The location
Room was outdated, not clean not maintained. Breakfast was below average. They charge for pool beach although we got a waver because we complained.
Really nice staff
Gym access was very strange. I went in the morning through one entrance and left using the same…. Ended up walking into a conference
Friendly Staff. Salvatore by the pool was so great
Interconnecting room wasn’t the cleanest on arrival
Location just outside old town was great. Hotel overall was really lovely with large pool. Staff were great.
Sadly what could have been a lovely unique boutique hotel was overrun with TUI package holiday makers. Enjoying breakfast one day seeing them sprint for sun loungers as the pool opened was interesting. Depends what vibe you are looking for but it wasn't my vibe and for that reason alone I wouldn't recommend this hotel which was otherwise good.
Location spaces pool
Cleaning wise was good , could be better
The hotel style was very impressive and the service from the front desk and restaurant was exceptional. I loved all of the displayed artwork throughout the hotel. The gardens surrounding the pool area were gorgeous and of course, the view was stunning. It was a very short walk to town (less than 5 minutes.
The only area that needed a little more support was the bar service at the pool.
Ubicación fantástica, Sorrento accesible perfectamente, hotel muy original
We loved the pool, the room and the food.
The noise from the road at times. Ambulance noise as it is close to the hospital.
Todo!
Nada que reclamar
The hotel was beautiful and the staff are so friendly! They are great with children.
Aircon in some of the places around the hotel weren’t great.
Everything was really good.. definitely worth the money..
The hotel is in the perfect location to visit Capri island, Positano and Amalfi. The beds are extremely comfortable. The buffet food was always varied every day and tasted amazing with lots of dishes to try. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming
I booked 2 rooms in this hotel 117 and 221, half board with TUI. Both rooms were spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable and the air con was perfect. The rooms had everything you needed. The hotel has a long tunnel entrance under the gardens, which was a stunning entrance to the hotel. The gardens were beautiful also and we did a tour of the gardens, which was very interesting. They grow most of their own fruit and vegetables, which they use in the hotel. The food in the hotel was delicious and there was lots of choice for both breakfast and dinner. The swimming pool was excellent and was the perfect temperature. There were plenty of beds surrounding the pool. The hotel itself is in a great location, just a short walk down the hill to Corso Italia. Every member of staff in the hotel was very, very professional and they did a fantastic job in the smooth running of the hotel. There was also entertainment in the hotel on various nights with a saxaphone player, a pianist and two tenors. The ambience of the hotel was very calm. In summary, this is a fantastic hotel in every aspect and I cannot praise it highly enough, nor could I find any fault. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Sorrento. You will not regret it - it's 5 stars for me.
My third visit to this amazing hotel. Visited with my son & his girlfriend & they were impressed with the hotels style, the pool, the staff & loved the food. It's a perfect base for seeing Sorrento & surrounding areas. I will be visiting again in May 2027 with friends Thankyou.
CONKA PARK We stayed at this hotel in may / june It's very handy for popping into town close to the shops and restaurants and is a lovely hotel. The swimming pool is very nice aswell as the grounds to the rear, nice peaceful sitting areas. The evening entertainment was absolute quality, probably the best I've ever seen for a hotel. The restaurant was very good , not the large variety of food you usually get but what was there, was very good quality. The hotel is very clean and airy. If we return to sorrento I'm sure I'd stay here again.
We had a fantastic stay at the Conca Park Hotel. The hotel, rooms, gardens, and pool are lovely. The location is also fantastic and very central. The staff really make this hotel special. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Michele, one of the restaurant hosts, particularly stood out. He gave us little Italian lessons every day, asked how we were and how our day had been, and genuinely made us feel at home. The reception staff were also superb. When our Capri excursion was cancelled by TUI with less than 24 hours’ notice, reception found us an alternative within 10 minutes. It left at the same time as our original trip and cost less! The information booklet provided at check-in was also really useful. The food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was great, as was the poolside service. The Blue Bar was another highlight. We genuinely couldn’t fault our stay. A beautiful hotel with fantastic staff who made our holiday so memorable. Thank you to everyone at Conca Park — we’ll definitely be back! 🇮🇹💛
Goede ruime keuze van het ontbijt
Everything,it was amazing and staff so friendly
Location, staff, view and pool
The Conca Park hotel has the perfect location, excellent atmosphere and staff . Rooms spotless , cleaned daily . Food outstanding, excellent choice . Great value for money . We will definitely return .
A stunning hotel in a fabulous location. Comfortable rooms, everywhere was absolutely spotless and the staff were all fantastic. The view from our room was incredible too. Very well catered for at breakfast and dinner times as coeliacs needing gluten free too.
