No bar fridge, no ice bucket, no access to ice other than from the bar on the main floor and they could only fill a glass. floors were tired and carpets frayed. Bare bones...

The first room we were shown was incredibly dusty and a hair was found in the bathroom, at first we just assumed this room hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Requested a new room and at first was told to wait until a cleaner would have gone to our room to fix it however I did not want to have to wait when there are hundreds of rooms available. I was shown a new room which had hair (clearly not from someone’s head) all over the bathroom. I left the room immediately and bumped into a staff member who told me that I was wrong and the first room was clean ( I had photo evidence) he was very rude and not how I expect staff to behave when a customer is complaining about a dirty room. I made the staff member and one of the cleaners come and look at the room and pointed out everything. I got a mumbled sorry from the staff member and I left the room and told reception I would be checking out and not staying. I barely received an apology, very disappointed as this is listed as a four star hotel, I would not recommend staying here.

Great air conditioning. It was a sweltering few days so to come back to a nice cool room was great. The fridge was very good too. Even though the planes came in close to land at Heathrow, noise was not an issue and we are generally very sensitive to noise.

Tea, coffee and kettle was in a small cramped area. The only place to plug in was under a dressing table. There were no sockets by the bed. And the pillow was a bit on the hard side

I messed up and booked a double instead of twin although the hotel was fully booked the staff were kind enough to make up an extra bed. Very friendly reception team and staff

The breakfast was not the best and it was not easy to licate the odds and ends like cutlery, butter, whether the milk was semi skimmed etc. The cooked breakfast also mediocre in taste.

Frühstück war grottig (das Rührei hatte einen rosa Stich), wir hatten es um 9.99 dazugebucht, hätten uns das ersparen sollen, ebenso das Parken (12.00), es gibt einige Gratisparkplätze an der Straße, obwohl die Gegend schon eher runtergekommen ist. Bei Ankunft war das Zimmer zu kalt, es wurde dann die Heizung aufgedreht, dann war es für den Rest der Aufenthalts zu warm, die Steuerung funktionierte nicht. Eher schlecht instandgehalten, insb. die Außenanlagen.

Nearly everything. There was nothing to not like about the property. Comfortable, cozy, neat, quiet and a terrific glass view of the surrounding from my room. Their food was great and moderately priced. Not cheap but moderately affordable.

The room was quite cold. May be not the property’s fault but having a heater around which you could just turn on might be helpful going forward.

Very helpful staff, great location, views and free early checkin provided.

Cleanliness was an issue with sheets, pillows and a spider web by the bed lamp. Staff helped sort these things out however.

The cleanliness of the rooms, the walk in shower. There were complimentary bottles of water provided. There is paid parking on site but also some free parking available.

The rooms no longer had fridges, there is no longer hotel info in the rooms.

The room was clean and a good size for a single. The bed was comfortable and clean.

No free parking for check-in on arrival. The hotel should provide at least 30 minutes of free parking to allow clients to unload and check in.

My room was in bad shape already as it was. Tears on the floor and a dent pretty deep that it was making lots of creaking sounds every time I stepped on it.

バスはとても近いけど、電車の駅が遠い。ロンドンのバスはエアコンもないしラッシュはすごい混雑する。満員だと運転手さんが停まってくれないこともあるので、やはり電車の駅に近い方が気持ち的にも安心。

Great location for Heathrow and London

It was very good…..

Great location. The apartment is modernly furnished with all amenities needed. Two bedrooms which was great for a family of two adults and a kid.

The apartment can use some more places for clothes like wardrobe and some shelf’s in the bathroom but these are just a friendly idea for the owners.

Great location for work. Very friendly staff. Good air conditioning in room. Nice toiletries. Water provided in room.

Restaurant closed for maintenance so had to eat out. Room 315 bed dips from the side into the middle so slept on an angle causing back ache. Towels extremely small and rough. Gym facilities missing bench and machines not working. Noise from planes understand close to Heathrow airport but need to invest in sound proofing.

Parking was not any good so I parked in a nearby street. Smells from the sewer pipe coming up the sink. Rip in carpet . Bedspring coming through The mattress . Breakfast was an add-on and not what I believed I booked . With the sewer pipe gas I must say this hotel was a headache and it gave us one . Not a nice place to stay

Got hit by lift door twice!. Both times it said door opening, and as I stepped in, closed on my right arm/shoulder. Ouch!

