Location is very convenient for the tube station and Hounslow town centre.

There were various minor issues that weren't worth complaining about for our one night stay - such as no teaspoons to use with the teas and coffees, wires hanging out around the TV, one of the bedside lights not working, one of the taps not turning off properly, a smell of Indian food, etc.

Staff were very helpful and good.

Everything else. Smell, the cleanliness in bathroom, The dirty bed, the dirty cushions on the bed, the lumpy pillow 😂😂. Nothing continental about it 😂

Good facilities, including the use of Golds Gym was great, friendly staff and good standard in general to the room.

Car park entry area could do with a bit of an upgrade only thing that let the place down

The entire Heathrow airport experience was terrible - the location of this hotel was undesirable. The room was run down and I didn't sleep at all due to feeling apprehensive about the location.

Easy to get to Kew Gardens where I needed to be early the next day. Very comfortable room and bed

The only thing that I can say is that it was terrible. It was smelling like I don’t even know how to explain it . The faucet head was broken, and water was spraying out. The Air quality was terrible, wasn’t have fresh air And also smoke kinda cigarettes. The faucet head was broken, and water was spraying out. And Swimming Pool, Sauna steam room also was smelled like the whole hotel And the smell was terrible weird. And yea. There was a lot of not normal people in spa they was with bare feet everywhere. And also the swimming pool was chlorinated overdosed..

Did not like the fact that there was no English breakfast.

I love the room and the spa

The pool was very good especially as include in the reasonable price. I also left an iPad in a drawer when I checked out. Realised about an hour later and the staff went and retrieved it immediately for me to collect.

Bedside lamp was broken and dangerous to use with a snapped bayonet. Reported to reception. Unable to open window so was quite stuffy in room

The gym, pool and Suanna were great. We loved the experience and enjoyed every bit of it.

Had everything we needed after a long haul flight. We dined locally at the market and had a beer at the pub around the corner.

I thought being near a flight path would be an issue, but it's not a problem. All quiet in the hotel.

Swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were really good. I wish I had a chance to stay longer to experience it more. Great ideal to have Gold Gym in the basement of the hotel to offer such great facilities. People there were also freindly and relaxed.

Not so much of a didn’t like but I think it would be better if there was more than one changing room for the pool and spa section, made me and my young niece very uncomfortable having to get changed in front of other ladies. Also somewhere on site to get snacks, drinks, crisps and chocolate, sandwiches or even just toast would have been beneficial for us and maybe others. But the amount of shops and restaurants on the doorstep made up for that. But late at night when I wouldn’t feel safe for us to go out then this would of helped

The jacuzzi and sona wasn't working. The pool personnel was rude, she literally told me that if I want to use the bathroom, I have to go and dress up first.i was wearing my swimwear and wrapped in a towel as i didnt want the hassle of lockers. I was shocked and felt like a kid. The pictures do mot match the physical, the rooms are super small. Its expensive for what it is. It wasn't clean either. Also, i booked the place because of the jacuzzi and sona, its disappointing to get there and being told its being fixed and only open the next day, i had a 2 night stay. This should have been communicated.

The staff were Tcourteous and helpful, particularly Rash, who went out of his way to try to fix a problem over the lack of electric power for the TV and the kettle. The swimming pool and th jacuzzi were great and the changing rooms and showers were very clean

One of the pillows was the lumpiest I have ever experienced and was frankly a disgrace for a 4-star hotel. There was no electric power for the TV and the kettle.

My room was flipped upside down / mattress ripped and furnitures upside down ,dirty towels and food garbage on the floor and the and the staff didn’t know it wasn’t cleaned for a week

The front desk staff were lovely and the bed was comfy

We were given a key to the wrong room and accidentally walked in on someone in their room as we were told it was ours. The receptionist for the pool was very unfriendly, and there was a poop in the pool.

I didn’t like anything

Then room was filthy and there was thick mould all over the curtains and we got a full refund and left

Awful, room not cleaned, both of them, both toilets not flushed so you can imagine what was in there, pee on toilet seat. Went straight back down and received a refund and moved to another hotel, did not even stay there, terrible. Only good thing was the staff on reception were nice.

A superb bed mattress. Staff very professional, friendly.

In a heatwave all rooms should have all rooms air condition actively on. The hotel has a particularly complex system difficult to manage consequently the room was excessively hot on entering and got hotter throughout the night. This made it impossible to sleep and made me ill with heat, difficulty breathing, affected my asthma, lack of sleep. This is serious in a heatwave the building was overly hot.

Access to the fitness facilities. Food was really good. Staff were fantastic

It was a disappointment compared to the web site . Sauna was out of action
