The breakfast was good

The first night was horrible the heater in room would not shut off the heat above 90. The door alarm would not shut off when we left the room and inside the room the it only way we could shut the alarm off was to use the dead bolt. We went down to complain to the front desk about she kind of put us off. We left for the day to golf when came back the room was so hot we could not stay in and the door alarm was not staying off. There was a cleaning staff near by and I showed him what the room was like, that's when we finally got some action for the repairs.

I had booked four rooms.I've stayed at the day's inn for a number of years. They had three rooms on the main floor .I was on the second floor not all together. I asked the front desk if they could put me on the same floor as my friends. They said , no , we had all the rooms book.

The restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing. Would recommend that place to anyone. Easy check-in as well.

The room wasn't the cleanest. The couch in our room was so stained. The room was very hot with no way of cooling it down.

The room was not clean, my 9 month old found and ATE a cigarette that was behind the chair. I shouldn’t have to worry about my infant eating someone else’s cigarettes when I go into a room that should have been cleaned already I did not see it until she had already eaten part of it!!

I asked for a room on the ground floor not too far from reception and they could not have assigned a closer one. I also had a surprisingly good dinner in the restaurant. I have stayed at this hotel before and I think that this was probably the best stay. I shall certainly stay again.

Breakfast had a good variety. Gluten free bread readily available which was nice. Omelettes made upon request by chef in breakfast room was a nice touch.

Easy to find. Clean. Tv worked. 👍🏼 staff was nice. Pillows are never great but they were ok. Found bed a bit hard but for one night it was all very good.

Jaz at the front desk was very helpful and great to assist us with all of our needs. The breakfast buffet is top notch. From the selections to the pleasant staff was a pleasure to deal with. When I was in need of directions Jaz was right on the spot.

Very outdated room, couldn’t access coffee maker, bathroom tub was clogged, toiles ran on and off for entire stay, slow water flow in toilet, sink tap leaked …

Breakfast is good, omelettes, bacon are great, potato, yogurts, fruit, juice and coffee, butter, philadelphia cream cheese, muffins. Everything that we need. Location is noisy, also there is a gas station and seven-eleven where were homeless or something, not safe. But on the other hand, you can buy water, food, snacks, etc. Pool is not heated to 27 or something degrees as I supposed, but not very cold. Maybe 21-22 degrees. You can use extra towel for the pool which is on the way to the pool. We enjoyed swimming. Room is clean, towels and bedding are white, fresh, clean, good quality. Bath tube is also clean and fresh, no mold. Air conditioner works well. Parking is free. The hotel is not fresh/new, but clean and was sold out as per receptionist.

To heat the pool more: to 25-27 degrees. To add vegetables for breakfast. Thank you.

A fire alarm went off just as we were coming back to the hotel. We had to wait outside for half an hour before we could get back into the hotel.

Our room was facing the highway with much truck noise during the night. TV was out

Breakfast was OK. I liked the fresh omelettes. The room was a good size and I liked that my dog was VERY welcome. The location was OK, lots of food places nearby. The pool was a nice perk!

The hide-a-bed was atrocious. The pool could use some lounge chairs. There was nowhere for my dog to pee. The street outside the hotel is very noisy.

It was last minute and convenient

Absolutely brutal night at this hotel. We had a very disturbed night! Until late at night, past midnight, the people next door were being violent and fighting, crashing around, and yelling at the top of their lungs. Then at 7:30 am, same loud noisy behavior! No one lifted a finger even though we were directly down the hall from the front desk, they must have heard. We were exhausted with a lot of grumpy driving to do that day! This was not right. Bed was also lumpy, and the breakfast upset my stomach.

The building had a strange smell to it. Couldn’t adjust the air con very cold in the rooms.

Food was great but the worker sure could have used a helper. He was swamped and wasn’t putting the food out in the order it came in so we had to wait a long time for our group to finish eating. Nice big room and lots to eat

Wish I had filled in the preregistration as one worker was on the phone and second one was trying to deal with a big problem with the group in front of us.

Wow! Never again! We checked into the hotel and got to our room to find NO pillows on the bed and no duvet. Only a sheet! We went to the front desk requesting pillows and blankets and got told that since we have feather allergies they don’t have any non feather pillows or duvets!!! What?!?? When did this become acceptable? We can’t be the only people with feather allergies! As an establishment, if you don’t have any pillows or blankets to accommodate this request, YOU MUST let the guest know. Then we could have made a decision on whether to accept this and stay or book elsewhere. NEVER in all our travelling around the world have we ever experienced this. Such a waste of good money!!!

The room was very nice. The complementary breakfast was excellent. The ramps were good to have for my husband's walker.

The toilet was far too low, especially for my husband who has had a new hip and a new knee. The traffic was loud during the night which interrupted our sleep.

The breakfast was very good .. omelette..bacon breakfast sausage..has browns ..cereal yogurt fruit and bread or muffins or the absolute best bagels I've ever had!! The coffee wasn't my favorite unfortunately..was a bit weak for my taste.

Better coffee would be nice. The in room coffee was better.

