Multiple guests praise attentive, friendly staff by name (King, Nonny/Nony, Pinai); check-in and restaurant service highlighted as excellent.

Breakfasts and the hotel restaurant receive high praise ('wonderful breakfasts', 'best in town', excellent service and views), indicating strong F&B performance.

Strong amenities: infinity pool, swim-up bar, indoor café and gym with decent equipment. Some negatives noted (mosquito bites by pool-bar seating; gym could use stronger AC/fans).

Facilities, bars, pools and beach club frequently praised; good on-site entertainment and buffet events, with isolated complaints (e.g., lack of coffee service at bars).

Multiple pools, spa and garden setting highlighted; pool on the beach and good pool options across resort — gym noted as dated but overall amenities strong.

Guests report good value (cheap to eat out, reasonable hotel prices for lunch/drinks); many chose B&B because local dining is inexpensive.

Fair: several guests feel good value (repeat visitors), but specific complaints about higher Booking.com prices vs hotel packages and the wedding-related service problems reduce perceived value.

Mixed: several praise breakfast and facilities, while at least one guest felt price was high for a short stay and maintenance issues affected perceived value.

Generally positive impressions overall, but at least one guest noted that the noisy air conditioner was disappointing given the villa's price, slightly lowering perceived value for money.
