Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Location is very good just off M6 on a business park. Bed was expetionally comfortable. Staff were lovely - another vote for Liam on reception. The views are fantastic and the room very spacious. It was spotless.
It looks in need of a refurbishment. Our bathroom door appeared to have had the lock removed with a crowbar. They were doing work on the kitchen so the menu was limited, however the food available was good.

Room was very tired and in need of update,damp by windows,the tv was awfull,only got 1 channel, couldn't higher or lower the volume, just had the radio on all night,tea tray minimal,no shower mat in shower and it was very slippery so had to use a towel instead,the whole place smelt damp,and just a disappointing hotel all round,wont be back and u wont recommend, but I suppose for £77 you can't expect anything else!

Emily was made us feel very welcomed and talked us through our stay and the facilities. She offered us a cot and popped us in a room with a fridge. The hotel and room were clean and well maintained.
