Clean, spacious rooms, great view of the Zihuatanejo bay and 5 min walk from the main boardwalk, malecón.

That breakfast was not included but the hotel is a worthy for what you pay.

Piscina muy pequeña, no es un hotel inclusivo, no hay rampas, no hay ascensor, solo escaleras, escaleras y mas escaleras, no hay estacionamiento, debes estacionar en la calle a tu suerte

No desayunamos en el hotel, hojee la carta pero los precios no me convencieron, la ubicación es céntrica, sólo que tengo lesionada una rodilla y la subida para el hotel me costó trabajo

La comida muy rica y la atención muy buena todos muy amables y recamaras y baños amplios.

Tenía algunos lugares muy descuidados y la estructura de pemex y la entrada en general muy feo y descuidado la decorasion muy descuidado.

La vista a la bahía es espectacular, el personal es muy atento.Para ser un hotel pequeño y privado tiene algunas cláusulas en el reglamento no necesarias.

La ubicación es excelente.

Son muchas escaleras. Un familiar tuvo un incidente con un pie ese día que llegamos y era un tercer piso de escaleras se imaginarán como se la paso el. Y no pudieron hacer cambio a úna ubicación inferior. La alberca agradable solo que no dejan meter nada que no sea del mismo restaurante.

La relación precio calidad es la esperada, la alberca es pequeña pero cómoda, limpia y agradable

El trato del personal de recepción no es malo... pero no es tan amable... pedí de favor una plancha y la primera vez nunca llego, y la segunda tardo 1 hora y media... y el incapie del personal sobre el motivo por el cual puedes ser sancionado durante tu estancia me incomodo

No tiene playa, y no tiene estacionamiento, solo cuenta con 4 lugares que si tienes suerte te estacionas y está sobre la calle.

The food is excellent, the view from the rooms is spectacular, the staff is welcoming, professional, and caring, and the hotel is immaculately clean and well maintained.

1. The number of stairs to reach each floor, and no elevator was not clear when the booking was made. We had no issues with it but some might. 2. In a world where credit or debit is common, the hotel policy of cash only made it difficult to support their restaurant. I think they lose business that way.

El precio es demasiado alto para los servicios que se ofrecen. Las instalaciones son antiguas con equipo antiguo. Durante la estancia tuvimos problemas con algunos insectos rastreros.

Su vista es increíble, desde la habitación puedes ver todo zihuatanejo, tiene frigobar, el aire funciona muy bien, la alberca muy limpia y amplia ,está en un lugar muyy tranquilo como a 5 minutos de la cancha (centro) Te dan cafecito de cortesía muy bueno Las bebidas y alimentos de su restaurante muy ricos. Como tal no tiene estacionamiento, pero afuera del hotel siempre hay un lugarcito para estacionarte.

Demasiadas escaleras y con el calor pues es agotador,pero digo, si regreso pediría habitación de las de abajo. Un poco tedioso estar configurando la televisión cada que la usas. Las camas cómodas pero creo que podrían mejorar En la limpieza tienen que mejorar ,no tienen organización solo una vez me hicieron la habitación.

El baño de la habitación que nos tocó cuenta con una tina de hidromasaje que a la vez funciona como regadera, y es muy difícil y riesgoso tanto entrar como salir para niños pequeños o personas mayores y/o con algún problema físico ya que no cuenta con nada para sujetarse o algún escalón que facilite meterse a bañar

This hotel is a great location to walk to the marina IF guests are able to walk on old stone streets. The area around seems very sketchy but the hotel itself is quite nice and the view is great! The restaurant food and service is excellent as well. We are very happy with our choice of Villa del Pescador.

Our stay was incredible. Amazing space, increíble beautiful the free from the small private pool, which was as well a Jacuzzi. Loved it and will be back for sure.

The view is amazing and the staff was wonderful. We did have issues with the AC, but they were very prompt helping and switched us to another room.

Personnel is not too friendly, the hotel is in an incline that is very tiring, no elevator, jacuzzy only had cold water

We love Villa Del Pescador. There is so much to love about this hotel. It’s quaint, clean and friendly. The view of the bay from the rooms is amazing. This hotel has old school Mexican charm! We will definitely stay again.