This is a beautiful hotel located just a few minutes walk from the main Corso Italia. It’s a haven of peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento. The long and steep entrance via the art gallery is amazing and thankfully they have golf buggies available to whizz you up to reception. Rooms are bright and spacious with good air conditioning and boy did we need it with temperatures of +30 degrees every day. Staff are amazing and do everything they can to ensure you have a wonderful holiday. There was plenty of choice at the breakfast and dinner buffets. We found the food lovely and have no complaints, though it might not suit those who like chips with everything. The pool area was always clean and again, the pool guys were amazing. The cocktail bar had a great selection and if what you want is not on their menu, they will happily make it for you. We loved it so much, we’re coming back again next year❤️
Brilliant hotel ,food was great ,staff were fantastic, bedrooms kept clean ,ideal base for Sorrento,I would highly recommend this place
We had such a wonderful holiday staying at the Hotel Conca park in June this year that we felt compelled to share our experiences with others looking to stay in this high quality hotel in the heart of Sorrento. Firstly it is a stunning hotel set in a wonderful location with all amenities, shops, bars and restaurants being within easy walking distance. Our room was a pool view room without balcony, the hotel room was spacious, kept spotlessly clean with very comfortable bedding and complimentary toiletries. All hotel staff are friendly, responsive and professional, particular praise goes to Michelle in the restaurant for how he greets and escorts the hotel guests to their table and advises on dietary requirements The hotel restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating areas, we particularly enjoyed dining outside amongst the lemon trees with its wonderful views of the mountains, the food quality was exemplary with a large range of food options Drink prices in the hotel lounge bar and restaurant are very reasonable, with many guests choosing the lovely wines that the hotel offers The hotel pool is kept at a refreshing temperature with enough sun beds dotted around the perimeter of the hotel to accommodate all guests It was refreshing to stay in a hotel that has reduced its environmental impact with adopting zero waste without lowering customer satisfaction In summary we have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel , we enjoyed our stay so much that we have now booked a second stay there in August this year, this time with a pool view room with balcony
What a beautiful hotel! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay her and it was the perfect place for my first time in Sorrento! Conca Park is such a quiet and peaceful hotel in the perfect location for exploring Sorrento, only a 5 minute walk if that from the start of the Corsa Italia. The room was fantastic, a great size with a lovely balcony and view of the garden, mountain and the sea if you looked towards the far side. The cleaning staff kept it immaculate for us. The pool and surrounding area are perfect and Salvatore does a great job of checking in to make sure everyone is safe and happy. I surprised myself by going to the gym during my stay as well which was absolutely down to the facilities there. While only a relatively small space, it was perfect for what I needed; a treadmill, elliptical and some weights. Food and drink quality and service was also exceptional. Finally, I want to end my review with so much praise for every single member of staff who could not have done more to ensure we enjoyed our stay, so polite and friendly. It is genuinely true when you read the hotel's statement that says that it is family based. I felt so welcome and taken care of. I would however like to give a special mention to the head waiter, Michele. Not only was his tour of the gardens brilliant but what a genuinely kind and lovely human being who clearly loves his job. I have a severe nut allergy and within a hotel buffet setting that can sometimes be a scary experience, with Michele looking after me that was not the case at all. Every evening, he made sure I knew what I was and wasn't able to eat and even if he was not the member of staff that seated us, he made sure he came over to see me the second he knew I was sat down. Apologies for such a long review, I could write for hours about how brilliant the hotel and the staff are. 10/10 would always recommend
This was our second summer in a row at Hotel Conca Park with our children aged 9 and 14. Having booked through Tui the previous year this time we built our trip independently and booked directly with the hotel, which was a great experience. We had adjoining rooms with a balcony overlooking the pool. Everything was perfect. As usual the food was a highlight and the warm service from Michael and the other staff in the restaurant. Very much recommend the tour of the gardens where so much of the produce comes from. It is a wonderful hotel, with great staff many of whom have worked there for decades. It is well placed for a wander down to Marina Grande in the evenings for sunset, or for the main shopping area. Can’t wait to come back!
We loved everything about this hotel , staff were so helpful and friendly . Rooms are clean , air conditioned , modern (well worth paying extra for a pool view and balcony . ) The food was delicious, copious amounts of fresh fruit and vegetables , a variety of delicious fresh Italian food . If it’s nuggets and chips you are after this hotel is not for you ! Enjoyed the pianist and singers but also enjoying quiet time in the lounge in the evening . Hotel is in an excellent location for Sorrento old town . We loved the personal feeling on this hotel , we don’t usually return to places but this is an exception and we will definitely be back !!!
This is an excellent hotel. The staff a professional and polite everywhere. You are welcomed into the restaurant like being welcomed into someone's home. The food was really good - not just pizza and pasta. We are vegetarian and sometimes struggle for options, but the choice was extensive. The only very minor improvement is to have tea and coffee free of charge in the bedrooms. Also, some parents need to better control their children and perhaps the pool staff should insist on this more. Other than that, a great find.
This was my 6th holiday in this beautiful Hotel. Everything about it is first class, all areas are spotlessly clean. All of the staff from the ladies who clean the rooms, the reception, bar and restaurant are all very helpful and friendly. The food at both breakfast and dinner is very good with plenty of choice something for everyone. A big thank you to head waiter Michele, my Grandaughter has a nut allergy and every evening when he greeted us he had checked all of the food and made sure we knew which foods to avoid. Even before I arrived for this holiday I had already booked a holiday for next year and am already looking forward to returning.
Set in an ideal location in Sorrento a short walk into the town. The hotel has a lovely feel to it, the staff are all lovely and very accommodating. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard a nice comfortable room with great views depending on your preference. There is a spa with available treatments too. Breakfast has a great selection to choose from with omelettes or fried eggs made to order. They have great entertainment from live tenor performances, live music.
Best place ever
Nothing
Clean comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. Lovely pool area. Short distance to restaurants and shops. Beautiful artwork throughout the hotel. Pool attendant was very helpful.
Pool opens at 8.30 and you need to have towels down to reserve your sunbed straight away. Lack of information about garden tour so we missed it.
