Breakfast, front desk, drivers, proximity to downtown Whitefish restaurant downtown ,convenience, etc. I would recommend this hotel for people entering park from western entrance. Best of the best bonus : Martee and Georgie.

Good variety

The staff were all very warm and accommodating, they were usually busy cleaning, but still greeted us. There were no unanswered questions, and nothing but welcoming smiles and at least polite discussion. The manager was familiar (though we hadn't any problem) with who we were or where we were. She was friendly and efficient.

The locality wasn't the greatest (a cluster of hotels). Our view was not at all exciting. That's the long and the short of our criticism. It was made up for by the spacious luxury of our suite.

We stayed in Whitefish for 2 nights on our USA road trip. We are a family of four with 2 rooms. Whitefish is a lovely town to visit and had a really nice feel about to, I would definitely return. This is also a great place to explore Glacier NP from. This hotel is really nice and the staff are super friendly, we received a very warm welcome from Justin and the staff on reception were great, we particularly enjoyed meeting Georgie! The cookies on reception were a nice touch. The facilities at the hotel were great. The gym was well equipped with decent equipment and the guest laundry room was good. The added bonus at this hotel was the shuttle service into whitefish centre, it was free and easy to arrange a return trip into town to dine out. The free breakfast and coffee were also good. Whilst this hotel was on the more expensive side it was a great place to stay, Whitefish is a bit of a hidden gem.

Hampton Inn and Suites in Whitefish is very clean and welcoming! Justin and Mattie from the front desk helped me with restaurant recommendations, information and maps about Glacier National Park, and welcomed me as a Hilton guest. Owen set up a really good breakfast, including gluten-free bagels , along with the many breakfast choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Loved the 24 hour hot tub and pool. Fun to relax after a long travel day after dinner! Breakfast was good as well!

Nicest and hardest working staff in all the Hampton inns I have stayed in clean and a good location also has shuttle to the downtown which was nice breakfast was good would stay here again

Great helpful and friendly staff. The free shuttle to town and the airport was a huge plus. My room was extremely clean and comfortable. Nice to have a pool, hot tub and fitness room. They were very flexible with check in and check out times and willing to store my luggage.

The breakfast was limited and had few protein options. The heating/cooling unit fan would not turn off, even when I adjusted the temperature at the thermostat. It was extremely loud; enough that I had to have the TV at a high volume and wear noise canceling headphones to sleep.

This was a phenomenal experience. As Hilton people know, Hamptons can be hit or miss. This was a hit. Clean, comfortable, and every person on the staff that I encountered, from the front desk to the gal mopping the floors, was super kind and friendly. Two minute drive to downtown Whitefish. Would def return. You won't be disappointed.

This is definitely a top Hampton Inn! The rooms and public spaces are all super clean and the staff responsive to questions. The location is right on the edge of Whitefish, which made getting to Glacier easy. The free shuttle is a top amenity as driving and parking in Whitefish is not fun. The shuttle runs until 11:00 pm with the last downtown pick up being 10:45 pm, at least in July of 2026. It was great to take the shuttle downtown for dinner! I found the hotel pretty quiet. It seemed like maybe a more recently build or refurbished Hampton as everything seemed bright and new. The only thing I'd be cautious of is turning left out of the hotel! Wait until it is safe as cars are zipping by. Also, there is a great pizza place (Mama Ev's) and a great Chinese restaurant (China Wall) within walking distance!

The grounds were beautiful, everything I used was very clean, the hotel staff was helpful, and kind! The continual availability of coffee/tea in the lobby was enjoyed and appreciated! The aroma of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies in the evening was so nice! The breakfast bar has many delicious options! I would stay again!!

We stayed at this Hampton for upcoming elopement in glacier national park and let me just say…wow! The staff, scenery, location, breakfast, everything! This was by far the nicest Hampton I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast was all self served and was very delicious. You can make your own waffles which I’ve never seen at other Hampton. The entire place was clean and it’s so close to glacier national park!

Pricing with Hamptons are always a little more pricey than some hotels but honestly you get what you pay for.

Enjoyed the value of this hotel. Great location! Good breakfast and solid gym. We used the shuttle service and Morgan was great, even got us a luggage cart so we could easily go right out to the platform.

Everything about the hotel is magnificent: accommodating and cordial stuff, substantial and filling free breakfast, clean swimming pool and a hot tub, thoughtfully designed gym, a prime location to explore the surrounding area.

The hotel is conveniently located to downtown Whitefish and the mountain. What makes the place outstanding is the staff. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. Martie at the front desk is amazing and she makes the place five stars. She bakes cookies for the guests each night and is always willing to help with anything that she can. The cleaning staff and Mike who managed the breakfast one of the mornings we were there are also fantastic. Highly recommmed !

Prior to my retirement I had over 100 hotel/nights annually, the Hampton Inn in Whitefish was one of, if not the best hotel of all the major chains that I experienced. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. . The housekeeping staff did an exceptional job presenting the room. It is very obvious that they take great pride in their performance, and it shows. If I ever venture to this part of Montana again, I will stay at this Hampton Inn.

We had an awesome visit to the Hampton Inn Whitefish. The rooms were spotless and so quiet! The location was perfect—very close to downtown. The best part of our stay, though, was the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Our teenage son accidentally left his retainer in the room, and before we even realized it, Martie called to let us know and offered to mail it to us. Thank you, Martie and the housekeeping staff! We’re so grateful for your thoughtfulness and wonderful service.

Very clean, helpful front desk (traveling with family so a grandchild, a dog, lots of details and all was awesome. Breakfast was good and GF options appreciated.

The hotel's location is great, it also has a shuttle to take you to downtown which was excellent during the hard winter days we spent in Whitefish. Our room was very spacious and clean.

Breakfast was just mediocre

Overall, excellent room and hotel, EXCEPT a major problem with the TV. I was told they put in new TVs several weeks earlier and they are very nice (very large screen). However, the maximum volume is limited to “47”. According to their maintenance person (via the Front Desk), this limit is preset by Hilton and can NOT be changed. (There are no other volume settings visible on the TV, nor on the remote.). Unfortunately, when the heater fan is blowing and a “quiet” movie is on, this volume is simply not loud enough to hear the dialog. I’ve never had this problem at other Hiltons. (I’m a Diamond member and stay at a lot of Hilton hotels.) Because the TV is so important to a hotel experience, I will not longer stay at this hotel. Maybe some day I’ll return (as I’ve been at this hotel multiple times in the past), but not for a very long while.

Very nice hotel! Clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. We stayed 2 nights and had no complaints. The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was decent. One of the best Hampton Inn's we have stayed in!

Elderly family in the area has just moved into assisted living, so we will need a place to stay when visiting. This will be our go to. Very friendly, clean and comfortable, great location. We'll be back.

Check in was quick and easy from a friendly desk clerk. We were recognized as diamond honors members and given some water and snacks. The room was very clean and comfortable. The wifi worked very well in our room. We did not use the pool or have breakfast.

Ppl above me stomped their feet, hitting walls and sounded like they were rearranging furniture every night for 3-4 hours. Pretty annoying.

Stayed here during a trip to Glacier. This is a newer Hampton that's also recently been redone. The rooms are nice, but could have more charging ports. It has a saltwater pool that's just big enough to get some real exercise, with a changing room. The location is convenient to fast food and a couple supermarkets (a relatively new/upscale Safeway and regional chain Super 1 that's probably better for bakery and other fresh items than Safeway. The hotel provides a shuttle to Whitefish's downtown (which has a range of restaurants).
