The pool was nice, the view from it was amazing. The room was decent. We choose this place because it´s very close to the https://zissoudivers.com/, and yes it was convenient.

The air conditioned had a card to keep it running, only if you were at the room. Some members of my family would like preferred to have it running so the room could kept cold. There was not any chance to do it.

The Staff is wonderful, beautiful view as always, (we have stayed at Villas El Morro before) pool time is always great. Easy access to transportation. Good food within easy walking distance.

The bathroom was often a bit smelly from the drains, one burner did not work on the hot plate/stove top. Unfortunately it is starting to get expensive to stay there.

I stayed here a number of years ago and loved it. I wanted to come back but it was so expensive for my particular dates ( peak season) that I could only afford one night before moving to a cheaper place in town. The views are what make it special. Plus it is absolutely spotless. The two cleaners do a fabulous job. The pool is amazing, but for my stay there was a particularly noisy kid so it was difficult to get any peaceful pool time.

There was no one there to check me in. I suppose everyone needs a day off, but I had to wait for the cleaning ladies to come down and check me in. Then it was a struggle up the stairs with my bags. I was given a room on the lowest level which was a shame, but at least it meant fewer stairs to carry the bags. It is absolutely imperative to request a room on a higher level. The lowest level is too close to the noise of the pool. It didn't feel at all private on my balcony and you are right there on top of the pool. I paid to upgrade to the next level room ( master suite). I don't know if this was really necessary. The most important thing is not to be on floor 1 - definitely ask for a higher level room. Maybe they should try and allocate the lower level to families as they won't mind the noise of others.

Spacious, amazing view, floor to ceiling windows, balcony, short walk to town if you can manage 170 stairs down or easy bus ride, comfy bed, new induction stovetop, daily housekeeping, 3 ceiling fans and air conditioner in bedroom kept unit relatively comfortable despite the heat, supplied drinking water

Whole unit was dated, microwave was sketchy, no dresser drawers in bedroom, lampshades falling apart, bare minimum cooking supplies, no kitchen counter space

I wish there was a good coffee shop close by. We found the bed uncomfortable. Didn't like the plastic mattress cover...made us sweat.

The location is absolutely beautiful. It’s quiet, relaxing, great views from our room. You definitely get a work out walking the stairs to the property or just walking to Zihua. We would definitely come back Paulina and the staff are really friendly and helpful

El hotel se veía desde casi cualquier punto sobre la playa. El recibo y la gente que te atiende es muy amable y servicial.

En general todo bien, pero como había poca gente hospedada, mantenían las luces apagadas de la alberca, es comprensible hasta cierto punto ya que si son varios los pasillos que tienen escaleras.

L’hôtel est vraiment tranquille, pas de musique, pas de traffic, c’est ce que j’ai apprécié le plus. L’appartement est vieux et démodé mais vraiment propre. La climatisation dans les chambres est un gros plus. La piscine est agréable malgré sa petite taille. La vue sur la baie est spectaculaire matin et soir. Gabi est vraiment gentille, dévouée et professionnelle. Elle m’a si bien accueilli.

J’ai loué l’appartement 12. Il serait plus que temps de changer l’ameublement qui est totalement défraîchi. Le matelas mou de la grande chambre est recouvert d’une toile en plastique, le lit n’est pas confortable selon moi, les vieux oreillers non plus. Le long sofa banquette dans le salon est démodé, rapiécié et taché. Les rideaux du salon sont en parti décrochés. Les verres sont en plastique. Dommage parce que c’est un très bel appartement et un hôtel accueillant.

No coincidió las fotos del alojamiento con la realidad, prácticamente me dieron el cuarto de servicio de los trabajadores del hotel, que esta al lado de la alberca. Desde el primer día se escuchaba horrible el refrigerador ubicado al lado de la cama y no dejo dormir. Encima de todo no funcionaba el refrigerador. Al segundo dia no funciono el aire acondicionado, empezó a tirar agua como cascada a la media noche y me tuve que parar a limpiar y secar toda el agua tirada. Fue una semana completa de tener unas instalaciones muy desagradables.