Ottima posizione, staff molto gentile , molto interessante il connubio con l' arte contemporanea
Arredamento stanza old style, non in linea con la tariffa , idem per le sale comuni , piscina troppo piccola per il numero di ospiti .
We had a fantastic stay at Conca Park Hotel. The location is perfect, central with easy access to Sorrento and transport options to go further afield. The hotel had a very relaxed atmosphere and all the staff so helpful and friendly. (Special thanks to Michael in the restaurant!) Everywhere was very clean and and the rooms well apointed and air conditioned. Swimming pool area was also well managed and organised. I have no hesitation recommending Conca Park, and look foreward to going back sometime soon!
I spent a week here for my first time in Italy and it was honestly the best hotel I have ever been to. The hotel is next to a cliff so you are able to get a lovely view over Sorrento. I stayed in an ocean view room with a balcony and it is worth the upgrade. The restaurant had a large variety of foods catering to people who may have had any allergies . The hotel was nice and quiet, and the rooms were well sound insulated The rooms were really clean and a really good value for money, it is really good to upgrade to Half Board as food in the town can be expensive. The hotel atmosphere was really good, it was a nice modern hotel but still had boutique feeling to it . Finally the hotel staff, their service was through the roof. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help. The staff in the epicure lounge were really friendly, especially Matteo who ensured we were enjoying our evening and made our time on an evening memorable with his service. All in all I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit Sorrento weather you are a new traveller or have been there before
We had an absolutely wonderful 14 night stay at The Conca Park Hotel,The front desk staff were very welcoming and helped us check in fast. Our room was large, spotless, and our bed and the sofa bed for our daughter were very comfortable. The location is brilliant —only a short walk to the Main Street and Tasso square and local sights. Breakfast and evening meal is delicious with a lot of choices, Michelle from the restaurant helped us with everything always smiling nothing was ever a problem to him ,he is an amazing guy. We booked three excursions from the hotel which were breathtaking 1/ Amalfi Coast tour Positano,Pontone, and Ravello, then 2/ Capri, Anacapri, and finally 3/ Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius. This is a hotel we will definitely come back ; the Staff, the cleanliness, amazing food and location ticks all the boxes. Our stay at The Conca Park Hotel are memories that will last forever. Thank you so much for everything 💚💚💚

At €500 per night, one would expect a high-quality mattress. Despite the kind efforts of the hotel manager, Marco, the bed was still not comfortable.
Really nice hotel, staff could not have been more helpful and keen to help, nice atmosphere. would highly recommend staying there
An absolutely lovely hotel ...the staff the decor every thing from start to finish was an absolute delight....planning on going back ...and we rarely do that !!
We stayed at Conca park for a wedding in June. The hotel is lovely clean and modern. Perfect location for exploring Sorrento! Drinks are good round the pool. We had a sea view room which was very nice. Fridge is a good size and they have filtered water machines on every floor. Would highly Recommend!
O ambiente é diferenciado.
Da decoração.
We loved our stay at Conca Park. The hotel staff were super friendly and willing to help in any way. The location was great. We walked to town every night for dinner and shopping. We loved the pool, stunning gardens and wonderful complimentary breakfast buffet.
The only complaint we have is that the pool and ping pong area closed at 6:30 every night. We had booked activities during the day so would have enjoyed swimming in the pool later in the evening.
Bem localizado e confortável
Difícil arrumar lugar na piscina
The hotel is located near to everything Sorrento has to offer. It has a beautiful relaxed feel, lots and lots of art works to see and lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy time to relax. Our room 318 (if I remember rightly) was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for me to share with my friend. Kettle provided. A beautiful balcony to enjoy early mornings and late evenings. Everything in the hotel is absolutely spottless. Our other friends rooms were equally as nice as ours. Aircon just perfect. Our rooms were quiet and we all slept well. ( unusual for me ! ). The staff are all wonderful , especially the Maitre De in the dining room, the pool attendent/lifeguard and bar staff in the day and evening. We enjoyed some of the evening entertainment, especially the 2 gentlemen singing outside and the pianist and the Tenor......Just fabulous. The only fault we could find was , I think it was on the Wednesday evening. There was a concert in the bar area.Seats were set out in rows. This area was our meeting point for pre-dinner cocktails. ( I recommend the Gyppo Collins ! oh my just awesome ! ) We were asked if we would like to sit for the concert but politely declined as we would be going to dinner after our drinks and would have felt uncomfortable and rude getting up from those seats mid-concert. So we chose to sit on the comfy sofa's away from the concert area. When going outside for a smoke I was given the dirtiest looks which was't nice ! Then a short while later, as a group we were ' Shushed' by some of the concert audience and again given dirty looks which we felt was very out of order as we were not being loud or rowdy. This was uncalled for and we left. This was the only downfall of our wonderful time at this beautiful hotel ! dont let this put you off ! It was a shame, on the other nights of entertainment it was relaxed and fun.
A really lovely, comfortable and relaxing hotel. It is modern and clean with plenty of sitting areas inside and out. The hotel is in a beautiful location and we had a magnificent view of Sorrento and the Bay of Naples from our room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast and dinner were plentiful and gave a varied choice of dishes.