Check-in was OK, not particularly bad but not good. I purchased a Club Room via an agent and these were also offered on operator Montcalm’s own website. The main advantage advertised was lounge access. The hotel knew nothing about a lounge. The booking was for a twin, in the comments a double was requested. I got a twin. The guest room was clean but tired and battered in places. The bed, albeit a single was comfortable. Tea and coffee, water and a fridge were provided. There was no fruit as suggested by the Clubroom pictures on Montcalm’s website. There was no newspaper as promised on their site. The over-bath shower was powerful and at the right temperature. It was a big struggle to get the bath waste to open. Breakfast was basic. The biggest issue was the lack of a coffee machine. Basic salad, two cut fruits, two whole fruits, two juices, cereal, sliced bread, in-house baked bread and mini croissants were provided. There were no other pastries or muffins, no cheese, no yogurt and no cold meats. There were about five hot food items with no mushrooms meaning that a vegetarian was limited to hash browns. Tea and coffee came from dispensers that probably sat for hours. The coffee was very unpleasant. The breakfast team were very polite and friendly and an asset to the property. At checkout, the employee was polite and friendly but took no action when I complained about the nonexistent Club facilities. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Hounslow East Underground and when it is not busy can have low rates around £50. Busy nights will push the rate to around £150. As a budget hotel, if you do not expect a park or for it to be Grand, then it may be acceptable. They proudly display an AA 4* sign. Expect 3*. I do not understand why there are so many 5* reviews… Would I go back? Only if they get a coffee machine and the rate was low.

The room was at the front of the property overlooking a busy road but the double glazing kept the noise out. It was clean and tidy and had everything we required for a night before flying on holiday from Heathrow airport.

The curtain rail had broken in our room so the blackout curtain had about a metre where it did not cover. This meant that we had the lights all night long from the continuous traffic shining into the room.

Clean, beautiful room, nice AC and got a minifridge. The service people were kind as well and the hotel is close to Hounslow highstreet as well as Heathrow.

The shower was outstanding (particularly after 30plus hours travelling from Australia). Easy to get to from the underground (around 1km walk) .

I had a corner room adjacent to the lifts . It was I little hard to negotiate the two doors with all my luggage . However the first door definitely blocked the sound of the lifts . And the room was extremely small , ok for one night but too cupboard like for an extended stay .

Frühstück war eintönig, es gab von Tag zu Tag wenig Abwechslung,. Der Kaffee war wässrig und aus der Kanne. Wir waren eine Gruppe und im Hotel untergebracht. An einem Abend wollten wir ein WM Fussballspiel im Restaurant oder in der Bar anschauen. Leider gab es keinen Service, das WM Spiel wurde nicht übertragen.

We came here for our last stop before heading back to the states for a relaxing comfortable night. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Front desk staff also doubles as bar staff, they could learn how to fill a glass when you order a double!! Our room was large enough but THATS where it ends. There was a large stain on the carpet at the doorway, pigs on the desk were broken and probably not safe as well as there being no plugs available near the bedside for necessary medical equipment (we made due with what we had). This is a not up to par hotel.

The bed in the first floor wasn’t comfortable but liked the room on the second floor which had a comfortable bed.

Excellent location to Wembley stadium where we went to a concert ,good price and parking was great,lady on reception think it was Monica was warm and friendly and made everything nice and easy,room was top floor amazing views over London and lovely and cool brilliant aircon during an heatwave..room was lovely and clean comfortable beds and lovely breakfast full English and good quality food and lots of it,would definitely stay here again. All staff including cleaning ladies and breakfast staff were helpful and professional.

It's a Four(4) Star hotel in a good location with parking spaces.

Poor Communication between the hotel and myself. I tried to cancel my booking several times by email, chat messages, through booking.com and by telephone and no one got back to me or even acknowledged my messages and calls. This is bad customer service relations.

La elección vino dada por el precio y ubicación respecto a la comunicación de transporte público que precisaba.

La cama es incómoda y el buffet de desayuno muy limitado. La habitación un tanto ruidosa por el sistema de cierre de las puertas de las habitaciones.

Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Restaurant heeft geen 4* verdiend. Koffie/thee uit een kan wat lauw is. Weinig rekening gehouden met vegan, en halal. Bovendien te weinig keuzen voor een 4*.

チェックイン時に対応してくれたフロントの女性スタッフがとても親切で印象が良かった。 部屋の広さもちょうどよく、大きめのスーツケースを広げる場所もありました。ツインベットの他に、窓際に小さめのコーヒーテーブルとチェアがあり、デスクにもチェアがありました。バスルームも清潔。バスタブもありました。 ロケーションとしては、ヒースロー空港へのアクセスが良く、ホテル前のバス停からハウンズローウエスト駅まで路線バスで移動し、そこからピカデリー線に乗ってターミナルまで30分かからなかったです。ホテルから徒歩３分のところにコンビニ（ガソリンスタンドの売店がM&S）がある点も便利でした。ロンドン中心部までは地下鉄で１時間以上かかるので、観光には不便かもしれません。

Booking .com terrible as was this hotel

I booked the hotel. They said I didn't book and booking .com.said I was a no show. Lies. My wife had taken a 14 hour flight and was unwell and to be turned away from the hotel. A complete disaster. I will not use booking .com.again. a disaster. Even now the thought of this experience brings me to tears
