We had agreat stay and had nothing negative to say about the guest house perhaps could have done breakfast but there was a lovely little cafe just round the corner who did an excellent breakfast.

Friendly, efficient staff combined with spotless, spacious modern shared shower facilities. Everything you needed in a compact single room for one night. A five-minute walk from the tube and only a few stops to Heathrow.

The mattress was rather squidgy but fine for one night.

People next door smoking weed which stank the room out.. Room was boiling & stuffy. Windows would only open a few inches. Extremely small rooms. Area’s a bit sketchy. Couldn’t bear staying there so left after about an hour or so, and they wouldn’t refund us.

Secure parking with plenty of space. Although there was no lift, they offered to carry the bags up.

The double bed was comfortable, but the single bed was poor quality and uncomfortable. Very noisy with thin walls, we could hear everything, including flights and morning cleaning next door, making it hard to sleep.

Great location and fantastic staff who really made me feel welcome. Beds were very comfortable and clean.

A few minor repairs to the radiator covers to give bedside shelf space.. and in the hot weather a better cooling system would benefit the small rooms.

Station does not have lift Hotel does not have lift - but lucky they give us ground floor. This area of London is scary and appears not very safe - but inside hotel clean and good.

Prior to my stay, I had several questions about parking and arrival times and they were all answered very promptly. The staff upon arrival was extremely helpful. The parking lot was secure and gated, which was a huge benefit as the streets are very congested with cars and it would’ve been a nightmare to park. This was a very convenient location for us to leave early in the morning to get to Heathrow

The location was good and it was really easy to get to Twickenham stadium and other places on the bus. I was so impressed with the friendly staff who were always happy to help. The communal area was pretty and relaxing at night and in the morning I enjoyed watching all the birds while eating breakfast. The kitchen had everything I needed to make simple packed lunches and breakfast. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the addition of an extra bathroom on our floor was really welcome for when our own was occupied, a very good idea! The size of the room was just what we needed and the TV had channels we liked to watch.

The only problem was the heatwave, the room was absolutely boiling with no airflow despite the open window and the fan provided, we barely slept 2 out of 3 nights. Unfortunately the room was hotter than outside or even than the rest of the hotel. We got our ice packs from the freezer in the middle the night on the worst night which helped a bit. I was tempted to sleep in the car which may be a good option if you have a car airbed as the car park is peaceful and secure, with direct access to the kitchen and communal area. With the increase in hot weather I would recommend investment in air con but other than that it was the nicest hotel I have stayed in.

Kamer was klein maar fijn. Goede bedden, waterkoker, koelkastje, privé-parkeergelegenheid, dicht bij supermarkt en restaurants. Metrostation op loopafstand. Zag er allemaal netjes en verzorgd uit. Wij waren op de 2e verdieping was erg warm jammer dat er geen airco aanwezig is. Met ventilator te warm om te slapen

We were there in the heat wave so as much as there were fans the airflow wasn’t the best (no fault of the location it would be great for normal uk weather).

The bathroom was very modern and pleasant, featuring a relaxing shower and high-quality amenities. Having a fan provided during the summer was an excellent service. The staff gave us a wonderful send-off. The location has excellent access to Heathrow Airport.

Insgesamt haben wir uns in dem Zimmer sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Bahnhof sowie die Bushaltestellen lagen ganz in der Nähe. Das Hotel verfügt über viele Parkplätze. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Uns wurden jeden Tag Flaschen Wasser, Kaffee und Tee bereitgestellt. Wir hatten alles in allem einen guten Aufenthalt.

Das Einzige, was etwas unangenehm war, waren die hohen Temperaturen zu dieser Jahreszeit. Obwohl das Zimmer einen Ventilator hatte, hätten wir uns über eine Klimaanlage gefreut😅. Allerdings haben wir am Ende Türen und Fenster geöffnet, sodass die Luft gut zirkulieren konnte und es spürbar abkühlte.