This was my 4th visit to Conca park sorrento I keep going back because it's a beautiful hotel the staff are amazing the place is spotless the food is spot on would not hesitate to recommend to anybody
We stayed here as a family of 5. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well cared for. I loved the abundance of fun art pieces all around the hotel. The pool area is managed very well with plenty of helpful staff on hand. We especially enjoyed the tour given by Michael of the private gardens. It was great to stay at a zero waste hotel, I commend their ongoing endeavours in protecting the environment. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Conca Park to family and friends and hopefully will return again in the future.
Conca park is a beautiful hotel, the room was what we needed, I will go with the balcony next time, the staff are extremely helpful, polite at all times, but most importantly kind with their time, nothing was to much trouble, I would definitely come back to the hotel and to the region because sorrento in all its glory is stunning, we went to amalfi, positano, capri, pompei and vesuvius, every one of them stunning, the location to the shops and bars is brilliant, we loved the hotel 99.999999 but the only slight is my bug bear about having to put towels down for sun beds, people putting them down and not using them for hours, but that is a tiny tiny slight. Absolutely loved it ❤️
first the negative, our room was on the 6th floor no balconies with these rooms only a small window so nowhere to sit out on an evening or dry towels and swimwear this made for us a really big issue and is the main reason we would not return to this hotel.other guests we spoke to had the same opinion and upset and had asked to change rooms but were told the obligatory answer the world over sorry hotel is full we cant move you.usual sunbed rush in morning people lining up at 7am when pool opens at 8.30 have read management response to other reviews saying if towels are on beds for over n hour they are removed this certainly never happened when we were their.food average for me buffet style you would not starve but personally just ok for my wife who is coeliac this hotel is amazing her food menu and quality was outstanding even the food menu in the afternoon was catered for gluten free and without question for us both the best pizza we had during our stay in sorrento and we tried a few places .hotel spotless, staff amazing every single one i read some review about pool staff cannot understand that one they were incredibly polite and hard working. the one suggestion i would make would be to put the guests who re transiting through sorrento for one or two nights use the 6th floor rooms but youre guests who are booked for their annual week or fortnight vacation get balcony rooms so they can have somewhere to dry towels and sit out in the evening and enjoy the views.
Great location to town , nice pool but when busy very hard to get a bed could do with some music 🎶 breakfast was fine plenty of choice hotel very modern but bed rooms come with great sea views but very plane n dated bathrooms overall 4/5 staff helpful..
What a fantastic hotel. The hotel itself is very close to Sorrento centre but far enough away to be bothered by it. Great place, great food and brilliant staff
We arrived at Conca Park expecting a well-positioned base for our week in Sorrento. We couldn’t have imagined that it would be as exceptional a stay as we experienced. Firstly, the food is extraordinary. We had intended to eat out a number of times but we were so blown away by the choice and standard of meals at both breakfast and dinner that we remained in the hotel every day for these. We had a sea view room which was large, spotless and beautiful. Staff were all friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We went on day trips to Pompeii and Vesuvius, along with a boat trip to Amalfi and Positano. Both were excellent. Strongly recommend attending the tour of the gardens that provide for the hotel as it’s great to hear the story of where everything comes from and is laid on for free. It’s true that people begin queuing for sun loungers at 8.15am. This isn’t the hotel’s fault - the pool is beautiful and there aren’t enough to go around. It would help to probably have a policy where towels are removed if guests do not return within one hour though. Also be prepared for the chaos of Naples Airport! We experienced delays there upon arrival and departure. Overall though - a truly outstanding holiday and we have already said that we hope to return to Conca Park.
We have just returned home from Conca Park and I had to write a review. The hotel itself is stunning, amazing art pieces and beautiful furniture, lemon trees, and outdoor seating areas. The pool is lovely and clean as is the hotel. I have seen some reviews that say the pool is in shade all afternoon- this is rubbish. A couple of places get shaded but the majority gets sun for most of the day. And to be honest it was so unbelievably hot you will be desperate for some shade. The room was clean and spacious with a pool view. I am quite a fussy eater and I was very happy with the food. It was fresh and good quality with 2 pasta dishes and pizza every night along with risotto, salads, various hot meat dishes and lovely desserts. Michael who was the head of the restaurant was the ultimate professional with such a lovely manner about him. The hotel is in a central location and close to the port if you are planning any trips. I highly recommend Anacapri. Finally on the Thursday night there was a male tenor and pianist and honestly he was sensational. What a voice!
excellent hotel, clean rooms and very friendly staff ,the food was lovely and plenty of choice and the location is very good with shops and restaurants are walking distance
This is our 3rd year to Conca Park. The staff are friendly and helpful. From the cleaners to the waiting staff my it a great location as they are fantastic.
This hotel gave a clean and modern vibe. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for exploring the area. The room was very small but clean and it was all about the view. We had a spectacular straight on view of Mount Vesuvius. The location was excellent. It was right down the street and around the corner from the main area where all the restaurants out shopping list we walked everywhere.
Excellent location ,lovely breakfast
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore Sorrento, and the rooms are modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean exactly what you hope for on holiday. Service is where this hotel truly shines. From reception to the housekeeping team to the restaurant staff, everyone is exceptional. The chefs are incredibly accommodating, and the Maître D’ (as well as being an Italian teacher every morning ) is friendly, helpful, and thoroughly professional, supported by a brilliant team of waiting staff. The selection of local Sorrentino produce is a real highlight and adds an authentic touch to every meal. The facilities are equally impressive, with two great pools, plenty of sunbeds, and a thoughtful environmentally friendly approach throughout the hotel. There’s a gym spa hairdressers and you are able to eat Al fresco with a lovely bar area with a huge seating area and entertainment in an evening. A superb experience from start to finish we will happily return once more.