The Days Inn lost their record of my confirmation number. A large plastic screen "protected" their front desk staff from guests. It required guests to lean down and talk through/under a 4" gap at counter level. The ONE staff member (at the typical check-in time) made NO attempt to talk loud enough to hear them through the space. A lineup of guests awaited their chance to try and communicate their registering. I had to wait while contact was made with their manager who was apparently at home. After ONE HALF HOUR my family waiting in the car came in to find out what was happening. In addition, the following day when my room key wouldn't work I tapped the counter bell for service. A very disgruntled man appeared and was very rude and annoyed that I had asked for the key to be activated. He wasn't at all pleasant to be left dealing with guests.

Left very early for our airplane flight so the staff made sure we had a breakfast to go. The breakfast to go was great as there was no breakfast food at the airport. Also, we requested a wakeup call that came right on time.

There was nothing that we didn't like in our short stay.

The bed was either a double or the mattress leaned into the middle.

Key cards only worked once. Had to keep getting it fixed for both cards. Vending machine gave out frozen drinks.

The staff were excellent, breakfast was absolutely worth it, beds were comfy and location was great.

The tub had some serious mold around where the caulking was, the caulking was disintegrating and that was unfortunate to see as the tub was a great soaker tub.

The breakfast is the only thing I liked this time.

My Mom left a couple corn chips on the night stand. In the morning at least 15 ants were on the night stand and one on my Mom’s bed. The house keeping was untruthful and said they never saw any ants. The toilet kept running and we had to keep touching the handle to try to stop it from running with bubbles in the toilet. The staff said because I used booking.com they couldn’t give a discount. Booking.com wanted to give a a $10 discount. I’m furious and I will not recommend staying here.

Medical emergency was reason for stay. The staff and breakfast were amazing! Cleanliness and Super comfy beds too!

Rooms were the only positive about this hotel. They told us we had no reservation until I showed them the confirmation email. The elevator was broken and we were traveling with an 83 yr old so stairs were not an option. Breakfast is a joke. “Omelette” was eggs, peppers and celery. No meat or cheese option. We had two room, paid for by one card and they could not figure out how to do that correctly. Charges us incorrectly and refused to fix it.

We really liked our room, the space to move around, and the beds. The breakfast was great with hot choices and omelets to order. We found it quiet wherever we were. The lobby is huge with lots of seating, which is especially helpful when groups book space in a hotel. The TV worked like it should, which was appreciated.

Parking was quite challenging in the evening, when we were returning to the hotel after dinner and visiting friends, probably because of the restaurant. We usually found a space along the side after 10 pm...we didn't like leaving our car at the back of the hotel for safety reasons.

I travel for business across Canada in the construction industry and typically book 2-3 rooms. The hotel was clean, staff were nice, rooms were clean and updated, however the pillows are about half the size of a standard pillow, like a throw pillow. They were able to provide standard pillows at my request but my other rooms guests didn't ask for pillows and found their sleep very uncomfortable. We brought this to the front staff attention and they're reply was some guests don't like large pillows. Can't say I've ever heard of that. I've stayed in hotels all over the world and have never experienced pillows so small. Not even the tiny rooms you get in Japan or Vietnam. Only other minor complaint I would have is the shower head sits so low, I had to angle it up toward me. I'm 6'. The included breakfast is ok and you can have an omelet made fresh. I would only stay again if Days Inn was my only choice, only because of the pillows. Guests are there to get a comfortable sleep. Don't cheap out on pillows.

The included breakfast was better than almost anywhere we've stayed. There's even an omelette bar. The location is close to several restaurants and gas stations.

The elevator was being serviced and we were on the third floor. But that was luck of the draw because they upgraded us to a king sized bed by virtue of being placed on a higher floor.

Absolutely awful hotel. We stayed there twice before – and were pleased so we went back for a third time. This time they surprised us with a $200 charge on our credit card and claimed we stole "cutlery". When I spoke with the manger the story changed and we allegedly stole "pots and pans". We put the latter in the oven so our kids didn't play with them. But by then the hotel had booked other customers and stuck to the story that we stole the pots and pans. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and have never stolen anything. Why would we steal cheap hotel pots and pans when we have nicer pots and pans at home? Throw in the fact the hotel's elevator was broken the whole time and this hotel has really gone down hill. Avoid at all costs.

Breakfast wasn’t as amazing as described. Fresh omelet was nice, but otherwise here was mostly a large variety of processed/packaged breakfast items. Suggest installing a fan to absorb cooking odours.

We had stayed here before and enjoyed our stay so thought it would be a good choice to stay while visiting family again. The elevator wasn’t working to get to the second floor pet room easily and they accommodated us to a ground floor pet room.

There is no grassy area outside either doors for dogs. We did walk to the rear and across the street but a small little area closer would be nice. We’ve stayed at other hotels that have set up an area and it’s very much appreciated especially when paying extra each night for the pets.

Disgusting. I check in to find what smelled like poop on the sheets. While the staff got housekeeping in there fairly quickly, it's still somthing that should have never happened. How on earth did this get missed? Do they not train the cleaning staff? Save your money, stay somewhere else.
