In stanza faceva davvero troppo freddo. Con l'aria condizionata spenta si avvertiva comunque una temperatura troppo bassa, costretti a stare in felpa in camera con un clima caldo fuori. Colazione non eccezionale, parte salata quasi inesistente.

L'emplacement près du Vieux Montréal et du quartier chinois. Également à proximité des stations de métro. J'ai aimé la qualité du service en général. Le personnel est très attentionné et gentil.

J'aurais aimé au moins une ou deux bouteilles d'eau en gracieuseté dans le frigo de la chambre. J'apprécierais aussi oeufs brouillés et bacon dans un réchaud au buffet offert pour le petit déjeuner. Si impossible alors peut-être un choix de fromage et viandes froides.

La stanza era buia e aveva poca privacy. Nessun servizio, neanche la lavanderia. Colazione troppo standard.

Es un hotel ubicado en una zona muy tranquila. Cerca de todo lo que necesitas ver. Muy tranquilo y habitaciones muy cómodas. Todo muy limpio con servicio de habitaciones diario. El personal muy atento y amable. El desayuno, correcto para empezar el día.

The location was perfect. We were within walking distance from the Old Port, our restaurant, outdoor Just for Laughs festival activities, bars and shopping. Plus, parking as not too far away, and very convenient.

Not much! Maybe the smell of the bath products that were included in the shower. It was a little too pungent for me, but that is a personal preference. I had brought my own, so I didn't need to use the ones provided.

Keine Vorhänge an den Fenstern - nur Verdunkelung - man konnte vom und ins gegenüberliegende Gebäude sehen.

Le personnel était super gentil! Ils ont répondus à nos questions sans problème, super courtois. La chambre était super grande belle vue, lit très confortable, tout est super propre, un des meilleurs prix que vous pouvez avoir dans Montréal! Stationnement à 4 minute de marche au palais des congrès.

Mi è piaciuto lo stile dell'hotel. l'atmosfera, la tranquillità e la camera. Anche il bagno era moderno spazioso e con accessori di ottima qualità.

Sarebbe da migliorare la prime colazione con l'offerta di uova strapazzate, bacon e quant'ltro ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel canadese/nord americano. Era comunque una colazione a buffet di buona qualità.

Absolutely — I’d keep your humour and practical details, but make it flow more naturally as a hotel review. My experience at this lovely hotel was surprisingly great! I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but I was very pleased with my stay. The staff were efficient, professional, friendly and accommodating. The reservation process was simple, the nightly rates were comparable to other hotels in the area, and I appreciated that immediate payment wasn’t required when booking. Our two-night stay was approximately $950 CAD, including taxes, with cancellation permitted up to 48 hours before arrival. The location is excellent. The hotel is close to the central train station and directly across from the Palais des congrès (Convention Centre), which makes it especially convenient if you’re attending an event. There is also plenty to see and do nearby, including Old Québec. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi and a nice complimentary assortment of continental breakfast items, including baked goods and fruit, which you can take back to your room. The free coffee was okay — nothing spectacular, but it did the job. 😂 The room itself was very clean and surprisingly large, with big windows and a comfortable king-size bed. It also had its own heating/AC thermostat, TV, dresser and closet. One interesting design choice is the glass bathroom door. Approach carefully. LOL. 😂 I didn’t. A couple of things to keep in mind: the rooms appear to have king beds only, which may not work for everyone, and the décor has an industrial feel with bare concrete walls. Personally, that may be a matter of taste rather than a negative. Overall, I had a great experience. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, spacious rooms, convenient location and complimentary extras made this a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again. I especially kept the glass bathroom door warning because that sounds like you and makes the review more memorable. 😆

The room felt really big for my girlfriend and I. They gave us a room on the first floor, but it wasn’t loud and we couldn’t even hear the bustle and hustle of the city. Huge couch with dining table, and a little desk if you’d like to do some work. The washroom was really nice— spacious shower, a lot of towels, and a nice Dyson hair dryer. They give you the standard soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. In the case that you forget your toothbrush and toothpaste, they sell it for like $4 CAD. Breakfast was mid. Staff were very nice!