We first visited the Hotel Conca Park in 2024, had an amazing holiday and thought why not go again. Second time around did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived to the hotel until we left, we had an amazing time. The hotel itself is beautiful with a gorgeous pool area, a large dining room with tables available under the lemon groves in their gardens. The bar area is modern with seating available outside also. I want to give a mention to Michele, a wonderful gentleman who runs the dining room. The moment we arrived he remembered our previous visit, he then spent the rest of the week trying to improve my daughters Italian! Also Salvatore in the pool area, who is extremely attentive in helping you with umbrella’s sunbeds etc. Our room was spacious ,2 adults and a teen, clean and had a large balcony which overlooked the bar area which was quiet at night . The hotel is located about 5 minute walk to the Main Street in Sorrento and they offer a buggy ride to reception through a beautiful art gallery corridor which is handy in the evenings after a trip to the town! We cannot wait to return again and would highly recommend the hotel.
Beautiful Hotel with friendly service. Clean and modern . Breakfast under the lemon trees & overlooking the pool is fabulous. Near the town yet when at the pool it’s peaceful and away from the bustle. Staff will bring you up the tunnel in a golf buggy if you want to skip the walk. Some rooms look out over the coast .
Location is excellent,, quirky entrance through tunnel and ancart gallery all adds to the appeal and atmosphere. Quiet but also quite central. The hotel and rooms are well equipped and very well kept and cleaned. Pool area and bar also excellent with plenty of room around the pool but also some quieter areas amongst beautiful lemon trees. I was a bit underwhelmed initially with the meals/restaurant as choice of food seemed limited and initially luke warm at both evening meal and breakfast time but this improved. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again in the near future. We stayed for a fortnight and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We recently stayed at Hotel Conca Park, and while there was a lot to love about this property, a specific service issue significantly brought down the overall experience. The Good: Location: Absolutely fantastic. It’s tucked just off the main street, making it incredibly convenient to explore Sorrento while still offering a retreat from the noise. Facilities & Amenities: The bars and lounges are nice places to relax, and there is free access to a nicely equipped gym, which was a great bonus. Main Staff: The internal team, reception, breakfast manager, and lunch manager were wonderful, welcoming, professional, and very helpful. Rooms & Breakfast: The rooms, are basic, but in general were kept clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was OK, the coffee was extremely poor, but in general a solid start to the day. The Disappointing (Why it loses 2 stars): The pool area was a completely different story. While the hotel itself was great, the younger staff looking after the pool and drinks service were incredibly unhelpful and borderline ignorant. It was a stark and jarring contrast to the good hospitality found throughout the rest of the hotel. Getting service felt like a chore, and the indifferent attitude to be honest made us feel uncomfortable and nervous. Coupled with the daily scramble for pool space really spoiled what should have been a relaxing part of the holiday. If management can address the attitude and training of the poolside team to match the standards of the main hotel staff, this would easily be a 5-star stay. For now, it’s a 3
The pool, the location close to town, the view, the staff

Very clean and spacious rooms. Lovely spaces to sunbathe amongst the lemon trees. The location is perfect, less than 3 minutes walk from the Main Street of restaurants and bars.
Sunbeds were a little uncomfortable. Sometimes you had to wait quite a while for a lift up or down. There is quite a long walk from the reception to the street, you can request a buggy up, but most of the time we didn’t see anyone at the desk.
I took my Granddaughter here for a week after she had completed her GCSEs . The hotel was excellent, the staff kind and efficient and the food good and plentiful .
Lovely hotel central for all things . Great staff , good food . Enjoyed our stay very much
Great hotel very friendly staff ,the food was lovely and plenty of choice and the location is very good.
Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations. We stayed on the 5th floor in a room with a private balcony overlooking the sea, and waking up each morning to the breathtaking views of the ocean, Mount Vesuvius, and the surrounding mountains was unforgettable. The room and bathroom were spacious and modern. The breakfast had an impressive variety of fresh options, and the coffee was exceptional. The staff were kind, helpful, and fast to respond to our needs. The location couldn't have been better. It was just a short, walk to the center of town, where you'll find countless restaurants, cafés, and shops to explore. The hotel offered outstanding value compared to many of the nearby properties without compromising on comfort, service, or views. Whether you're planning a romantic getaway or a family vacation, I highly recommend this hotel. Between the spectacular scenery, excellent location, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, and affordable pricing, it's a place we would happily return to.
It was modern, with plenty of well thought out recreational areas.
There wasn’t anything that I could fault.
After a week in Ischia we arrived at Conca Park. It really is an immaculately clean hotel with lovely staff and facilities, it’s in a great location too. The art theme is stunning and we loved the zero waste concept. The rooms on the third floor with cliff facing balconies were perfect for our needs. …but as the week went on we started to look forward to going home. It’s the guests that impact your holiday, unfortunately our week consisted of rude people laying out towels at 7.:30am with no intention of laying on them until late morning. The manner staff were spoken to was awful too. I think this will only get worse in July/August. I think the hotel needs to stop the towel games and (especially in the morning) only allow guests to place towels if they are sitting on them. This problem is British tourists, I did not see this behaviour with other nationalities. It’s embarrassing. We went on a few days out, Positano, Herculaneum, Ravello and Amalfi. All really easy to arrange yourself buying ferry or train tickets online and a 15 minute slow walk from the hotel. Ravello was our favourite stop and easy to visit with the ferry followed by the Amico shuttle. Unfortunately we didn’t rate the hotel coffee and recommend Le Sirene a few buildings down for good coffee.
