If you have a room at the front, the noise from the busy road can be quite loud

Breakfast was a gong show as far as staff and service was concerned. Totally understaffed and we heard complaints throughout the room about the food. The front desk staff was less than friendly. The water was so smelly and undrinkable….maybe that was the town’s problem??

The atmosphere was unfriendly. The breakfast room didn’t even have soft music to give it a bit of ambiance. It was uncomfortably quiet, especially with staff being conspicuously absent. We have stayed here multiple times, but do not plan to return.

Probably in need of a few updates but overall it’s nice for what you pay. Good value, breakfast was good!

A bit dated, but clean and comfortable enough and a decent value. Close to amenities around town. Would probably stay here again.

Train coming by, would wake you up during the night. With that said, most hotels around would suffer from this.

We didn’t stay, reversed our reservation because there was a mouse trap in the room and the beds looked lumpy. Did not feel comfortable so we checked out right away and went to a different hotel

The bed was very comfortable. Wonderful sheets and comfy pillows The room was very clean. We had a very good nights sleep. Breakfast in the morning was a delicious buffet. We would stay here again

The staff didn’t communicate. There was a power outage and no one contacted me to let me know that I could cancel my room with no charge. In the morning when I asked the front desk attendant if there was breakfast she said yes down the hall. But she never gave me a voucher. There was 2 other people there that she didn’t the same thing too. I felt there was just no customer service.

But seriously, when I went to get ice my ice bucket was full off dirty disgusting kleenex, I almost barfed. The night staff offered to a plastic bag for ice. She offered to wash it and I declined because where is the bleach,

Nothing we didnt get to stay

Saying you have available pet friendly rooms so we drive 5 hours to stay in said room and show up exhausted to be told nope all the rooms that are pet friendly are sold out EVEN THOUGH YOU CALLED AND CONFIRMED ROOM WAS PET FRIENDLY. THEY WER3 DISMISSIVE AND COLD

Ik reisde met oudere familie leden en ik had dit aangegeven bij de reservering en er was meteen een kamer op de begane grond geregeld, want er is geen lift. Prima service ! Het hotel beschikt over een zwembad en een redelijk uitgebreide fitnessruimte. Eetgelegenheden vlakbij, maar het hotel zelf heeft ook een bar/restaurant.

Het hotel ligt aan een drukke weg, dus vraag een kamer aan de achterzijde. De keuze bij het onrbijt was redelijk beperkt bij wat ik van deze accomodatie verwachtte, maar er was wel voldoende. Let op met parkeren want er is ook een laadperron en toen we 's ochtends wilde vertrekken was er net een vrachtwage aan het lossen en duurde het even voordat we konden vertrekken.

The breakfast was plentiful and had a good variety of hot and cold choices in a restaurant style setting. We liked the location. The check-in staff was lovely - chatty, friendly and knowledgeable.

The AC unit in our room didn’t work properly, so our room was quite warm over night. The water pressure in the shower was so bad that we couldn’t wash and rinse our hair properly. Morning desk staff was too busy on her phone to be attentive or friendly.

No elevator. Poor quality beds. Everything was worn pit. Holes in curtains. Was told breakfast was included. Instead they gave you a voucher for so much off the menu but still have to pay. Front staff was very moody. Still waiting for my paid bill to be sent to me.

Staff member at the desk was just"okay" not friendly or welcoming to the hotel. The room was terrible, very old, dated, to the point of dirty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, sunk in the middle. The air conditioner made a horrible noise the whole night...it was much to hot to think about turning it off!! In my opinion rooms in that area of the hotel should not be rented out...passing by they all looked to be in the same condition. The amount we paid did not match the accommodation! We stayed in May and the room was wonderful so I was based this stay on that. Huge mistake.

It was okay, standard fare for breakfast. Would have liked some fruit (ie orange, banana, etc) and maybe muffins too.

Outdated Hotel and over priced, very warm in the room the AC is outdated couldn’t keep the room cool.

When I booked my room, I said I had a pet, but they didn't notice. So when I got there, they downgraded my room, but didn't lower the price and charged me a pet fee and a $250 security deposit. The front desk staff told me it was my mistake. When I went to take a bath, the hot water came out brown, although it did clear up after running for a while.

This hotel was the worst we've stayed. Upon check in, the older lady at front desk was so grumpy. I couldn't even ask a question because she let me feel im bothering her. She shouldn't work as a customer service. She gave us a room with a clogged sink. I told her our problem and she doesn't look happy on helping me. The room was filthy, spider on the tub, disgusting carpet,broken faucet. The worst part is someone was trying to open our door in the middle of the night which was super sketchy. The whole hotel looks almost abandoned vibe because its dirty.When check out, the front desk was very grumpy also. Didnt say a word about our stay and no smile. I regret on choosing this hotel as we didnt have choice coz most of the hotels in town were full.I do not recommend this hotel.

The room was large and the bed comfortable. We especially appreciated a couch to relax on. The breakfast was very good with a spacious dining area.

After staying in about a dozen hotels in the U.S. over the last three weeks, my wife and I both agreed that the mattresses were the most comfortable how do we paid 2 to 3 times more for our other rooms. Also a restaurant and bar on site, which was very handy and we had wings, which were fantastic and half price. The gentleman that checked us in was very Pleasant, and give us an upgrade to ground floor double bed because I have trouble with steps.

People smoking right outside the entrance to the hotel should be stopped. It makes a place look seedy, and I didn't appreciate smoke in my face both times I went in and out

The hotel was a little tired looking , but our room was renovated and clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I have difficulty climbing stairs and the front desk person changed our reservation to a main floor room to accommodate me. The buffet breakfast in the morning was very good as well.

Room had 2 sinks. One was plugged and would take a very long time to drain, so couldn't use it. Bathroom fan incredibly noisy. Hotel pool was really cold for myself and our 3 year old grandson.

There was only one staff person on duty. Had to wait to get checked in and while checking in interrupted by other guest questions. The staff person was great but management should have scheduled more staff. We learned the following morning at breakfast there were 180 guests. Rooms and furniture were dated. Noisy air conditioner.

The only thing was that the plumbing in the room next door (or above) was very loud. So every time they showered or used the sink it was very loud in our room.

It’s located off Main Street which is good for access. The price is reasonable, the rooms are clean but dated. The breakfast is simple.

NO FAULT OF HOTEL OR STAFF, or door dasher... but an unfortunate situation.... We were there for a medical procedure... Our door dash order for supplies because of app operator, was mistakenly sent to the wrong room... Stolen by occupations... Staff did try to help us, but only so much they can do... We did make a police report.

They did offer a breakfast with the stay which was great!! I was happy to see on the menu that there was a yogurt option called a Koocanusa Bowl which would include, seasonal fresh berries, berry compont,roasted nuts, mint, drizzled honey, yogurt and granola. What I got was yogurt and a bit of granola, nothing else! I also ordered a bagel on the side which was like a hockey puck...not edible. If I had to pay $18.50 as the menu suggested I would have been even more disappointed!! If your offering you need to deliver on that offer.
