Provider-sourced guest reviews.
Very nice hotel with excellent bar and restaurant with live entertainment. Room was large and attractive and clean. Good bed and linens. Nice views of the lake from the main lodge. This is a luxury resort.
Heating and AC in our room was not functioning when we checked in. They sent maintenance to work on it and it went from freezing to too hot, then back to freezing then too hot to sleep. We discovered that they had previous problems in this room but have apparently not been able to fix it yet.
Great location , restaurant food very good, pool very nice
Need more waiters/ waitresses
Not worth the money. My family and I rented one of their 3 bedroom condos for a week stay in August. The condo was outdated and not cleanly as well as many of the light switches did not work. Additionally the service at the hotel was lacking, the restaurant was understaffed, pool bathroom broken. The manager Howie was nice and offered some compensation for the lack of quality but for being so expensive I would avoid this place and look at other options. My wife spoke to Howie and he said he would check with ownership about additional discounts due to us being unhappy but our email was never returned. For a $13,000 stay this place is not worth it.
Clean, beautiful landscaping, comfortable, good food, great employees
On the expensive side
location, beautiful surroundings, good food , shuttles to Whitefish and airport
need more staff in coffee bar and restaurant
We drove up from Butte and enjoyed a long weekend. The property is beautiful. And all the staff were so friendly and genuinely nice. The room we booked looked exactly like the picture on the internet. Sane furniture positioning, etc. It was very clean and the bed was so comfy! We enjoyed listening to a 9 year old boy who sat down at the piano by the fireplace and played and sang hit after hit - Sweet Caroline, Bon Jovi. Journey. There are many fireplaces with nice furniture and a calming ambience. The marina is in the back and you can rent pontoons, ski boats, canoes, paddleboards. And the tiki hut by the pool and jacuzzi stayed packed. I do recommend you make reservations early if you want to eat at the hotel restaurant. You can also ear at the bar - same menu as reststaurant - and the lake is in the background and the bar tenders are friendly and Felipe always remembered us. Just a really nice to stay!
It was beautiful and it was great that he canoe were included in the Bike use. Everyone was very friendly and the hotel was very clean.
The Lodge at Whitefish Lake has a great location, and our room was spacious and comfortable. We especially liked the fireplace, large bathroom, balcony, and the robes provided in the room. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. That said, there were several issues that made the stay feel less polished than expected for the price. Self-parking was across the street and a short walk, unless you used valet - and there were plenty of times that the valet workers were not available when we left early in the morning. The air conditioning was not set correctly when we arrived and continued to struggle during our stay. The fireplace pilot light was also not lit, so we needed assistance with that. Housekeeping was quite late on some days, arriving well after 2:00 p.m. The pool area was the biggest disappointment. It was regularly overrun with loud children and was not remotely relaxing. There were also not enough lakeside loungers. For a resort at this price point, an adults-only pool or designated quiet area would make a significant difference. The room also felt overly commercialized. There were snacks, mixers, alcohol, a cutting board and paring knife, and even a teddy bear placed around the room for purchase. Rather than feeling welcoming, it gave the impression that we were being upsold at every turn. At this price, basic items such as bottled water, a few snacks, and adequate coffee supplies should be included. Each day, we were provided with exactly two creamers and two sugars, which was not enough for more than one or two cups of coffee without calling for additional supplies. Other details also felt out of step with a luxury property. The rubber sandals in the closet were ill-fitting and clearly reused regularly; disposable slippers would have been preferable. Guest laundry was located in a separate condo building rather than the main lodge and was self-service only. Room service presentation was also surprisingly basic, with food delivered on a plate with a cover, no salt or pepper, and beverages served in plastic cups. Overall, the property has a beautiful setting, spacious rooms, and friendly staff, but the experience did not feel as relaxing or refined as it should have for the price.