Clean, it’s central, has a gym and great breakfast!
It was quite expensive compared with others in the area, I understand there is a premium but it was way above what I’d expect to pay. My friend got married and used the 007 suite to get ready in and the AC didn’t work well which, considering it’s floor to ceiling glass windows, really made getting ready there quite uncomfortable which was a shame for both the bride and bridal party. I only hope she gets compensated for that!

Upon arrival at Conca Park we were blown away by the greeting from the Gentleman that took our cases and the beautiful entrance taking us up to reception. A friendly quick check in and we were directed to our room and then received our cases. The room was spotless with excellent amenities and cleaned every day to a very high standard. The hotel restaurant was excellent with a good choice of well executed foods at breakfast and the evening meal. The restaurant managers and staff were always friendly, polite and helpful. I’m a very fussy eater and we normally end up eating out but we didn’t as the food and service was so good. The pool area was immaculate with lots of nooks to rest if you didn’t want to be next to the pool. The pool staff were excellent and helpful. The artwork in the hotel was beautiful and the cleanliness throughout was excellent. Less than a minutes walk to the centre of Sorrento and the beautiful shops, restaurants and bars the location was excellent. We took the ferry to Positano and highly recommend and also went to a beach club on the Marina Grande side which we preferred as less crowded and more authentic than the other side. Water fountains throughout the hotel to refill our water bottles which we loved and also helped cut down on excessive use of plastic. We will return to Sorrento and when we do Conca Park will be our first choice.
Highly recommend this hotel. Been staying at this hotel for many years. Staff are exceptional, friendly and more than happy to help with any queries or special events. Ideally situated for the main town of Sorrento, 5/10 minute walk away and all island trips and coastal trips are easily accessible. Look forward to visiting again soon 😊
We chose Conca Park for my daughter’s birthday. Our party consisted of 6 of us. We had an amazing, fabulous experience with very attentive and knowledgeable staff. The gardens and pool are beautifully maintained and the rooms are well cleaned and comfortable. Special mentions are for Michele in the restaurant who was gracious and informative and Ylenia who did wonderful treatments for us in the spa. A magical holiday. Thank you Conca Park!
The whole experience
Nothing
Staff go above and beyond, they even remembered us from last year. Everything was so perfect - rooms, food, cleanliness, pool, spa, location - everything. We will always return to Conca Park hotel 😁
This hotel is quite unique in many ways and has very good areas and others which require improvement. Here goes…. Location - spot on! Very close to the main street and shopping alleys but feels like an oasis of calm once you’re inside the hotel. A buggy is always available if you don’t fancy the uphill walk from the entrance to main reception. Staff - most of the staff are very pleasant and Michael (restaurant manager) is very personable and experienced, however some of the young, restaurant staff never smiled once during our stay. Communal areas - colourful and carefully designed with artwork and ornaments etc. The terrace is elegantly stunning, well maintained and a delight to sit on, it’s really quite special with lots of lemon trees. The only negative thing I’d say about the communal areas is regarding the lifts - they are painfully slow and we often used the stairs as it was much quicker. Rooms - we paid for an upgraded room with a balcony. The balcony was basic but the view was great, however the room itself was poor. It was clean and functional…but no safe or fridge! The bathroom, especially the shower cubicle (with folding door and tatty tiles) desperately needs upgrading. I realise that the hotel are very proud of their Eco status but please invest in new shower mats as well used, greying mats look dreadful! If you’re looking for luxury in your hotel bedroom, you’ll be very disappointed but if all you need is a clean bed, you’ll be fine. We requested a kettle which they delivered on, but our dirty cups were never replaced the whole week we were there! Entertainment - very low key and a bit random (not every night) which is fine and the band playing on the terrace were excellent! Some classical music also offered which added a charming vibe. Food - very good quality and although there is not an enormous range of prepared salads, the salads I had were very enjoyable. As mentioned in previous reviews, the deserts were delicious but a very limited range. The breakfast pastries and fresh breads were also very good. The coffee cups are small and I’d much prefer to enjoy my latte in a large cup, especially when needing to add 2 heaped tablespoons of daily collagen powder to it. A simple request that would save future guests having to go back and forth to coffee machines, which often weren’t working. All of that said, the food was of a very good quality and tasted fresh. There was an issue at the hotel regarding wedding guests. My 23 year old daughter was staying in a separate room and was woken (for several hours during the night) by very noisy wedding guests in the courtyard area but she didn’t say anything as accepted they were celebrating and having a good time. Two nights later there was a violent outbreak between 2 guests which was very, very disturbing and was loud and scary. My daughter got dressed and went down to reception (as no-one was picking up the phone) as was fearful that the police would need to be called due to the partners physically attacking each other and the female shouting out in distress) however this was not handled well at all. Some of the wedding party were very loud and the usually relaxing pool area was very noisy with loud music etc and not what we had expected at all given that the rest of the hotel is quite serene. Make sure you do the garden tour as this was one of my highlights - so interesting and the little tastes that had been prepared by the staff were so beautifully presented and thoughtful; you’ll be very impressed and will enjoy your evening meal even more knowing it’s grown on the doorstep! We also did a farm trip (booked via Viator) which was superb and another highlight - I highly recommend it if you’re fit enough to climb the hilly paths. We also booked a boat trip (via the hotel) to Amalfi and Positano - and we added a bus trip to Ravello) which was faultless - the young lads /crew really took care of everyone and were so helpful. The trip was very well organised and reasonably priced. The boat was very choppy on the return trip but they advised us that was a bit of a one off but if you suffer with sea sickness - make sure you have tablets with you as a few passengers were unwell. It was my Mum’s 80th birthday whilst we were away (hence booking the family holiday) however even though I’d mentioned this in emails to the hotel before we went, I was a little surprised that this was not acknowledged at all, not even a little