view was great from the room, breakfast was great. the hotel is dated but has character and charm befitting of its age.
Lovely comfy beds. Spotlessly clean and delicious breakfasts. All the staff were very friendly.
Liked everything!
Everything was good, nothing to change.
Great size room. The staff were all amazing and the food was delicious! We’ll definitely be booking here again.
The location, parking in front and the staff were very friendly food was good especially the evening great value for money
All good
This is in every sense a traditional seaside hotel - food is great and the team provide a real welcome
Won’t suit everybody as it is traditional and that means dated but if you want an authentic seaside hotel bringing back the memories - this is superb
Breakfast was very good, staff friendly, room good and location was good.
Not been able to have a sandwich or light meal at lunchtime.
Good experience, very friendly staff, good location
A bit outdated but clean and tidy
Nice clean good staff
Nothing
Warm, friendly staff. My room was lovely, comfortable bed all the facilities I would require, lovely sea view and particularly I felt safe in my room as you could turn a lock from the inside and that was reassuring. I also noticed an iron and ironing board available for use which is always a bonus. Breakfast room was very well presented, beautifully set tables and very efficient friendly staff., the food being very good.
I have no complaints whatsoever!
Very welcoming. Staff lovely. Breakfast excellent. Single room very good & clean.
I don't think you could have made it any better for me.
Breakfast and evening dinner was good and very satisfactory parking was a bonus and the hotel was easy enough to find with bus and tram stops very close.
Needs updating ability but other than that it's a good place to stay.
The lovely staff and home cooked food they prepared
We had no complaints
Friendly staff, exellent meals.
Nothing
We found the old style lift very quant, a blast from the past. Breakfast was exultant and the rooms clean and tidy.
In the middle of a very hot summer, the radiators in the bath room/toilet were on making it a very hot experience.
Sea front, Parking, relaxing atmosphere, quiet
great breakfast extremely good service room was clean and tidy managed to park car with ease and leave it there in its place for whole stay as did not need it because the trams to get about . a 6.60 all day bus and tram ticket is well worth it top marks to this hotel will defo stay again 3
nothing the hosts and service provided was impecacble
The location was a bit far for me and the breakfast was lovely no complaints
The hotel is very dated
The professional attitude and service in the dining room. The breakfast is good, too.

Leaving
All of it. It was dirty the shower was weak
The property is dated but it has all you need for a comfortable stay . The breakfast was very well cooked and very tasty with good quality ingredients. Also lots of choices of cereals and juice. The staff are all very nice and friendly and gave service with a smile.
広くはないですが、寝心地も良く、快適に過ごせました。朝食も美味しく、スタッフもみなフレンドリーで、また機会があればここに泊まりたいです。
壁が薄いので、隣の部屋の生活音は聞こえます。
The staff were friendly and helpful
The bathrooms needs renewing with modern walk in showers. The lift is an antique and was prone to not working when other guests did not close the two doors properly
All staff were really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent.
Comfy and friendly
That there was plenty of parking spaces and a comfortable bed and pillows.
The steep stairs as the lift was out of order. But I knew about the lift before we booked but still the stairs were too steep.
It was quiet considering how close the fair was.
It was a bit out of the way for things. I was told the lift would be out of order for 2 days but it was out of order for the 5 days we were there also on the brochure and website it stated evening meal but there wasn't any and I was told it was too quiet to be doing evening meals which was important for our stay as my daughter is diabetic so I found the hotel very disappointing.
Very friendly and helpful
Nothing not to like
Great for parking Liked that our room had a bath Seafront view Friendly staff Close to train station
Breakfast was good staff were very good
Needed the window open because of the heat but had a terrible noise all night long around the windows which my wife recorded and also door to room rattled. So no sleep. Also the decor is very dated and needs a complete upgrade.we were in room b11 ,also stairs were very narrow,we would not stay there again.
The hotel is big and has loads of space to seat and rest while having a drink at the bar and they have a games room , tv room and a big dinning room and big carpark. The bedroom we stay in was big with bath and shower The hotel clean and tidy and friendly family that run hotel Would highly recommend
Lovely people ,great location .
Lovely seaview, although the windows were dirty inside and out , Breakfast was really good and staff very friendly.Bedding and towels were clean.
No hot water in our room, water was tepid at best room B11 couldn't get shower to work either 😕 windows dirty inside and out which spoilt the lovely sea view
The bed in my single room was very comfortable. My partner, who stayed in the room next door, said that the sea views were lovely. The breakfast was great.
there could have been some bigger towels like bath towels or a bath sheet.
This is my favourite hotel, there's nothing fake about it it's a lovely old building that has seen better days. The staff are not pretentious and they can't do enough for their guests. The food is beautiful with a varied menu and excellent table service. Always stay here if I can.
Nothing
The breakfast was lovely nothing to much trouble