The Lodge at Whitefish markets itself as mountain luxury, but after our stay I'd call it a nice hotel that misses the mark on the details that actually matter. The good: It's genuinely the nicest hotel in the area and the location right on Whitefish Lake is beautiful. The restaurants serve good food, and having a coffee shop on site is a nice touch. The not so good: There was a slight septic smell near the elevator on our floor, and the air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool. Parking is a hassle too. You're either valeting or parking across the street, which adds real time if you're trying to get an early start, especially since it's about 45 minutes to Glacier's west entrance and the park gets crowded fast. The pool area isn't the relaxing escape you'd expect at this price point. Every day we were there it was packed with screaming kids and parents who weren't paying attention, so don't plan on unwinding poolside. The bigger issue is the nickel-and-diming. The hotel and its restaurants tack on optional fees that added up to over $100 on our bill. We had to go to the front desk to get them removed, so check your bill closely, and if you miss it at checkout, call the hotel afterward and ask for a refund. Room service also has a surprisingly cheap feel for a place charging luxury prices. No salt, no pepper, no extras, just exactly what you ordered and nothing more. The rooms themselves don't come stocked with basics like knives, forks, plates, or paper towels, so if you're using this as a home base for a longer stay, you'll be making repeated trips to the front desk. It's a beautiful setting and a nice hotel, but it feels like an attempt at luxury from people who haven't actually experienced it. If we go back to Glacier, we'd stay closer to the park instead.
I love the Lodge....It is absolutely amazing!!
The location and the food
The poolside was too small not enough chairs for people, slow service.
The facility is extremely over rated and over priced
The entire facility is very dark, the few lights in our room were very dim...we were grateful for a large window. The bathroom sink was not clean, there was a lot of filth around the rim of the undermount sink. The furnishings needed dusting and what you couldn't see in the dim light probably needed a thorough cleaning. They call it "on the lake", much to our surprise we were given a room across the street where there are no facilities other than a gym that was very basic, an uninviting indoor pool and absolutely no lake views. When we found out we had no lake view, we were told we had a nature reserve view, it was actually several trees masking the highway.
De ligging aan het meer.
The room was very large, clean, and comfortable with thoughtful amenities like a fireplace, iron and steamer, and the usual toiletries plus a shaving kit. The food in both the restaurant and room service was really good. We were also surprised that room service and the snacks in the room were so reasonably priced, which was really convenient. Wifi worked great, which was nice after spending a week in Glacier with no service. Location was also great - about a mile from downtown and only 20 minutes from the airport. We weren't there long enough to take advantage of some of the other amenities, but we were impressed with the the offerings like free canoe rental and shuttles to the airport, downtown Whitefish, and the rodeo in Columbia Falls. Every staff member we interacted with was super friendly and nice as well!
We didn't have any complaints about our stay
Overall a pleasant stay. The rooms are a little dated and expensive. Very clean. Staff is helpful, but sometimes lacks communication. Yes. I would probably stay here again. But would check other options to compare prices.
Location
It is dingy and cramped and loud
Incredible property! Truly enjoyed it!
The location is great, the hotel is beautiful
The hotel is understaffed and over booked… the restaurant, guest services, and front desk are lacking in staff and services. The spa was fully booked weeks before arrival. I feel the hotel is very understaffed.
Pretty setting, nice rooms and great staff
Our room was too far from the main area if you’re staying in the Viking rooms. It was our 2nd time staying here and both times very disappointed with the food. I don’t think they have a real chef to match the quality & price of the property. Sad!
Wonderful lodge! Room, food and service top notch. Loved the pool, canoes and hot tub. Food was excellent as well. Beautiful lake.
We stayed at the Lodge for 5 days attending at meeting. The lodge is well kept and the room was clean. Housekeeping was daily and supplied the room well. It has a small refrigerator, which was handy. We ate at the Lodge twice. Once outside by the dock and once in the restaurant. The service was slow and the food was bland. The shrimp tacos had two or three shrimp and little flavor. The house salad was good, but nothing to brag about.
Beautiful property. Spa was great. Breakfast was delicious. Drinks at the Tiki Bar were amazing. View was great from there too.
Stayed in the Viking Lodge, which is actually across the street with a lovely view of the parking lot. Not a lot of food options at the restaurant and tiki bar. Food at the Tiki Bar was not great.
Location th facility th staff the view the pool the dining
Nothing
Such a beautiful resort with so many amenities and nice touches! Very close to town with a convenient shuttle that takes you there and back at all hours of the day. Gorgeous views and great drinks/food.
Facilities are excellent. Room was comfortable and roomy. Amenities are plentiful. Location is great.
Food in the Boat Club Bar didn't meet our expectations. Our room was not ready until 5:30 which was a real pain. We were given some credits to compensate for the inconvenience.
Location and staff friendly.