A little noisy

Location was perfect, the hotel and rooms are beautiful and very quiet. They are much better in person than in pictures!!! The pool at night is truly amazing. Staff is kind and helpful. Everything was perfect.

Lo único bueno a destacar es la vista que tiene.

No me gusto que cuando llegamos el hotel estaba solo y completamente a oscuras, no tuvieron la atención de prender la luz, en la habitación el ventilador del techo hacia un ruido horrible, no pudimos descansar, la alberca estaba sucio, parecía que tenía tempo sin que la limpiaran. La recepción todo el tiempo estuvo sola, incluso al momento de entregar esperamos al rededor de 1 hora para poder entregar porque no había nadie, la vdd no nos dio seguridad hospedarnos ahí, no regresarían ahí.

Have stayed there numerous times and love it. Too bad they do not have a restaurant but there is some nearby.

The view it's great! We stayed in the Master Suite. Nice balcony, 1 bedroom with a great view and the living room has a great view too. The pool is excellent! There is a nice family owned place to eat that opens at 2pm daily (except Tuesday) until 11pm (or so). Just turn left as you leave the driveway and walk about 3-4 houses. They hand write a little menu everyday, and serve beer, wine, and margaritas. The Combi (little bus) comes by about every 15 minutes (sometimes more, sometimes less). Cost is 13 pesos to the Centro and goes to the Ixtapa Marina (not sure the cost to the Marina). The buses have pink stripes on them and have Noria and Ixtapa Marina printed on the windshield. There are also steps to get down to the dock and a bridge to get over to the beach. To get to them turn right from the driveway. They are located immediately to the right of the orange building (a tree kind of hides the steps). It is a good workout going up and down those steps!

The AC was noisy. There is only one AC located in the bedroom. The couch in the living room is very uncomfortable. When you leave the room, the AC shuts off (there is a card on the keys that activates the AC). There is one TV only and it is in the bedroom.

Es algo mínimo considero pues la misma ubicación por la vista tan bella, hace que esté algo alejado, sin embargo la base de las Combis transporte público está a menos de 5 minutos caminando.

La habitación que reservamos tiene muy buena vista, y es amplia y muy cómoda. Si no llevas auto, a pocos metros del hotel está una base de combis que te dejan cerca del centro.

Sin duda la vista que tienes es increíble, lo disfrutamos muchisimo.

Que no ofrecen algun tipo de servicio de bebida o alimentos, mas que nada por la distancia para subir y bajar y hacer las compras.

no instructions for the cook top stove, no TV in great room, bedroom ceiling fan rattled loudly, large drapes don't close completely, TV too small for large room, deposit required for pool towels, no food service and nearby options are limited, musty smells from the back unscreened windows, property is very steep up the drive and many flights of stairs up to rooms

Nothing to do with the hotel but a nice staircase back up from the water would be good, but it's Mexico so you have to accept these things. It's only 100 pesos taxi from downtown.

The view of Zihuatanejo bay was exceptional!!! The pool was very nice. View as well and clean. Cecilia was very helpful. There is great breakfast available at the only high end hotel down the street.

The steepness of the stairs to get your luggage up yourself from the safe and locked parking! The extremely dated decor…..Could walk down the hill past the Marina military to get to town and Malecón.

The rooms are spacious and it offers a great view of the Bay. The restaurant down the street at the Wyndham is excellent and highly recommended as the hotel does not have a restaurant. The collectivos go by every 5 minutes to bring you most places in the area. I would stay here again!

There is a sewer gas smell at the bathroom sink but I think that's just very common to Mexico.

The condo was amazing. The pool was great with a nice view, and the rooms were cleaned daily. Tranquil location. There's a great little home-based coffee place across the street and a local drinking spot down the road.

Only part was all the stairs! the condo has a lot of stairs to the top floor. If you want to walk to town the shortcut is 120 stairs one way or you have to walk the road. Great for exercise, but steep. Overall, it was amazing, I would recommend it and stay again.

Great location but could never find any counter staff to help with check in/out without searching the hotel. Then only a worker cleaning rooms to help.

Lack of staff to assist with check in/out,etc. Vending machine was so full of mist that you cannot see the products being offered.

The most annoying thing was the dogs in the neighborhood. They would bark all night and could be aggressive.
