторасположение, рядом метро, до центра города близко. Номер комфортный, соответствует фото. Очень удобная кровать, волшебные подушки.

Номера сильно уставшие. Царапины на дверях и стенах, одно из предоставленных полотенец было с дыркой! Очень ггрязные (пыльные) шторы на окнах. Сами окна тоже не очень чистые.