Facilities and room looked dated. The cost seemed to be excessive compared to other high end lodges I have stayed.

Great and beautiful location and nice room size
All good!!
This was our first visit here. The Lodge is beautiful. The smell of tamarack burning in the fire places and outdoor fire pit was awesome. The dinner in the bar was delicious. Great service. Kodiak was super helpful one morning as it was chilly out and drizzly and was willing to start the fire pits on bar deck for ice to enjoy our coffees at. Even went and got towels to dry off the ice. He was super friendly and helpful. However, our check in is what made it not a great experience. Upon checking in, we went up to our room on the second floor, only to open it to see other people were already living there. Thankfully no one was "home" and not interrupt anyone, but it made us VERY uncomfortable to know we had entered someone else's room. And could that happen to us?? And when I went down to front desk to address this, Cole the front desk manager was barely apologetic to the situation happening. All he said was oh, I am sorry about that. You should be the next floor up. Your card was entered wrong. No real sincerity in the apology, no offering anything to compensate the uncomfortable situation and lack of trust and care that now my stay is in question of safety. When I checked out two days later, the lady that checked us out asked how our stay was and I explained what happened and she was MUCH more apologetic and offered us a complimentary breakfast voucher if we were willing to extend our stay another night. Nice offer but not on the day we were leaving. Left a bad taste in our mouth for our first time staying here.
Probably the worst Easter Brunch at $75 a head I have ever been to. The brunch website shows a cornucopia of fresh fruit with the reality being a small bowl of chopped up melon, pineapple, strawberries, and blueberries. The only seafood offered was overcooked salmon. At least the omelettes were fresh, but the only egg offering available. The service was abysmally slow. It took 20 minutes for our coffee orders to arrive. The dessert offerings were both minimal and sad. Then to top it all off, in addition to the overpriced buffet, the hotel charges three additional charges over and above the gratuity. A Resort tax, +2 other supposedly voluntary charges which they don’t tell you about. The bill for eight people was close to $700.
Scenic classic Montana lodge experience with a beautiful lakeside setting is its biggest strength. The resort features a full service spa, multiple pools (including indoor and lakefront options), and a well equipped fitness center, giving it a well rounded wellness offering, while on site dining like the Boat Club Restaurant has a great atmosphere and great quality. The rooms and certain common areas feel dated and not always aligned with the premium pricing. Service is often friendly but can be inconsistent, and maintenance or housekeeping issues occasionally came up. Overall, it’s a picturesque, amenity rich resort ideal for a relaxed, outdoors focused stay, though it falls slightly short of delivering a fully modern luxury experience. Would return again and again.
Absolutely the most beautiful Montana Lodge!
The lodge itself is very nice. The staff could not be any more welcoming and kind. Shuttles to to town and the mountain are a key asset. I used the outdoor hot tub every night and had s’more’s too.
This property is outstanding. The restaurant is superb. The room was spacious.
I feel the price is a little steep, but it is a luxury property.
We arrived on 1/24 On 1/25 we went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Only about 4 families were seated for breakfast. Waitress came by and we asked for coffee and a latte and placed our order. After 20 min I went searching for the waitress, because we never received our coffee and latte. She wasn’t around. I went to the hostess stand to let hostess know we did not receive our coffee or our latte. The hostess filled our coffee but did not bring cream. I went and got it myself. After 30 min had to go to the hostess stand to remind about my latte. At 45 min, I went back to the hostess stand to cancel our breakfast because we were going to be late for our outing and was then informed it would be up in a minute. Our waitress delivered it tepid and overcooked with a weak apology about being the only one here. She offered nothing for our trouble. We were LATE for our outing. When we came back from our outing, we found that housekeeping had not touched our room. This would be a CONSTANT issue during our stay. The housekeeper said “oh, I don’t have anyone listed in 327”. We had to delay our dinner plan to wait for housekeeping to ensure they would actually take care of our room and our requests. After dinner we went to the the hot tub and sauna. Most of the hot tub jets DID NOT WORK. One Sauna was out of order and the other had a max temp of 90 degrees. (Later the working sauna would be out of order. They took the heating element from the previously out of order sauna to fix it). Throughout the duration of the stay only one sauna was working. There was ICE around the hot tub, no signs, no salt or traction mats. My 60 year old husband SLIPPED and nearly fell.He caught himself on the railing. When we came back from the