glass of Prosecco in our room. It’s the first hotel I’ve been to where there a very few ‘little touches’ - no welcome drink when you arrive at reception or some fruit in your room and not even a shower cap or some toiletries. The hotel could really benefit from an app (like many modern hotels nowadays) where you can request extra coat hangers, fresh towels , report lifts not working etc. Also, it would be good to be able to plan your week around the entertainment on offer etc as some nights we are out, but it all seemed a bit unorganised, even though I’d asked the hotel the week before we arrived. Again, maybe a wine tasting evening or a cookery class might be nice to help guests meet other guests etc as there wasn’t any social activities. Finally, charging 30 euros each to access the indoor pool is steep and something I’ve never experienced before. I accept that there is often a surcharge to access a spa , but not an indoor pool which would usually be included in any 4 star hotel. We did have a lovely holiday (and never went hungry) but some of this was because we went out and about every day, exploring the beautiful Amalfi coastline. There were lots of positives about this charming hotel, but the rooms need modernising and there’s a bit of attention to detail required to bring it up to date in some areas. However the main ingredients for a good holiday were there - pleasant staff, very good food, clean surroundings and lots of sunshine! 😎
This hotel is excellent . Location is 2 minute walk from the Main Street but feels secluded when within the grounds . The food is great quality and very varied for breakfast lunch and evening meal. The staff are all polite helpful and knowledgeable and genuinely seem to be happy in their work and not just when dealing with guests. The hotel is family run with the owners a visible presence during the day. This hotel manages to get the balance between quality , charm and class and a relaxed laid back feeling just right. People come back here once they have found it. The art exhibits in the public bars and lounge and throughout the hotel add so much in making this a unique and special place . We will be back .
Good location, 10 minute walk to the main square and restuarants, good pool area but does get quite busy, luckily we do not go on holiday to lay by a pool all day
Coffee in the room would have been nice, they only provide tea making facilities which was strange, minor detail & everything else was good
So this privately owned hotel and has an Italian rating of 4 stars and claims to be very Eco friendly but you can’t have both, because this hotel lacks many of the facilities you would expect in a 4 star hotel. I have be very fortunate to use many 0-7 star hotels around the world so have gained a little knowledge what to expect. At breakfast you have a decent selection of items and a egg station but I could not have a poached egg ? Why? The restaurant manager could not tell me !! First time in any hotel this has happened, How difficult is it to crack an egg into boiling water, a lot more Eco friendly than all the oil used by the cook to fry eggs and omelettes, along with the bacon swimming in oil. It was suggested to me by a staff member it was a staffing issue. You want tea or coffee do it yourself via the machines, so yes I did eat breakfast every day but I found the dining room very basic and far from what I would expect for 4 stars. No table cloths at breakfast or dinner as shown on your website Dinner was adequate with a choice of one meat, fish, dish and veggie But I find it hard to believe that an Italian hotel restaurant does not have a Live Pasta cooking station There is a very good selection of cold meats, salad etc. and nice dessert selection to test your willpower Some advice for those thinking of making a booking I can tell you the hotel is very popular, I would not recommend a room at the back of the hotel as you will have a view of the rock face, book a sea view with balcony, I made the mistake of booking a sea view without a balcony and ended up on the 6th floor in a with room with sloping ceilings above the bed which I hit my head numerous times. Facilities in the room are basic there is a kettle but no tea bags etc although friends told us these were available in the past. If I have to ask reception for these amenities, put this information in the room by the kettle. Fortunately we bought our own. There is only one electric socket in the room, so no chance of increasing the hotel electricity costs The bathroom goes has basic shower and hand wash gel Bring your own shampoo etc The towels are getting a little thin even though it’s just halfway through the season Another problem we had was ants in the room, which was annoying even though the room service came and sprayed around the window on a number of occasions they still got in, The hotel is close to the town on an hill but the golf buggy is a service that made it easygoing for those older clients The WiFi is very hit or miss and not a very strong signal we got poor reception on the 6 floor for the 10 days we stayed Just told they were fixing it ?? The swimming pool was OK ,but the 8.30 charge to get a particular sun bed still takes place, although there are beds in the garden, the pool lifeguard was extremely helpful finding a bed or umbrella Not forgetting the hotel staff who we found very helpful and professional. I applaud the Eco stand but at what cost if it means cutting back on hotel facilities for customers which they would expect from a 4 star hotel But it reduces costs running for the business?? Nice business model
We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at the Conca Park The hotel is absolutely fantastic- staff , food , cleanliness and fabric could not be faulted The grounds and pool area were exceptional The hotel is also very well located with only a short walk into the Centre of Sorrento Probably the best hotel we have stayed at and look forward to returning soon
My first impression of Conca Park was the impressive entrance which gives you off street safe arrival and departure. Reception is either a short walk or golf buggy ride through a tunnel. The staff were customer based and nothing was a problem. Our room was on the 6th floor with a fantastic view over the bay and Mt Vesuvius. Had we known the hotel layout I would have asked for a balcony they are available up to the 5th floor. The windows had total blackout shutters which were brilliant if you didn't want an early rise. Dawn broke around 5am and the sun was strong. Breakfast and evening meal were buffet style with something for everyone and the food was always hot. Lunch was table service with the food varying from a snack to a full meal. There was a large pool area with plenty of sunbeds available either in the shade of lemon trees or the open for the sun worshippers. The highlight for me was the guided tour around the hotel gardens which was full of fresh vegetables which are used daily in the hotel. There were lemon, orange, walnut and olive trees which are harvested for their produce. The Hotel pride themselves on a no waste policy everything is recycled, water is available on every floor as long as you have a metal container. A brilliant hotel who obviously strive to maintain high standards.