Happy with our stay the place is lovely and clean. The rooms was lovely and comfortable beds and pillows. Fans in the rooms kept it cool. Staff really friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay again.

Staff friendliness and guest house cleanliness

The location was good/great. Few minutes walk from the metro to get on the Picadilly line to get to London in about 35 min. They have their own (free) parking spot behind the guesthouse. Most personnel are very friendly and helpful.

Heathrow airport is nearby, so many airplanes are flying over. They only fly during the day and in the evening less and less. If you sit in the sun parlor with people, having a conversation is very hard. If you are out during the day it's not a problem at all. Not all rooms are the same size. We had the smallest 2-persoonsroom and fortunately we were travelling with 2 trolley's, because 2 big suitcases wouldn't fit at all. No airconditioning. They provide a ventilator. You can use the toaster and the microwave in the staffkitchen. But don't get mislead by the picture of the kitchen. That is the only things appliance you can use. To have breakfast or lunch can be challenging. You have to go into town or supermarket everyday;

Very small twin room and beds.

The shared spaces and hallways were clean and well stocked. There were nice bistro tables on the back porch to have meals which was a nice touch. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a fan in the room which was much appreciated given the high temperatures during our stay. There were many food options available within a short 2 block walk including a food market with individual food vendors. We enjoyed the convenience, variety, and quality we found at the market. There was truly something for everyone. Our room was on the ground floor across from reception. Because of the need to keep the windows open overnight, it was a little noisy. However, for the cost and proximity to the airport it was perfect for our needs. We will stay again when we visit next year.

Overnight noise from the main road. Needed to be able to open the windows a bit more to catch a breeze but without someone being able to crawl in. There were people outside through the night.

Had a warm welcome, could park the car easily, there was a fan and bottles of water in the room. Comfy bed, plenty of towels and lovely and clean. It was a stones throw from the station as well.

Very near to Hounslow Central bus station with picadilly line providing easy access to central london. Good desi shops nearby. Clean toilets and fresh towels and bed linen provided daily. The staff were kind enough to keep my luggage with them even after my check out to allow me to visit Buckingham Palace on my last day in London.

Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile ad accoglierci nonostante l'ora tarda del nostro arrivo. La struttura dispone di un parcheggio comodo e abbastanza sicuro all'interno di un cancello.

Stanza minuscola, claustrofobica. Letto attaccato alla finestra piccolo e impolverato. La nostra stanza era al piano terra, senza condizionatore e caldissima, non si riusciva a respirare bene. Impossibile tenere le finestre aperte perche prive di zanzariere ed i ventilatori forniti non erano sufficienti a rendere la camera vivibile. Inoltre la stanza era sporca. Piena di polvere, alcune parti sembravano non essere mai state pulite (angoli del bagno, macchie sui pavimenti, polvere incrostata ovunque). Anche la biancheria fornita, sia sa bagno che da letto non sembrava adeguatamente pulita

There was nothing I didn't like.

The room was comfortable and refurbished, also the bathroom. I only stayed there one night to be close to Heathrow airport for an early morning flight, so it was good for that purpose. Probably not the best place if you want to explore London. Staff were nice and the building looked good.

I had to carry my heavy suitcase all the way to the top floor, but I forgot to request a ground/first floor room, so I can't say it's their fault. I found it a bit expensive for what it was, and compared to other guest houses in the area, but not too bad.

Great place to stay if going to events in London just off M4 can park your car safely and walk to tube down the road to get to where you want to go in London. Comfy bed, no air con but fan provided which is very satisfactory

The hotel is in a good neighborhood that is convenient to both Heathrow and London. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The wifi worked well.

It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful where they could be. It was one of the hottest days in London, the public area was cool. A fan for the room and chilled water were provided without charge. There were tea / coffee facilities and a quiet fridge in the room. It's position for what we wanted to do.