hot tub, there was a loud, consistent noise coming from the locked closet door by the kitchen. I sent an email to the front desk with all of the above concerns because no one answered the phone to the front desk. The front desk associate did reply via email that they have passed along our concerns to management. They asked when would be a good time to check the room for the noise. I let them know we would be gone all day the next day (on 1/26) and anytime would be fine. At 7p on 1/26 as we were returning back to the hotel, I realized the lodge staff did not provide an update on the issues regarding hot tub, sauna or the noise in our room. I emailed asking if they could provide updates. At 715p they said “we are checking on this now”. NOW?!? I was told this would be taken care of when we were gone. I stopped by the front desk to understand what was happening. Scott the front desk associate offered to move our room and offered an”upgrade” lake view room and apologized for our trouble. When we went to the new room, the toilet was running and making loud noises. I returned to the desk to let Scott know that we didn’t want a room with toilet issues. He then offered to move us to a 2 bedroom condo but when I returned back to the desk, he told me there would be an upcharge! Really?!? Wow. He said the manager would be in tomorrow morning and I could speak with him. I sent another email at 8400 asking for updates about hot tub and sauna, because not one person addressed this via email or in person, and I was considering going to another hotel. No reply to my email. I let them know I wanted my deposit back and we were going to go somewhere else. I spent the next several hours calling around hotels. Next morning spoke with Howie the manager. Told me he would personally keep me informed about the hot tub. He did not. I had to text again to ask for updates. He said he wanted us to stay and would make it right. He did not. I let him know that if he was offering an upgraded room what was important is the soaking tub and least two beds. He offered a loft with one queen, which means my 6’2” son would be sleeping on a pull out couch. He then offered a 2 bed condos with no tub. Neither of these is an upgrade to me, as the loft had one less bed and there was no soaker tub in the condo. By now we were used to the noise in our room. It became white noise and decided to stay in our room. Plus we were just tired of WASTING OUR TIME ON HOTEL ISSUES. I asked what he could do and I mentioned the front desk had said they could comp one night. He agreed to this. From this point forward, we received sub standard housekeeping services. Our sheets were not changed for 3 days. We had towels and garbage (see attached pics) piled in our room because no one came to clean it. I left a note every day asking for coffee pods, towels, and robes. Every day they either did not service our room at all or forgot one or all of the items I requested. There is something very wrong with the management and service at this hotel. I do not mind paying a higher price for amenities and service, but this hotel was a high price tag and did not deliver on promises. This hotel is not in the service business. This staff should be ashamed of themselves for gross neglect of service, not to mention safety issues and hygiene issues. This was the first vacation we have taken as a family in 18 months, because my husband was undergoing cancer treatment. He is cured now, and this was a celebration trip. Shame, shame on you for making our trip stressful, unpleasant and unsafe.
We had such a wonderful experience at the Lodge. Staff was so kind and we loved all the amenities. The hot tubs and sauna were a must in the cold temps and did not disappoint. Also utilized the Spa and had a wonderful massage . We will definitely be returning! Close to the ski resort too , which is why we’re in town. They have shuttles but didn’t use because we had a car. Beautiful place
Great location and staff
Watercraft rentals are very expensive
Great location, great amenities. The tiki bar is amazing and the pools are nice. It was a great value for an awesome property. Super clean. We loved taking the canoe out for a ride. Staff was very helpful and my friend took a shuttle to and from the airport and it was seamless.
No complaints, everything was perfect.
The Tiki bar on the lake, the complimentary kayaks to use on the lake.
We stayed in the building across the road. While the bridge across was road was fine, it was not a convenient as I had expected, and the building was not maintained in the same standard as the main building.
We had a great stay at the lodge! Always comfortable and relaxing. Staff are amazing and take good care of the guests. Another excellent getaway at the Lodge
Much larger than typical hotel room in the area. Plus the view is amazing.
I could have stayed longer.
This was an amazing visit. Had a great time during the winter stay. I do want to call out Scott and Cole from the front desk who went above and beyond for us and accommodated us beyond expectation. Also the concierge desk was very helpful planning out our visit prior to arrival. Thanks again !
Awesome location and great setting
Lots to do without even needing to leave The Lodge. Absolutely loved the sauna and spa. Both restaurants were delicious and all the staff were amazing!
