The staff were helpful and I had a nice stay at a reasonable budget in London.

Location was perfect close to Heathrow and near a shopping street.

The location was excellent. It was close to the high street and other stores. The room was neat and the breakfast was also decent. I loved the view of my room as well.

The room was sizeable. The Location was excellent, few minutes walk to the Hounslow Central Underground station. Also, the staff were warm and friendly. The Highstreet was barely 3 minss from the hotel which had most stores for food and shopping.

I did paid for double for 3 people, when I arrived at the hotel they gave me a room with 1 double bed. I raised the situation with staff and they asked to pay more if I wanted upgrade. Very poor facilities.

Bed sheets were stained. Very strange room layout. Poor choices for breakfast. Parking was very VERY limited and expensive

Hard for someone with disability to get from car park drop off to lobby. Not particularly welcoming Minimal staff so no help available. A bit of tlc would help. Beds not very comfy

The property was very near where we had the event.

They did not clean the room at all

Late shift reception staff was very good and in morning was just okay . And it was very clean and comfortable my wife and boy enjoyed it .

Only the problem was parking had to pay about £27 for 2 night parking 😒 was a bit unfair it didn't mentioned when I booked in ibis hotel that parking is not free . A part from that everything was good

Very good value for the money. Yes it's not the ritz but for the money it fits the bill. Staff were excellent and very helpful and the breakfast was very good

The carpets were smelly. The breakfast had limited options, breakfast area open to public walking in, no privacy. Chairs were dirty and stained. No telephone to call reception in case of emergency. No water in the room or kettle for tea. Toilet had half used toilet roll and toilet had stain. Carpark not secured and open to anyone. Lift was broken for this number of occupants who have to take the stairs.

It was an uncomfortable stay. Bathroom door is almost transparent and has got a big hole on it. Basically if you are sharing the room with someone, the other person could see you from outside when you’re using the bathroom. To top it up, they have placed a mirror right opposite to the bathroom door, so that the other person could enjoy the show lying on the bed itself. Even if you are sharing the room with your own family or friend, everybody needs some privacy in the bathroom. I understand it’s a budget room that costs around £50-£70. The shower room and toilet are separate, and too tight spaced that you can’t change your clothes inside. And ofc no power plugs or sockets near the bed. We stayed only for one night- from midnight to early morning, and it was so uncomfortable to stay there even for such a short duration.

Location was good and the beds were very comfortable.

I didn't like the staff haggling me to pay again for my stay despite already paying for the hotel via Booking.com., it's a place to stay and not a place to remember.

The rooms were clean

The rooms are extrmely tiny and the toilet and shower. It felt cramp. The breakfast is not worth the extra pay and the staff are not the friendliest. Not even a coffee station in the room. It feels like you sleeping in the bathroom.

Ho alloggiato in questa struttura per 5 notti con la mia ragazza. Che dire di questa struttura? Personale gentile e presente h24 per soddisfare ogni richiesta e necessità. Le stanze molto ampie rispetto agli standard di Londra, con letti comodi, cuscini e coperte soffici, areazione nella zona wc e finestra. La doccia si trova "all'interno" della stanza accanto al lavandino ma non é affatto un problema in quanto essa presenta vetri opachi. La stanza viene pulita ogni giorno e vengono cambiati gli asciugamani. La colazione era abbondante e varia seppur ogni giorno erano presenti gli stessi alimenti. Potrete trovare brioche di vario tipo, pane da tostare, latte vegetale, salumi, creme spalmabili, cereali, marmellate ecc... inoltre succhi di frutta e tante bevande calde e fredde. Caffè espresso abbastanza buono.. ho richiesto del pane senza glutine(in foto si può vedere) e mi é stato fornito ogni mattina, davvero di ottima qualità. Metro Piccadilly a 10minuti a piedi. Dista 40 minuti in metro da Londra centro e presenta bus h24 proprio di fronte. Inoltre accanto all'hotel c'è Tesco per meal deal e qualunque prodotto si necessiti, nonché molti posti in cui mangiare eventualmente. Ci ritornerei senza alcun dubbio.

Avrei voluto le uova a colazione e gradirei un tostapane separato per il pane senza glutine. Avrei gradito il diffusore nell'asciugacapelli. Non funzionava il condizionatore in aria calda e nella stanza talvolta c'era freddo. Potrebbe dare fastidio il rumore degli aerei in quanto la struttura si trova vicino ad un aeroporto, ma personalmente non l ho trovato affatto un problema.

The room was true to picture, comfortable and sizeable. The staff was friendly and the location was central with buses. Also, a 2 min walk to the towncentre which has all the grocery and departmental stores. I would recommend the hotel and also be coming here again.

Breakfast option was the same. By by second day, i didnt enjoy eating the same thing. The hotel could consider adding eggs (hardboiled eggs) to the breakfast spread.
