It has now been almost two weeks and still just a bunch of back and forth and no refund. Lack of this being rectified in a timely manner is the main reason I will not return. Do not offer to wave fee and refund - if you are not provided to do it. Horrible customer service on management part.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2025The Internet connection is not stable and the TV YouTube is not able to launch sometimes. The late night the speeding motor noise could be heard. I don’t know why the daily cleaning was not done. Because I stayed for two nights and the second day afternoon when I was back to the room. It was still what it was looked like- no garbage bag change, no new shampoo or soap replaced, etc. I felt disappointed about the stay this time. By the way the air conditioner was outdated so when turned on it has loud sound.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2025Good for the price, but breakfast was just okay. You can't expect much from a continental breakfast. I eat everything. I would say it was ordinary and choice somehow limited compare to other hotels we visited. But the dining area was good. Coffee machine with many options including hot chocolate. The bed a bit soft but still comfortable.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2025Great Location right near children's hospital with safe, clean along with well lit parking lot. Stayed here to go to concert downtown and it was a affordable Uber ride with many restaurants within walking distance of hotel. It appears the property has been going through renos with new carpet in hallways and floors in rooms. Breakfast was just okay. Standard for a property like this.
Wasn't informed that it was going through a name change which added some confusion as it states on google this location is closed. After phone call was informed of the rebranding. It's expensive for London, Ontario and a one night stay however without many good safe/ clean options close to downtown they have kind of of a monopoly on area.

Check out time is at 12:00 pm. I did not appreciate receiving an early morning text reminding me of this. I also did not appreciate someone knocking at my door at 9:45 am, them opening my door despite my saying that I was still in the room, only to slide my receipt under the door. If I had intended to sleep in, this was thwarted by the early morning text and knocking. I was not happy about this at all.