Everything!
Nothing!
We love The Lodge at Whitefish. We have stayed several times over the years with our children. This past time they have provided service that went above and beyond. Our flight was cancelled and we couldn’t get another one until the next day. We returned to stay the night and they upgraded our room for us! They were very quick to come pick us up from the airport too! They are all very friendly! I would highly recommend staying here ❤️
Location
We stay here at least once a year, usually in the main lodge as we want to be right in the middle of the action. This stay included the Thanksgiving buffet, which was beautifully presented and included unusual offerings like pumpkin gnocci, smoked gouda & brisket mac & cheese, and maple salmon. It was great to be out of the kitchen this year and just enjoy the holiday.
Location and the unit itself was clean and well laid out
The food and service was not as good as we expected. It was off season and it felt like they were operating on a skeleton crew. Price was extremely high for the quality.
We stayed in one of the lodges. There was loads of space and it was well equipped.
Enjoyed our stay recently at The Lodge Condos. We had a two bedroom so that gave us plenty of room. Very clean and comfortable. Great view. Enjoyed watching the sunset from our balcony and having a few meals out there too. Very relaxing and quiet. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Great muffins at the snack shop. Will definitely plan to come again. Would love to bring the family next time.
Beautiful property-staff very helpful……best Philly Cheese Steak sandwich I’ve had in years!
Bed was too soft and there were insufficient facilities for hanging bath towels. Cost was high, especially dinners, so we chose to eat elsewhere except for breakfast which was OK.
Easy & Beautiful location with true 5 stars service! Nicest people and all overall a 5 stars lodge right by Misty gorgeous lake!
Great setting, great room
Chicken burger was very basic
My husband and I have been repeat guests of this lodge for over 20 years. The location is superb. Summer is actually our favorite time when the lake is active with boating and seaplanes. This time, because we live in Wyoming for part of the year, we opted for a three day Fall trip to enjoy Oktoberfest in charming, downtown, Whitefish. The complementary airport shuttle was appreciated as we fly ourselves into Glacier GPI. Brady, our driver, from the lodge, showed up on schedule. What a great addition to the lodge! Big smile, great attitude, he is the absolute best kind of employee to welcome us to Whitefish. He asked if we wanted to take the scenic tour back to the Lodge or go through downtown. We opted for the scenic tour as we had planned to go downtown after check-in. Brady was an absolute joy. I can see him, one day, becoming general manager! I told him as much! Actually, all of the employees we encountered were top-notch. I do not remember the young lady of Jamaican descent at the front desk, but she was very good as well. As we had come in early, they did not have a room right away, but they took our bags and stored them and made arrangements for us to go downtown while we waited for our room to be ready. Brady took us downtown and recommended a place for a late breakfast. The front desk texted us when our room was ready about 2 PM. The shuttles run every hour to go downtown and pick up to go back to the Lodge, 10 minutes after every hour. Pick up is very convenient at the lodge’s sister hotel, the FireBrand, downtown. Every afternoon the lodge hosts a free cocktail in the lobby starting around 5 PM. As guests, we usually walk around the grounds before dinner at the boathouse. The boathouse, breakfasts, dinners and bar menu were all excellent. Staff equally so! I looked back at my last review, and I have to close with the some of the same comments for improvements. We stayed in the Viking Lodge, which is connected to the lodge by a bridge over the main roadway. What’s nice about this section of the hotel is the indoor pool, hot tub, and gym. It’s an easy walk to the main lodge. That said, the walkway and main hallways of the Viking lodge need a refresh. New paint and carpeting are pretty much essential and what I recommended the last time. Decor is dated and looks worn out. In our room, we appreciated the Instant hot water and good water pressure in the shower and bathtub. I would highly recommend changing out the lighting in the bathroom to the newer make up mirror type lighting. It’s very dark in the bathrooms. Also, consider changing out mattresses and comforters, as needed. An easy refresh. The gym was extremely crowded, very early. Since there are only about three treadmill’s, I would recommend a sign that asks guests to limit their time to no more than 20 minutes. In addition, the inside hot tub and pool area was constantly inundated with children, running all over the place and jumping into the pool and hot tub. I would recommend an adult only time, or designate the outdoor hot tub as adult only. We still highly recommend this lodge. With a few improvements, this lodge will go from great to greater!
