value for money and location. 3 bedroom stay for the entire family. such a rarity in Jakarta Pusat.

would have been nice if they can extend our late checkout to an hour instead of 30mins.. but it's not a deal breaker for an otherwise fantastic holiday in Jakarta.

The location, the hotel has that home feeling where you can bring your family, the mall is across the street and the vicinity is awesome!

I rate this hotel highly for the price, perhaps the carpet in leaving room needs to be cleaned properly!(professionally)

Its near to the Grand Indonesia & Plaza Indonesia. If you just want explore and move around this area , this hotel is suitable for you for the great deal and also not too far from any attractions mall, tourist area.

Buffet spread just a normal buffet spread, not many choices. The taste also not very tasty. Don’t aspect more.

Super big rooms, comfortable, well equipped, good amenities, location was super convenenient, everything is walking distance. Can't ask for more. Twice in JKT, twice stayed at Ascott.

We stayed in a three‑bedroom hotel with our families for 4days, and everything went perfectly from arrival to departure. Great location, excellent facilities, and we especially loved the pool and the coffee at reception. The water cooler in the room was a nice bonus. We’d gladly return in the future.

Very nice and big room, with all the facilities we may need. The location is also very good. The concierge and all the staff was ready to answer any of our questions and always kind. I recommend staying here.

We chose this hotel due to it's location and room size and it did not disappoint. The shopping areas were at a walking distance and the rooms were clean and spacious, just as advertised. Staff were also friendly and attentive to our requests during our stay.

Breakfast spread could have been better, we decided to opt out for this.

The spacious area, the cleanliness and the complete facility of the room. Every staff member is really friendly, always prepared to help guests if necessary. The building is connected to the mall beside it which is the Grand Indonesia mall, where guests could just travel there by foot with the help of the security guards assisting everyone across the street.

The way to the swimming pool is through the lobby, where we have to pass through other guests in the lobby therefore it is hard for some people to go to the swimming pool without being exposed to others. Maybe make a special path for those who are planning to swim that does not pass through the lobby.

The suite was big and could cater up to 6 persons. The location is also close to the main shopping malls in Central Jakarta which is just opposite the location and in walking distance

Really really enjoyed our stay here. It was so close to Plaza Indonesia, Grand Indonesia and Thamrin City. We walked everywhere. The room was also clean and comfortable and they provided a water dispenser with mineral water with options for hot and cold. The pool was also nice and my husband had a good time playing tennis too. Pleasantly surprised

The breakfast was quite limited in choice but not really a big deal because food options were very close by.

Walking distance to malls and Thamrin city. Friendly and helpful staffs. Our hotel room feels homely with a living room, full kitchenette and washer dryer. Looking forward to come back here again.

Getting into the bathtub to shower was slippery and dangerous. I almost fell so hopefully something can be done to the bathrooms to minimise, if not prevent, such risks.

Breakfast selection not impressive.Should have more traditional Indonesian “kuih” , wider selection of cereals instead of just plain cornflakes and coco crunch cereals and healthier bread options.

This was addressed at the hotel too how we have to endure unpleasant smell throughout our stay. But the staff was helpful enough to send people to rectify this but it was repetitive so at the end we just give up as it almost the end of our stay.

There are professional staffs manning the reception around the clock. They gave me an early check in as requested :-). However, i was out and finally checked in after lunch

The environment was nice.

When i came during check in, i was promise an email to be sent to me with regards to the membership. However it was not sent to me till i get back to Singapore. And we did req for a change to the ironing board cover until the last day it is not even change.

Very close to the grand Indonesian mall and I appreciate it they had someone there to help you cross the street to get to the mall.

Breakfast was terrible. Overall, it seemed a little bit dirty. The doors and glass were dirty you can tell they haven’t been cleaned in a long time. But the location was good for the mall and plenty of taxis around.

Cleanliness can be improve. Last day noticed that some of the beddings were not clean and towel smell musty.

The breakfast should also include indonesia cuisine so that the guest can get a taste of what indonesia cuisine taste so that they can explore more.

The toilet in the master bed room that we stay is leaking. Despite fast repair it still leak
