Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Room facilities and staff hospitality with sincere smiling faces to cater to our anxious faces when we needed to extend our stay due to airport closure. Their front office, Ms Patricia, in particular, professionally accomodate us for all our queries with patience. Their room cleaning is also good, always topping up our tea bags and sugar plus changing our towels and doing up our bed daily. Bell boys always helping us with our shopping bags upon our return to the hotel. Bravo to ParkRoyal for having these personnel. Keep it up!

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026We stayed for 6 nights as a family and really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, especially for Grand Indonesia, Thamrin and the surrounding shopping and dining areas, and having a mall directly downstairs was very convenient. We had two rooms, including a two-bedroom apartment for the kids, and the apartment was fantastic. It was very spacious and had everything we needed, including a kitchen, dining area, lounge, washer and dryer. For a family on a longer stay, this made a huge difference. We stayed on the 79th floor and the views across Jakarta were incredible. The rooms were clean, quiet and made up very well each day. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, and the pool and other facilities were very good.
Breakfast was only average. The breakfast area was quite small and although there was some variety, it was nothing particularly special compared with the overall standard of the hotel. The steam room also closed quite early, around 5–6pm, and it would have been much better if it stayed open later so it could be used after returning from a day out. One other point is that the very high floors may not suit anyone who is uncomfortable with heights.

The cleaning was not great. Housekeeper did not do a good job. Amenities not replenished and they left hair in the toilet and the floors not mopped. Aircon was freezing! Either in or turn it off as you can’t amend anything else.

Imagine my surprise when I got a birthday cake on my birthday, even though I didn't request for it. This goes to show that the staff at Parkroyal Serviced Suites are very attentive to details. Special thanks to Regan at the Front Desk, who handled our check in. He was very helpful and even provided suggestions on what to eat.

It is easier to use Gojek from the hotel lobby as Grab couldn’t seem to detect the correct pick-up point of the property. Breakfast was satisfactory but different days are of different cuisines so it may not be to everyone’s liking.

their staff use guest elevators for deliver foods to guest . They dont use service elevator even they have one., so the smell of elevators is cocking, and I need to wait for the elevator more than 5 mintes . even I tell the vise manager Ms. Evelyn about this , but the staff seems to be dont care about guests comforatability. Also, because it is too long wait for elevator, they should put some chairs or coaches infront of elevators to set while waiting. Also, they enter my room for maintaining the microwave without my permition , even I dont ask for it !! I surprised when I reach my room the door was close and after I open the door suddenly I found Techenician inside the room !!! not safe..!! Ms.Evelyn knows about all of this and she told me this will not happen again , but next day i see the staff with foods going in the elevator again !!!

الملاحظة الوحيدة والبسيطة هي أن الزجاج الخارجي يحتاج إلى تنظيف، وهو أمر بسيط ولا يؤثر على جودة الإقامة بشكل عام.
