Lots of good quality amenities around including a nice Thai restaurant and a few lovely pubs. Stone’s throw from Cannock Chase, a large Morrisons and a massive factory outlet
The WiFi was temperamental and the shower is a little bit weak

WiFi was intermittent, the parking is a bonus, but it's a tight fit.

Mirror in the bedroom, always a bonus for a lady. The bed is comfy and I love feather pillows, I slept well. I'm very grateful for their accommodating.

Reviewed Nov 7, 2025I only stayed one night but it’s well kitted out for a week, if I had been working there for longer.
Parking is suitable for a small car but length wise it’s limited and does impact the pavement. I was required to give personal bank details for the deposit. I do not do that, it’s too vulnerable to fraud. I have no idea how my data is protected by the vendor. They need to bite the bullet and invest in a cyber secure payment platform for deposits. I would not have used the apartment if this had been enforced. As it happens, they trusted me and did not ask for the deposit.

Parking provided as part of booking was big draw but a builder’s van and his digger were taking up two of the parking spaces when we arrived - host got them to move but they weren’t happy about it. Were back in the space the next evening when we got home so we had to park in nearby car park. Small thing but frustrating.

Since I am not familiar with the type of outdoor locking handle it would have been useful to be advised the handle needs lifting upwards to lock the door both externally and internally. I needed to knock a neighbour's door for assistance. A minor issue really.
