Clean and tidy, great location (to Akld uni and Britomart), quiet in the rooms. Very comfortable bed and lovely linen. Kitchen was well equipped. Will stay here happily again.

Friendly staff, lovely penthouse apartment which was very clean and spacious.

We already knew parking spots were tight, so best for small cars.

Location was perfect, apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. There was no coffee perculator but front desk staff got one delivered within 10 minutes.

The woman on reception was helpful and efficient. The room was very quiet and a good size for our family. The location was perfect for us wanting to be close to Auckland uni and the waterfront. It had a full size fridge oven etc so if you were staying longer it’d be a good place to base yourself.

The dryer was broken but I’m guessing no one has told them. We didn’t spend too much time in the room, but the couch was uncomfortable and only really sat 2 people. But this wasnt a big problem and would not put me off staying again.

The room layout was nice and we enjoyed the balcony. The bed was comfy. It had everything we needed and more!

There was no pressure in the shower. This made the showering experience less than desirable. The walk to town was also a little hilly and a smidge far for what we generally like.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. The kitchen was very well equipped. It stocked enough coffee and tea. Pleasantly surprised by the inclusion of hot chocolate. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was good, clean, functional. Beds were very comfy and so were the pillows!

The entrance from the roadside is via a short set of stairs so people with mobility issues need to be aware. You could come up via the parking which will probably solve this issue

The bed was super comfortable the location was close to city we found everything easy to use and the shower water pressure was unreal!

Wasn't really much to not like, a view would have been nice but you can't make that happen and you would pay more for the privilege

It’s a 2bed 1 bath apt. The room was cozy, clean, and well maintained, and the location was extremely convenient. It was just a short walk from many of Auckland CBD’s major sights and attractions, which made it very easy for us to explore the city without having to drive everywhere. One of the things we really appreciated was how well equipped the apartment was. It had a washer and dryer, as well as a full range of kitchen essentials, including utensils, pots and pans, cutting boards, and other cooking supplies. For a family staying for several days, having these amenities in the room was extremely convenient. The management and staff were also friendly, accessible, and very responsive. We had an issue with parking because we were driving a particularly large vehicle. The parking garage is extremely tight and cramped, especially in the basement, and navigating the corners with a larger car can be very difficult. We were initially assigned a space in the basement, but getting down there and back out was so challenging that we were worried about scraping the car. After we spoke with management, they were very helpful and arranged for us to move to a parking space on the second floor. The upstairs parking was significantly easier to access and made our stay much more convenient. We really appreciated how quickly and reasonably they responded to our concern. We also noticed that there is street parking outside the property, but the restrictions mean you need to move your car by 8:00 a.m. Otherwise, you would need to keep paying for street parking. So, if you are traveling with a larger vehicle, I would definitely recommend talking to management about an easier-to-access parking space rather than relying on the basement parking.

There are a few practical things future guests should know. We don’t like parking in Auckland in general. Make sure you request the upper level one, instead of the lower level, esp if you drive a large vehicle. The hot water system has a limited capacity, so if someone takes a very long shower, you may temporarily run out of hot water and need to wait for the boiler to heat up again. If you are traveling with several people, especially a family, it is best to keep showers reasonably short so everyone has enough hot water. Also, the washing machine does not have a hot-water connection. If you select a hot-water setting, the washing machine will not start, so make sure to use the cold-water setting when doing laundry.

The location was walking distance to spark arena which was great The two bedroom apartment is spacious and good for a family of four Would be great to have a view of something other than looking straight into other people apartments especially with kids

The bathroom is very small and the vanity was very broken Some window latches were broken which made it noisy

First room had a leak and we were moved, they didnt clean the room for 3 days. When requested the following two days cleaning happened after 3pm. Beds old and worn.

The shower temp fluctuated from hot to warm constantly. I didnt like how there was no side table on one side of the bed. It would be good if there was a mirror in the room not just 1 in bathroom

After hours check-in process was easy and quick, we were able to pick up the keys and access the carpark straight away.

The documentation referred to me as Mr despite my Booking.com profile listing my gender as female. The garbage disposal in the kitchen sink had food stuck in it from previous guests and was emitting a foul odour, which suggests it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly before we checked in. Was also charged for a stain on the sheets that was not present when we checked out. I recommend checking the sheets and taking photos at both check‑in and check‑out to avoid any disputes.

Comfortable beds, clean

There was a charge of $15 per night to set up one room as 2 singles rather than a king bed. I can understand a one off charge but a per night charge is not justifiable and felt like a money grab (especially as the room was not even serviced for 2 nights of our 5 night stay (Sunday and public holiday).This was a 2 bedroom apartment so I would expect that 2 beds would be a common request from families.

Always everything.... The reception desk is always genuinely friendly and helpful. Location is great for me and my busy life in the city and business. The room is clean tidy and modern. The bed is always comfortable. I've stayed here a few times recently.

I have an SUV vehicle, so parking is always tight but I manage because the location is great for me and I like the security of the private parking facility because my vehicle is always cram-packed with shopping/groceries and sometimes important valuables. I feel assured that my valuables in my vehicle are secure and safe.

Very cold with only 2 small heaters in the bedrooms. 4 people staying but only 2 got showers before running out of hot water. Very tight parking that we were only made aware of after already booking and paying. After hours check in a hassle with intercom cutting out and confusing room numbers that didn’t correspond with what was on the room door. But multiple staff due to multiple intercom calls were all helpful