Bit dated but everything worked and everywhere was spotless
Clean , good breakfast, grilled tomato melted in your mouth !! Good location with tram stop nearby. There is a lovley relaxing park next to it. For those summer days !! A proper traditional hotel that has had the same ownership for years. We will return for sure.
Ideally placed, great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.

Fabulous location and lovely breakfast
Nothing
Staff excellent, breakfast lovely. Hotel situated in easy walking distance to attractions.
Room could do with an upgrade (decorating) Mattress on double bed uncomfortable.
Cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Friendliness of the staff. Dining room and lounge were impressive. Service and quality of food/cooking was good. Bath and hot water.
Shower in bathroom was pretty useless. Could not produce hot water and is located incorrectly.
We loved our stay at the Headlands, the staff were super friendly, the location was perfect nice & quiet and perfect for us to get a sleep away from the hassle & busses. The kids loved the games room and breakfast was excellent with a great choice to choose from.
Rooms were dated, with wallpaper starting to peel off. But nothing major.
Breakfast was good quality seved to your table.

Comfy and quiet night sleep. Friendly staff
A little dated, but this was expected. The property is clean however, so it isn’t really a problem! Everything was functioning.
Location
Needs updating and some TLC.

Rooms could do with updaing
Good breakfast clean nice hotel
Bit of a walk from town centre
Nicely situated away from the hustle and bustle. Friendly staff and breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.
It would have been nice to have toiletries, shower gel etc provided.
The hotel was very good and clean. The breakfast was really delicious and a good choice. The evening meal was good value for 3 course. The staff very friendly and helpful. Good location with a tram stops not to far away.
Check in was easy. Room old but spotless. Beds and pillows really comfy.
Not a lot to do in the hotel on a wet rainy windy evening
Location nice and quiet and good for parking
Only slight thing I would say room was a little dated with the window unit needed replacing
We had a lovely overnight stay at the headlands hotel, the staff were really welcoming and we were given a room with a sea view and a smart tv. The breakfast was divine, and we could have as much of whatever we wanted, so finished our stay feeling content. We will definitely be returning at some point due to our stay being so relaxing and pleasant. The easy ample parking was an added bonus in such a busy seaside town.
I have nothing to add here.
The rooms were very good and very clean. The bar was good. The food (breakfast and optional dinner) were excellent. The location was in the quieter part of the town but with adequate public transport.
TV did not work but that was a minor problem and not worth reporting to owners
Been here 4 times now staff are very friendly love the area and the parking is a huge bonus
Lovely quiet position away from the crowds
The rooms and decor was quite dated
Nice friendly welcome. And a great fresh breakfast served daily
All okay
The location was lovely. It was quite and the breakfast and evening meals we could not fault. The staff were friendly and sociable, the room was clean and comfortable. Could not fault anything. Plenty of games for the children. Will definitely go there again
There was nothing we didn't like
Great classic hotel at the southern end of Blackpool and close to pleasure beach and tram connection. Staff are excellent all round, and can't do enough for you. Breakfast is delicious and has a full range of cereals, juices, and cooked breakfast to order. Good range of parking available either in the hotel or on street outside (currently free at time of review)
The staff where pleasant and nothing was too much trouble
Very friendly family Hotel the breakfast was amazing 👏 and staff very helpful 😀
Staff were excellent.
Compact but pleasant. Staff solved my enquiry about the shower and breakfast was nice.
We had to move a few bits of furniture and this revealed some bits that needed cleaning. Couldn't work out why but the cups of tea in the room were not great, not sure if the kettle, teabags or milk?
