No bath tub, power went out, toothbrush or toothpaste

Breakfast was okay. Nice to have that quick start without having to go to a restaurant for breakfast.

Service to the room not really attended. Towels replaced that was it. Coffee not replenished the front desk had to do it which was well appreciated .

Beds not comfy. Not very clean. Cleaning staff did not do a good job. They double sometime triple charged your card.

The manager was great

The only thing our entire group noticed was the overwhelming smell of cleaner. It was heavily scented and my throat hurt because of it.

I liked the large TV and soft pillows with comfortable bed.

The shower floor was way too slippery, strange looking lense type of hole at the top left corner of the shower. (Picture included) no elevator for guests with mobility issues, breakfast tables were too high and chairs were awkward, 3 or 4 tall standing tables and only one regular table.

Lovely stay!!!! Had a room with a sliding patio door that opens up right to a nice little lounge area with a BBQ and a pool! Perfectly clean rooms and very lovely staff! Great location, A convenience store, Tim Hortons and Subway are right across the street, so that was very convenient. The A/C units are awesome and cool the room in minutes! The best part was the complimentary breakfast from 6-9! They had juices and coffee, eggs, toast, sausage, homefries, muffins, bagels, and the best part (the kids LOVED) the waffle maker !! Wonderful stay!!

The location was fine and the place was clean.

I didn’t like staying for one night and being charged for two nights. I find that ridiculous. Also, there was no coffee in our room, our TV would not work, andone of our key cards would not work and I went to the desk on four separate occasions to get it fixed with no one at the front desk. Staffing is an issue. In the morning, went down for breakfast, and the food was mostly gone. Was told to wait and there would be more made. But the person making the food was also handling the front desk with checkouts and telephone calls constantly. So never did get breakfast.

Walls are paper thin, you can hear what everyone is doing. Beds are not comfortable. Did not sleep,

The staff were exceptionally friendly and caring. The buffet breakfast was very good. The only negative thing I could say is I really felt that having just one girl onto mop up spills cook the food switch the laundry and answer the telephones all at the same time might not have been the best choice I think if you put two girls on that morning shift, you would get many more positive reviews and don’t get me wrong. She works so hard and she got everything done for everybody.

I like the way the gardens were done. It was well kept.

There were bugs in the bathroom, hairs in the shower and bed. The AC kept opening and closing and making so much noise we couldn’t sleep. The breakfast food was bland/cold.

Property was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and staff was always so helpful for my weekend away with my kids and grand daughter we loved it can’t wait till hotter for the pool And yes we will be back for sure

Quality Inn was nice and quiet, especially after a long day at a dance competition. Staff were friendly, the two that I saw, and efficient. Breakfast normally started at 7:00am, but they started it early for the dancers, which was really nice of them to do. The room was decent size and clean. The beds were comfortable. Since this location is kind of on the outskirts of town, there didn't seem to be much questionable activity, which is quite nice.

It's not really a complaint, but I found the breakfast lacking, I appreciated it, and I was able to feed my dancer, but I wish it had a better variety. We spent less than twelve hours here, and there wasn't much to this location, so value wise, I'm on the fence, but overall, I don't have anything that I truly disliked.

The breakfast didn’t have enough staff to attend it, the lovely coffee machine was gone (used to make French vanillas and hot chocolate it was so great) but bc of cost - taken away :( rude other guests made us feel uncomfortable and grabbed onto my daughter in the pool bc they couldn’t swim. They also had a huge group and hogged the pool.

You can hear everything through the walls, for example, there was a huge group of people hanging out in the barbecue area right outside my room at 2:30 AM. It was a disaster, and I couldn’t sleep at all.

The room was lovely, only first issue was broken window, I agreed to not change rooms as I was only staying one night. Then while staff was there is was discovered coffee maker didn't work, then TV remote.. The afternoon staff was excellent. On the night shift I was having trouble sleeping as I was moving out of my home. The night person said I couldn't have a yogurt to settle my stomach because they are only for breakfast. So I got up and checked ked out at 830

Night staff could have been more accommodating everything else was great. There was a big pile of towels end of hallway night staff did not attend to.