The room was smaller than our expectations. It was difficult to get into the double bed from one side as it was close to the wall. Even though the bed was close, the bedside cabinet on the open side caused an obstruction when opening the bathroom door. The wardrobe drop was not long enough for a dress, which was bent onto the wardrobe base. Unfortunately on our departure morning there was a local power outage from around 7:20 . This meant we could not have a wash / shower or warm drink prior to our departure. Local information (and the hotel staff) suggested it would be 3 to 4 hours before fixing. So we decided to pack up and leave. We do not hold the hotel responsible for this, but it was a difficult and sad end to a good weekend away.

Room was very small., meant for two people. I was on my own and found it extremely small. Almost suffocating, especially after the power cut and lack of water. No contingency plans in place I am back home now and have ended upwith a sore throat . I requested a part refund and they refused Very disappointing I wont stay there again and cannot recommend it to anyone..

Uśmiechnięta załoga, całodobowa rejestracja, bardzo czyste i ciche pokoje. Miałem wręcz wrażenie, że mieszkam tam sam, bo wspólne prysznice zawsze były wolne - niezależnie od pory dnia czy nocy. Były też bardzo czyste i wyposażone w mydło oraz szampon w podajnikach. Może pokój jest malutki, ale miejsce to jest idealne jako baza do spania. W kuchni jest toster i mikrofalówka na własne jedzenie, ale miejsce nie oferuje śniadań. W pokoju codziennie świeże ręczniki, lodówka, butelka wody, suszarka, potężny wentylator oraz czajnik i TV.

Brakowało mi chociaż jednego małego wieszaka na kurtkę lub ręcznik tuż przy drzwiach, żeby nie chować ich do szafy. W toalecie przydałaby się też choć malutka półeczka na kosmetyczkę podróżną. Nie znalazłem nigdzie zawieszek na klamkę z informacją typu "nie przeszkadzać". Doceniam, że sprzątanie odbywało się codziennie, ale jest to zupełnie niepotrzebne przy tak małej przetrzeni i czasmi chciałbym zrezygnować ze sprżatania i wymiany ręczników by nie robić dodatkowej pracy obsłudze.

We were in a room on the top floor with limited ventilation during unusually warm weather so the room was hot as the window only only open a small amount. A good fan was provided but room was still very stuffy.

This is exactly what I want from a convenient hotel in London. Very very clean, a pleasant stylish compact room with everything you need ( even fridge), good linen, comfortable bed and pillows, very clean smelling room with no over powering air freshener or cleaning products smell you often get in value accommodation. I didn't choose en suite but had a sink in the room and shared facilities were always very clean. Staff were really nice. Free parking .. loads of spaces. Really near the tube and Hounslow centre.

Staff were super friendly, even giving us water bottles that had been in the freezer as we left as it was so hot and was very much needed on our journey home. Bed was comfy and facilities were adequate. Parking was the main reason we booked and there were plenty of spaces when we arrived. Late check in was also a bonus as we had to travel after finishing work and arrived about 11pm. There was a fan already in the room which was a Life saver with how warm it was.

Paint was peeling on the wall above the bed. Was lovely to have a TV but this was very small and quite old. Would have been a nice touch to have some form of breakfast option, even if it was just a pastry or something like this

We stayed in a triple room, only negative would be the room was very small which made it difficult when 3 women were trying to get ready. A full length mirror would be a useful addition. Zimmer sehr klein aber alles vorhanden. Auf Fluglärm muss man sich einstellen. Wir fanden es schön die Flugzeuge so nah zu beobachten.

We stayed here 13-14 June. This hotel was clean, modern and the staff were so friendly. It was my birthday and they put flowers and chocolates in the room. Close to the tube station. Free parking which is a bonus. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Amazing location. 5 min walk to Hounslow central tube station. Staff were really helpful,friendly and had a 24 hour reception. All the rooms were beautifully presented and had everything you would expect from shower gel and shampoo to the quietest fan I have ever come across.

I cannot fault anything. If you are looking for well priced, clean and comfortable accommodation with great links to the center of London then you cannot go wrong.