This is a quaint boutique style Mexican hotel that we would return to without question. Hotel staff, food, and amenities were outstanding and very close to Zihua Centro by walking. We hope to return.

Nice hotel. Went to have breakfast, no cook. Walked 15 minutes to find a place. When checking out, no offer to help carry suitcases, no elevator, lots of stairs!!

I like the room and location. It had a nice view. The hotel was clean and when I arrived they welcome you and take your luggage which was nice. I liked that. They had coffee as well which was a great addition.

When we were leaving, the staff didn't pay attention to us anymore. They didn't even helped us with your luggage only when we arrived. Plus we were thirsty and we ask for a bottle of water because our room had free waters but were gone. They didn't give us courtesy waters, they charged us. Restaurant was ok, the food was cold. Plus there were alot of stairs. It will be nice to have an elevator.

The restaurant food was delicious. Staff was friendly. The view over the bay is amazing ,in the morning the sunrise shines in and the shade in the afternoon is great. We really enjoyed it.

We’re initially put in room with connecting door to another room. We could hear a pin drop next door. Appreciated that they moved us to another room after a couple of days.

No elevators. Stairs are steep. We were there early March 2024. Pool was not heated. Very noisy because of the surrounding restaurants and the town. Nice views and staff was pleasant.

Property was very close to town and the staff was super nice , Older but really good shape . Not much hot water but otherwise it was great , Will definitely be back

The room had a beautiful bay view and the food at the Hotel was some of the best in Zihua. The staff were very helpful (they carried all of our bags UP & DOWN)

I really LOVED the view and since this was a quick one night stay it was amazing to wake up to the bay view in the early morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Not recommended for someone having a lot of luggage, as there are many many flights of stairs. I was really looking forward to the bathtub and taking a bath but the jacuzzi jets were horribly dirty and moldy with black scum inside of the jet parts, easily cleaned out with a good scrub brush to get it clean.....i was extremely disappointed to not be able to take a bath after a long flight and arriving late at night. The bathtub was the main reason I booked this room so being disappointed this was was a bummer.

Absolutely spotless. Daily service amazing. No matter what I requested it was provided with a smile. The pools and restaurant were wonderful. When I come back to zihua this where I will stay. Not a single whiff of a bug which is usually a problem in smaller Mexican venues

Lots about this hotel that we really liked. It was friendly, clean, quaint and comfortable. Food and service were really good. The view of the bay was amazing! The down side was the reception area needs a little work and more welcoming in looks. There were lots of stairs from street to our 4th floor room. The hotel is a bit off the beaten path. Not close to Calle Adelita or La Ropa areas. Not too bad of a walk into town though. Great place if you are looking for a quiet stay and don’t mind stairs.

The views from the room were excellent.

We had the room with a jacuzzi. Was not informed it was only cold water and the sun could not warm it up as it was covered by a roof. First 3 days had issue with no hot water to the room. It was luke warm only and due to my persistance they managed to get hot water to the room. Mature couples staying there, the villas are on the side of a steep hill. To the 2nd floor it was 65 steps and there is 4 levels. The safe does not work in the room they tried numerous times to fix it with no joy and they gave up. Was not value for money.

Loved the stay, comfortable, clean, accommodating rooms. Staff was thoughtful, and took the extra step for our ease in enjoying our time. The area is quiet, which was perfect, with a wonderful walk to market area and waterfront walk.

The view was great, and the coffee was good. I appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities. The air conditioning worked really well, and kept us comfortable. I also liked the fact that were given plenty of bottled water and the fridge was a good size as well. Also, the bedding is all new when you arrive - including the cover. It's thin, but does the job.

The cleaning products and paints are terrible for people with chemical sensitivities. It's essentially constant, but only outside of your room. It would have been nice for more consistency with providing coffee, sugar, tea and water daily, so we didn't have to continually ask. Shampoos and soaps are non-useable, so had to buy our own. The flight of stairs was killer. Just something to consider if you're older. The food was average at best. Two restaurants under a one-minute walk have significantly better food, so they have to step up the game here.

The restaurant and pool area were very nice, but our room with the plunge pool was the highlight. Beautiful view and spacious clean room. The staff were all very kind and helpful!

The reception desk and bathrooms could use a little updating, but not a big deal.