Stayed on New Year's Eve. Couldn't enjoy the outdoor pool. We'll definitely be back through the summer ☀️

It was clean and quiet. I wanted a room with a tub so had to go to second floor, no elevator.

Maid service was dodgy. One day our room wasn't attended to at all, apparently due to shortness of staff. Parking lot really needs rehabilitation. Stricter management needed - During breakfast, the small breakfast area and food counters were bombed by 12 very noisy non resident friends of a resident celebrating his birthday. Happy birthday but do it elsewhere. Lobby staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. Trying to use the TV was very frustrating. Really needs improvement.

Housekeeping were short staffed and we paid the price.

The hotel was very clean and the check in and out very efficient. The room was clean and the WiFi excellent. It is in a good area of town with easy access to shopping and restaurants. I would stay again

The financial system of Quality did some automatic debit and credits to my credit card that I object to. I agreed to the room charges being processed to my credit card but not the EXTRA debits and then credits, The staff explained that is something the financial system does these extra charges automatically but these extra were not authorized nor was I made aware of them I object to your financial software having my financial information and the ability to some how automatically debit my credit card.

The breakfast area is too small and food is not refilled quickly... Otherwise all the other facilities were good.

Rachel at the front desk was lovely and very helpful with information around the area. The outdoor pool looked nice, small but nice although I didn't use it.

The rest of the staff including the manager were not helpful. Wrong billing in which I got hung up on 15 times today and when I finally got through the manager wouldn't even talk to me. The front deck girl said everything is released and fixed. Finally after frustration, I went ahead and paid it. The sheets were damp on the bed, (or blanket) At least they were clean. Had to take the blanket off for both days. We were there two night.

Clean and efficient for a quick stay in Chatham.

Manager didn’t cancel my double booking for the same night. Booking contacted the location and the manager never responded.

The room was clean. Downside no elevator to second floor inconvenient but not a huge deal. Only issue we had was they took a deposit instead of preauthorization.Then when checking out they couldn't put the money back on our card.Some got put back eventually after having to put the money back on little by litte. But the remain 50$ we had to fight to get back in cash when the machine wouldn't work. The lady at the desk was professional and polite about it even though we were very agitated at this point and she knew as we had be dealing with this for 30 min or so. She had to call the manager to get approval to give us the final 50 in cash. So other than check out fiasco the stay was ok.

I stayed in Chatham for the first time and couldn't be happier with this hotel. The room was new and it looks like the hotel has recently been renovated. Whoever picked the tiles for the floor and counters great choice. We have no complaints at all. The breakfast was great, and the staff was very friendly, even bringing out different types of yogurt for our kids. There was a wide selection for breakfast, which we really appreciated. The location was excellent, close to many restaurants. The only downside is that there are no elevators, so it could be a challenge for older guests if they are on the second floor. Overall, it was a wonderful stay for our family!

Room: Bedding was clean, AC worked well, free Keurig pods in the room, microwave was clean. Modern design. There was a crack in our door but it wasn't bad. There is no safe. Lots of lighting options. Large, good quality lg tv with easy log in. Mini fridge did the job. Patio door was great. We were room 101 and I was a little nervous about reception noise, but we didn't hear anything. A little rough around the edges on the bathroom floors, could use a better deep clean, but the shower, toilet, sink, and mirror were super clean. Pool: Pool was great! We got there in time for there to be no smokers around. The rooms that open into the pool area are very cool. The pool is not heated, but was a good temperature and very clean. Food: Lots of options. Bread, bagels, muffins, waffles, cream cheese, raspberry and strawberry jam, peanut butter, butter, syrup, two kinds of cereal. Sausages, eggs (very meh), hash browns, apple juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, yogurt, coffee, salsa. A little sad that there were no tea or hot chocolate options but honestly it was still more than I was expecting and my husband proclaimed the coffee to be "it's okay. Really hot though". Service: Very kind. Very helpful. Check in was very easy.