The restaurant, views of the lake, facilities were all great.
Modest gift shop, and quite a long walk to get to our room.
This is the best place to stay if you like to have a variety of things to do without needing to leave the resort. The friendly staff, the top notch service, and the accomodations are fantastic! We come every year and it is a highlight for us as a couple.
I arrived in Whitefish not knowing that the huge influx of people and money over the years have ruined the area. There were no hotel rooms available. I swallowed hard and opted for a $500 per night room at the lodge. It is magnificent in every way. The location is perfect. Being a mile from an overly congested downtown where one has to circle multiple times to find a parking space is so nice. Everyone please re read my last sentence to understand how what should be a more tranquil MT town has been ruined. That being said I was so happy my friend who lives in Whitefish enticed me to visit. I put the Lodge on the same level as any other great hotels I have stayed at on Maui or New England. The staff. the amenities, all exceptional. 20 years since I last visited has seen absolutely tragic development but the Lodge has carved out a special spot in the area. One never has to leave like I did. I only went downtown to have breakfast where my friend worked, then couldn't get back to the lodge fast enough. Next time want to burn over a $1000 for a weekend, I won't even think twice about staying here
The whole environment was pleasing Nice staff and awesome rooms
We love staying at the lodge! The complimentary drink, s’mores by the fire, and the beautiful outdoor hot tub. How much more could you ask for
Very enjoyable experience. Staff were friendly, attentive and willing to do whatever it took to help guests of the Lodge. The 2 bedroom condo was very comfortable, cozy and inviting. Highly recommend a stay at Whitefish Lodge.
I loved staying here for my friends wedding! We are outdoorsy people but we did have quite a few critters in our room on arrival. Our bathroom had several spiders in it. No big deal to us we just put them outside, but just an FYI. I know we are in a woodsy area so I understand. Otherwise the property was overall clean and so welcoming. The staff was SUPERB and I loved the hot tub. The wedding there was amazing as well. So beautiful and all of the catering staff was top notch. They need a raise! Thanks so much for the best time
Everything was top notch. Try it, you will not be disappointed!! Everyone was helpful and friendly. The amenities were unbelievable. There is so much to do or if you just want to relax it is the place. Scenery is indescribable
We were disappointed that the marina closed the day before our Reservation began. The room was fantastic with deer walking right by our window. Best pillows ever! Breakfast omelet was delish in the boat club restaurant! Waitress was so friendly… Montana coffee was outstanding.
Room , dining , jacuzzi and grounds were terrific Staff was friendly and helpful
Room wasn’t cleaned properly since there was food in the fridge that not only smelled bad but also had mold. Also outside bar unfortunately was closed.
everything is great here! There's only one restaurant at the hotel but they do have veggie options. My room was very nice.
We loved the facility!! The room was perfect for us. The fitness facility was more than adequate! The smores you supplied were a wonderful bonus. Having the water to look at right outside our bedroom was exhilarating first thing in the AM!! Staff were friendly and helpful.
We did have several minor maintenance issues- shower water that was barely warm, doors that did not close, curtains falling off the rings. At this price point, the details should matter.
Food ok. Need more restaurants
The view was breath taking
the pool was close the whole time we were there, big disappointment
Expensive for the experience. Very pricey for what you got.
The condo we stayed in was very nice. Well equipped and beautiful view of lake
Way too noisy . Labor Day weekend was awful . The pool was filled to over capacity , loud music and drunk people. The line for coffee in the am was ridiculous. One person working and taking up to 5 to 10 min to make specialty coffee. Staff was not as customer friendly as they should have been for the price we paid. Will not return here which is a shame because the condos are so nice
Our stay at the Lodge was absolutely incredible! We made sure to soak up all the amenities, and it was a great choice, as there was something for everyone to enjoy, from our 85-year-old to our 2-year-old. Every single person we came across was welcoming and knowledgeable. Everywhere we went in Whitefish, if we mentioned we were staying at the Lodge, we were met with compliments and praise for such a cool place. It was a 10/10 experience!
Overall, I loved my stay at the Lodge. I would definitely stay again. The only suggestion I have is for the complimentary in-room water, coffee, and creamers, sugar packets, etc to be restocked without having to repeatedly request these items at the front desk (where they had bottled waters stocked for those who asked). Not sure why Housekeeping didn’t provide these items as part of their daily service
