Das Zimmer hat eine gute Grösse und die Dusche ist super. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Das Zimmer war heiss und dunkel. Der Bergblick war weitgehend der Blick in den Hinterhof.Man musste das Fenster offen lassen, weil es so heiss war. Aber vom Hinterhof kamen laute Lüftungsgeräusche und starke Gerüche , dass man kaum schlafen konnte. Sehr ringhörig. Die schreienden Kinder des Nachbars Zimmer haben nicht geholfen, sich wohl zu fühlen. Das Zimmer ist viel zu teuer für das was es bietet. Kein Wasser, kein Kaffee, keine Extras. Die Garage ist sehr eng. Zimmerreinigung am Tag mässig.

Quadruple room with the bump where you heating the seal with your head and there is no way to go normally up and down for the bunk bed especially for the grown kids or adult . It’s can be ok for up to 8 y kids after is kinda bad

The location is quite convenient, it's right on the main shopping street. The room had nice views of the mountains, bed was comfortable, bathroom was decent. Parking is 20 euros and that is fairly cheap for the area, although the garage is tight if you have a bigger car.

The room didn't have an A/C or a fridge, which in August with 35C, is a big problem. The street was quite loud till about 1am so opening a window wasn't really an option. They only gave us one card for the room and didn't leave another one in there to have the electricity work. Since the elevator only works with a card, that caused some challenges if one of us wanted to stay in the room and the other wanted to go downstairs. Either you can't go back up, or the other one is sitting in the dark.

Perfect place for our stay. Clean, great location and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Yes, there is a bit of noise being right in the center but even on Saturday didn't go too late or bother us really (and I was worried as a light sleeper). Breakfast great for vegans with oat milk, soy yogurt and a vegan cake. Oh, and really nice view from the room!

Podría mejorar el precio con respecto a la habitación, que tiene una terraza en primer piso, por lo cual con poca vista.

Excellent location right in the city center, on a beautiful walkable area surrounded by café terraces and restaurants (it's not noisy). The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is modern and clean. The staff are friendly

The breakfast buffet didn't seem to have enough options, so we didn't take it.

J'ai choisi votre hôtel d'abord pour votre emplacement privilégié, et c'est finalement une belle surprise, je ne regrette pas. L'arrivée ainsi que le départ sont très courtois, accueil professionnel et aimable. Ma chambre était petite mais parfaite pour une personne. Merci.

the room was spacious, very clean; we had the summit room with sauna and it was very quiet and cosy, with half panoramic view; the coffee machine was not working properly and in the first night, during a big storm, there was a little flooding in the room, but nevertheless, the stay was exceptional

I love how central this hotel is. It’s close to cafes, restaurants, the train station and isn’t far from the cable cars either. Beautiful views of the mountains. Beds were very comfortable and they have air con, which was refreshing.

Nothing that i didn’t like about the room.

The location of the hotel is perfect close to all the old town and the Aiguille du Midi cable car. The rooms are spacious and the view and comfort of the hotel was just perfect. Will definitely recommend staying at Pointe Isabelle.

On a réservé au dernier moment après une super (et dure) journée de rando. Le personnel était super accueillant, souriant, accessible et prévenant. La chambre est grande avec une super vue sur les montagnes. Nous reviendrons:)

המיטות היו ממש נוחות. היה נקי ומסודר.

דבר ראשון כתוב שיש חניה ולא מצוין שהיא עולה 20 יורו ליום!!! זה ממש מחיר גבוה במיוחד שיש חניונים טובים יותר באזור. בנוסף, פעמיים במהלך השהות היו לנו אנשי תחזוקה בחדר (שאינם אנשי נקיון) ובשתי הפעמים לא תיאמו או הודיעו לנו (לא במייל לא בטלפון וגם לא בדפיקה על הדלת) שהם מגיעים. באחת הפעמים הם הופיעו במרפסת שלנו (מבחוץ) כשהייתי עירומה!!! הרגשתי ממש לא בנוח ואחר כך זה קרה שוב. אם החדר צריך תחזוקה או שיפוץ, לא צריך לתת לאנשים לשהות בו. והכי חשוב חייב לשמור על הפרטיות של השוהים, לא יכול להיות שארגיש חשופה בחדר שלי. ממש מאכזב.

Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely scenic view. It is in a convenient location, next to some eateries and a small supermarket, short walk to the train station.The luggage storage room is well thought out for travellers with extra equipment.

The standing shower isn't ideal and water gets all over the bathroom floor. The rooms aren't super soundproof, I could hear faint music from a nearby bar; this may be more of an issue during peak season.

Nous avons très bien dormi, c'était très confortable, la suite au 4e avec le sauna était spacieuse et le balcon avec vue sur les étoiles et sur les montagnes c'était parfait.

Le parking nous avons dû aller à 4 minutes à pieds car le parking à côté de l'hôtel était super cher. Mais ça va.

La situation géographique de l'hotel et la gentillesse du personnel

nous avions réservé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. lors de notre arrivée en fin d'après midi on nous a attribué une chambre, je devrais plutôt parler d'un placard. le lit prenait toute la superficie de la pièce, pour ouvrir la porte donnant sur le balcon il nous a fallu repousser le lit mais ce faisant l'espace entre le lit et les étagères permettant de déposer nos affaires était si réduit qu'il devenait diffcilement praticable. aucune chaise pour poser nos affaires, pas de table de nuit mais une étagère au desus du lit nous obligeant à nous contorsionner pour déposer téléphone et lunettes. aucun espace pour poser notre valise qui pourtant était petite on a du la laisser debout dans le couloir. Salle de bain plus que sommaire, la porte de la douche ouvrant sur le lavabo donc de l'eau partout même en prenant des précautions. Aucun équipement à part les serviettes de toilette et du gel douche. Le lendemain en vérifiant ma réservation j'ai noté que la chambre réservée comportait un bureau et une chaise ce qui n'était pas le cas de la chambre attribuée. Après réclamation on nous a changé de chambre et attribué une plus grande chambre comportant efectivement un bureau, un fauteuil et un petit guéridon, cette chambre étant de taille satisfaisante. Les prestations ne correspondent aucunement à un hôtel 3 étoiles. La décoration des chambres est très vieillotte. Bien que la chambre attribuée le premier soir ne correspondait pas à la description de la chambre réservée, il ne nous a été proposé aucun geste commercial.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! L’emplacement est parfait, en plein centre de Chamonix, avec tout accessible à pied. La chambre était très confortable, propre et avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes. Le personnel est vraiment accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et de bonne qualité. Une très belle expérience, je recommande vivement cet établissement !
