Arrival room clean. Shower easy to get to. Able to ask for pillows. Bed firm. Reception staff and MANAGER VERY HELPFUL. especially after. The problem I encountered with the cleaner.

The cleaner knocked on my door. I was in my nighty. So asked if he could come back later. He said he would be on far side of hotel wouldn’t be able to come back. So had to let him in I tried to get a coat to cover myself up. He slid the bathroom door across. And jammed my arm in the door in the clothes cubby. Breakfast was fine. Waffle machines were a problem. They over cooked on one side even the staff couldn’t get them to work properly ether.

The breakfast was fine good selection.The room was a little cramped it was a standard double . We usually book a queen room which has more space. The room was clean but could do with a lick of paint.

De kamer was niet supergroot maar voor een kort bezoek echt prima. We hadden heel mooi zeezicht. Ontbijt is redelijk uitgebreid en lekker.

There was nothing I disliked

The staff were so friendly and lovely with our elderly mother. They were chatty and excited for our visit and activities we booked. They also ensured we had connecting rooms which was perfect.

The hot breakfast was OK but only choice of egg was scrambled. The pillows were too soft for me but that is personal preference.

Very noisy room on top floor below or next to ACU Unit/motor of some sort. Small room impossible to go around the bed even just to open the curtains and that was classified as a Premium Room and premium rates. Shower floor very slippery definetley a health & safety issue

The staff were lovely from arrival to leaving nothing was not too trouble. Really nice having a fridge in room ironing board and iron. I had a room at back and asked if l could have a Seaview they swapped me straight away thank you

The fan for the air con can be abit annoying when trying to sleep but apart from that it's good. Can get a little warm in the rooms too and struggle to turn it off or maintain a cooler temperature.

The man on reception was lovely. Friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable bed, everything we needed.

The breakfast was inedible. Rock solid bacon, rubbery, grainy scrambled eggs, cheap and nasty sausages. The fruit was just apples that were spongey and wrinkled, or under ripe tiny pears. Things were running out and taking ages to be refilled, so people were hanging about with their food going cold, waiting for a knife, or butter for the toast etc.

We've stayed here before and its a great location. On arrival we paid for our parking and mentioned that it was my husbands birthday that day and the member of staff said she'd check what rooms we'd been given. She said one of the rooms was a sea view but that she would check if they had another sea view room available and they did so she gave us that one. All members of staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a good selection and its all fresh. Our room was immaculate.

Lovely view, friendly staff on reception, location was good- not too noisy.

Cleanliness wasn’t great. Our shower was dirty but only realised once our toddler was asleep. Found old food behind the curtains. Under the beds were very dirty (daughter dropped a toy and it was covered in dust/dirt). Breakfast was incredibly busy. Lots of tables hadn’t been cleared so we had to clear one to be able to sit down. Huge queues for breakfast due to slow refilling of food items, cheap ingredients and not a huge choice. Price for one night was a lot and standards did not match this.

The staff were super helpful. I felt really supported. The location is also excellent. It is right near all the attractions and amenities.

The property itself has a lovely modern feel, it is basic but nice. The staff seemed nice and helpful.

The room was dirty, its had the previous occupants shower gel all over the shower so had clearly not been cleaned, the bedside table was also very dirty with some very suspicious stains. I would not recommend eating in the hotel, it was very overpriced for warmed up frozen food and the menu choices were very limited. Breakfast was chaotic and again cheap frozen food warmed up. The choice was good but the quality was bad.the parking at £13.50 when you have already paid to stay at the hotel was ridiculous.

Lovely room,stress free check in and out, lovely breakfast, we visited with two young grandchildren and they loved it too.

We were travelling down for my son’s football tournament, which is an annual event, and we stayed with you last year and had a very pleasant experience. In fact, we were happy to return this year based on our previous stay. However, this year’s experience was extremely disappointing, particularly considering the significant increase in price. Last year we paid £140 including breakfast, whereas this year we paid £240. Unfortunately, the standard of the room and our overall experience did not reflect this increase. We were allocated a ground-floor room which was directly alongside a pathway. As a result, we were unable to open the curtains without completely compromising our privacy. The room itself felt more like a cleaning cupboard that had been converted into a bedroom rather than a comfortable hotel room. There were also cleanliness issues in the bathroom, with black hairs throughout the shower cubicle. The shower was also constantly dripping throughout the night, which was particularly frustrating when trying to sleep. Unfortunately, the noise throughout the night made the situation even worse. There was repeated screaming and shouting from other residents, to the extent that the police were called. We appreciate that the hotel cannot necessarily be responsible for the behaviour of other guests, but the combination of the noise and the other issues meant that we had an extremely poor night’s sleep. The beds were also incredibly uncomfortable and felt extremely hard, almost like sleeping on a wall. Given that we were travelling for our son’s football tournament, having a decent night’s sleep was particularly important. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay. We returned this year because we had enjoyed our experience with you previously, so it was particularly frustrating to find such a significant difference in both the standard of accommodation and our overall experience, especially having paid an additional £100.

There was a smell of the drains in the bathroom when the door was open which you could smell in the room. But we kept the bathroom door closed all the time it did not spoil our stay in any way and we informed the staff when we checked out.

It is very clean. We have stayed before and the cleanliness is to a high standard. The breakfast was incredible too.

The staff member on reception wasn’t very attentive. We waited a long time at the bar whilst he was stood doing nothing. He seemed to be very slow about everything.

No bedsheets on when we arrived had to call reception twice. Toilet seat kept coming down when sat down. Also charged me twice for parking

Handy for the tram in to town and pleasure beach. Wifi was alright, rooms were cleanish and beds comfortable, staff did their best.

Every penny has been saved by cooperate whilst still being able to state they provide the service. The breakfast items are the cheapest they can get their hands on and done without a hint of love. Just a bog standard airport hotel, if it was a Premier Inn for £70 a night and free parking it would be fine but it was £230 for 2 nights including £27 parking charge so not worth the extra.

Great location, very friendly staff. Hotel clean and looks modern. Breakfast options for kids great with the added fun they can make their own waffles.

Just a recommendation the hot breakfast options could be improved, a lot of the hot foot items were barely warm and looked like they’d been stood for a while. Coffee machines were also broken.

Place was dirty, the coffee machines were not working, even the one behind the bar. Only one lift was working. Lift was very slow as always being used by staff. Air conditioning didn’t work at all. Half the bulbs in the room didn’t work. Beds were not comfortable and made a lot of noise when even my children moved in bed slighlty. Car park was in a terrible state and needing repair.