I would say the walls are a little thin 😅 but overall, it was a great stay for the price we paid AND the location we chose. 15-20 minutes walk to downtown with all the restaurants and the (more) touristy areas, and even then I cannot complain because Montreal is extremely walkable and pretty to look at.

Large room, a decent view (upper floor), a great breakfast and a silent room. The hotel exuded an air of simple elegance. The bed was also very comfortable. We were within a 15 minute walk of the old town and a short walk to the nearest metro station and underground access. Parking at a garage a block away was $30 CAD per 24-hours.

Direkte Belastung der Kreditkarte durch das Hotel zwecks Kaution trotz Hinweis auf booking.com, dass in der Unterkunft bezahlt wird. Dies kann dazu führen, dass die Kreditkarte gesperrt wird wegen verdächtiger Transaktionen. Frühstücksbuffet eher mager.

The location was great, and the bed was very comfortable.

For the price we paid, the facilities are rather old, and the breakfast was also mostly limited to baked goods - no omelet, no bacon, no sausages or beans, no fried vegetables.

I liked that I learned I never want to return to Montreal. Essentially a worse copy of other better cities

I think the only redeeming part of the city was how corpulent the rats running around the streets were.

Alles perfekt für uns!

Simple yet wonderful breakfast. Fresh pastries, fruit options and excellent coffee, nice that there were boiled eggs for protein. Common spaces were kept very tidy. Complimentary luggage hold and they kindly let us check in a bit early when the room was ready. Nice to have a safe and mini fridge.

Some hair on the floor of our room upon checking in. Blackout drapes let light in that woke us up early.

Le déjeuner occidental est très élémentaire (ne propose pas d'oeufs brouillés, de charcuterie, de salade de fruits, le pain est dur et semble être de la veille, très peu de choix) permettant cependant un service rapide ! Sur 4 petit-déjeuner pris, aucune variation. Table à débarrasser soi-même. Pas de plateau, pas de set de table... D'une manière générale le service est minimaliste : pas de bouteille d'eau en chambre, une seule dosette de café, pas de mules pour le client pour un seul en parquet, ce qui serait plus hygiénique... Un prix plutôt élevé pour une clientèle européenne.

The bed was comfortable and the shower clean with good water pressure. We also used the gym which was ok equipped but with no ventilation.

The breakfast was not very rich or diverse - had bread butter cheese boiled eggs and flavored yoghurt. Not bad but wouldn’t choose for more than 2-3 nights. The location was not particularly great but not bad either. Was close to a bakery for a morning pastry.

Free breakfast was a nice way to start the day.

My wife and I recently stayed here for three nights in Montreal and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and modern, the staff were friendly, and the hotel is close to everything. Not far from downtown and old Montreal. We had a peaceful sleep here and would definitely stay here again.

Prime location. Closed to metro stations and bus stop. The housekeeping team does an amazing job. It’s spotless clean. The breakfast has great coffee and pain au chocolat. I like the eco friendly initiatives using glasswares and toiletries

Breakfast was excellent, the room was very spacious, and the property was extremely clean.

Only knock is the fact that the property did not have on-site parking. However, there was a garage a short 5 minute walk away at the convention centre.

Het vriendelijke personeel aan de receptie, het vroege ontbijt (vanaf 6 uur), de centrale ligging en de ruime kamer en badkamer met lekker ruikende douchegel. De koelkast (storend geluid) werd op mijn vraag uitgeschakeld door het personeel. Ik had geen bereik met mijn mobiele telefoon in Canada en mocht met hun telefoon even naar huis bellen.

Het ontbijt was vrij beperkt maar wel voldoende. De kamers zijn niet soundproof (geluid van buiten en van andere gasten), te fel licht in de badkamer (geen mogelijkheid om te dimmen). De airco maakte te veel lawaai. Geen bereik met mijn mobiele telefoon (Nokia) in Canada maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen.