We have had many holidays to Sorrento but this was our first stay in the Conca Park. The hotel was lovely and beautifully situated. There is an option of a steep 5 minute climb up to the hotel or you can get a trip on the hotel's golf buggy. Great fun. The buffet breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was very tasty with good options for all tastes. Lunch in the poolside Blue Bar was tasty and inexpensive. Drink prices were very reasonable. Staff were happy and helpful. The evening entertainment in the bar was first class. Overall the hotel was clean and well managed. We'll be back.
There are truly no words to describe how beautiful this hotel is. The view from our room was absolutely spectacular, and every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. My husband and I traveled with our two children, ages 7 and 10, and used this hotel as our home base while exploring the Amalfi Coast. It was the perfect choice: clean, comfortable, family-friendly, and ideally located. The property is impeccably maintained, with stunning landscaping, beautifully manicured grounds, and charming lemon trees throughout that make the setting feel like a dream. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Corso Italia, a vibrant street lined with shops and restaurants that leads directly to the main square. We only needed transportation to and from the airport; everything else was easily accessible on foot. Even the marina was just a pleasant 15–20 minute walk away, and the scenery along the way made the distance seem to fly by. The pool area was wonderful, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to help truly set this hotel apart. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you're planning a trip to Sorrento, this hotel is an absolute must. Everything about our experience was a 10/10, and we would gladly stay here again.
Beautiful hotel in excellent location. Apart from the reception staff who are completely unfriendly everyone else is delightful. Room is lovely and bright and comfy. Coffee in the room would be nice. Location is great
From check-in to check-out, absolute perfection. They don’t just offer service; they deliver hospitality. Luxury at its finest, down to every detail. My Gluten Free diet was well catered for with lots of fresh, healthy food choices. My sea bass was Devine! A huge thank you too the staff. We found an unforgettable slice of paradise in Sorrento. We look forward to returning.

Location
Auto shutters did not work, no black out shades, slightly run down room and not super clean
Classy, clean and close to the centre!
Nothing
We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, and the hotel had everything we needed. We liked it a lot.
Everything! The hotel was exceptionally clean. Staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. So many chill out areas it never felt busy.
The teabags didn’t get replenished however they were more than happy to give you more when you asked.
Exceptional property with great comfortable rooms with beautiful views.
Everything was perfect. The bed was comfortable the facilities are well maintained and the staff are super helpful
The breakfast is good but the main menu is very simple and not to the standard of the property
Location & facilities
We stayed at the Hotel Conca Park at the beginning of May and thought this hotel, the grounds, location, food and staff were all excellent. Our party stayed in a balcony sea view room and a balcony garden room. Both rooms were extremely clean, well maintained with lovely views and perfect for our holiday. The sea view room in particular was worth paying a little extra for the stunning view across the Bay of Naples towards Mount Vesuvius. Regarding the food at the hotel, we were very surprised by some previous negative comments here. We found all the food at breakfast and dinner to be varied, freshly cooked, hot and excellent quality. We were particulary pleased with the vegetarian options. Overall we loved this hotel, with its perfect location close to the town including the buggy service up and down the "art tunnel". The grounds with lemon trees and the pool area are amazing. We also had a highly enjoyable tour of the hotel owners private gardens with Michael the restaurant manager (such a lovely man!) and on to a walking tour of Sorrento with our excellent TUI reps Sofia and Ilya We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return if we visited Sorrento again. A huge thanks to all at Hotel Conca Park for your professionalism and for making our stay so memorable.
It was the nicest hotel we ever stayed in! Super lovely decor and facilities!
There was a wedding one evening so that was a little noisy but overall it was great!
Our second time at Conca Park, a hotel which suits us very well. Situated at the end of the main street it is ideally placed. The hotel is very well presented and maintained. The staff, without exception are helpful and patient. The food, much of it grown on site, was very good. The hotel is great value for money. We look forward to returning soon.
A fantastic hotel. Great staff, superb decor and a very special place if you like modern art. The hotel is just outside the old town walls and is an oasis of calm and enjoyment, yet you can be in the heart of the town in just a few minutes. Lovely room (we are widely travelled but have never had a room with two bathrooms before) excellent restaurant and food. A great all round experience and a lovely introduction to this part of Italy. Thank you to everyone at the hotel.
