Die Partys am swimming pool ab freitag 12h00 bis sonntag sehr laut, und keinen zugang. Ausser extra Gebucht zu haben.

L’hôtel est très bien situé et il y a un très bon rapport qualité prix. La décoration est vraiment magnifique, avec une immersion total dans le décor. La piscine est aussi superbe. Il y a aussi des pool party les week-ends se renseigne sur les horaires… Le personnel est au petit soin et très agréable, toujours prompt à répondre à nos besoins… Notamment la jeune fille qui parle un peu français et Carlos et le reste de l’équipe de la réception qui sont très accueillant. D’ailleurs une boisson de bienvenue est proposé.

Attention il y a une caution de plus de 100$ par nuit à payer pour pourvoir accéder à la chambre qui est remboursé en 5-10 jours ouvre si aucun dédommagement n’a été causé. La chambre est un peu petite mais très cocooning. La vue de la plage est un peu au loin. La plage se situe a quelques rues de l’hôtel environ 5min à pied. Par contre les prix du bar de la piscine sont extrêmement élevés…

One of the best locations! It felt very safe, was super close to the beach, and had pretty much everything we needed within walking distance. It was also really easy to grab an Uber to downtown or other areas of Miami.

It was clean

The staff were rude, the room was tiny, refused to let us take our own water to the pool in 40 degree heat, offered everyone except us complimentary drink on arrival, felt very unwelcome.

Everything about this hotel was PHENOMENAL! I travelled alone just to get away! The location was SUPERB! I was able to walk to get food and shop, very CLOSE to the beach! The staff were amazing! The rooftop pool was spectacular! There was also a VINTAGE FRAMES store attached! I will FOREVER stay at this property!.

The staff were generally friendly and welcoming — except for the people working around the pool, where the atmosphere was honestly a completely different story. The homophobia was so obvious and uncomfortable that it was impossible not to notice. And let’s not forget: you are dealing with paying guests from all over the world. Maybe remember that before making people feel unwelcome. But the biggest disaster was the pool situation. Apparently, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are basically “sorry, hotel guests, the pool is not really for you” days. The hotel reserves the pool area for a private event and leaves hotel guests with something like 7–8 sun loungers. Yes, you read that correctly. You pay to stay at the hotel, and then you practically have to fight for a place to lie down while a huge, supposedly exclusive event takes over a pool that is otherwise sitting there looking half empty. Honestly, I have never seen anything so ridiculous. Imagine paying good money to stay at a hotel and then being treated like you are an inconvenience in the hotel’s own pool area. If you are planning to visit Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, keep this in mind before spending your money. Was the hotel worth what I paid? Absolutely not. I left the hotel disappointed overall, but the pool situation was by far the biggest problem. A hotel should make its guests feel like guests — not like they are trespassing on someone else’s private event.

Rooms are quite small. Receptionist was quite unfriendly upon arrival. Housekeeping was only speaking spanish, therefore quite hard if you are not speaking spanish. The bicycles which are supposed to be "free" are only free for the first 2 hours... my registration on the app did not work out, therefore I could not rent the bike. If you want to have a beach towel you need to rent it for 35$

Sie haben uns direkt vor Ort verarscht weil wir über bokking gebucht haben und da steht das alle Gebühren bereits beglichen sind und dann wollten sie 2004 Dollar extra als Kaution. Diese Kaution wird sofort abgebucht und man bekommt sie nicht wieder. ABZOCKE. Der Pool schließt um 18:00 Uhr und davor sind lauter besoffene am Pool! Niemals dort hin

Very enjoyable relaxing four nights. Well appointed room with a decent view. Extremely comfortable bed. Clean and well decorated hotel and room. Reception staff pleasant and friendly and welcoming Prosecco a nice touch. Great location close to amenities and ocean drive and beautiful beach. Would definitely recommend and return.

Terrible experience and a true Miami con. They open the door for affordable rooms. I paid $150 for the night and then the next day when I was gone I got a $500 smoking fee. Neither I nor my partner smoke so I was taken back. When I called to have this removed they advised to dispute with my credit card company? No thank you how about you remove the con charge? I’ve reached via call and email. I’m waiting to hear back from a manager and I’ll do my best to keep these reviews coming so they don’t get bogged down by fake 5 stars I see them throwing up on here… you wanna con me $500 good time!? I’ll be back in 2 weeks and will happily set up shop in front and let all patrons know what a scam this place is.

Good location close to the beach with an excellent pool area that has pool parties on Fridays and Saturdays.

The rooms are very small and the walls are thin so you can hear the next door rooms very easily.

My partner and I had a lovely afternoon at the pool during our stay. It was a great atmosphere, plenty of fellow Brits enjoying themselves, good music, and overall a really fun pool party. Quite wonderful. The only thing that rather spoiled the experience came right at the end. A few of the girls working there were walking around tidying everything up, which is perfectly fair enough as everyone was beginning to leave. However, there was one chap simply standing there while another member of staff repeatedly shouted at us to clear up any rubbish after because she wanted to go home. Unfortunately, she repeatedly shouted at us despite us not leaving a mess. It made for a rather awkward end to what had otherwise had been a brilliant afternoon. Seemed quite unnecessary and could have been handled more professionally, particularly by the gentleman who appeared to be supervising but wasn’t stepping in to help. A quiet word and a bit of leadership would have gone a long way.

I loved the location , it’s so close to the beach and there is a lot of restaurants and stores close by . Pool is nice and clean. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly and positive .

The rooms were so tiny, two person could not fit even for like a couple days. I don’t even think the queen size bed was a queen size, think it was double. A lot of the hotel stuff doesn’t speak good english , knowing some Spanish or using translate might help . Valet was so unprofessional and we had a lot of problems. The front desk manager was helpful.

The food was great! We came in mid afternoon after walking the beach all morning. It was nice to get out of the sun and eat some good food in a great atmosphere. Emmanuel was awesome and treated us well!

Hotel was in a good location for what we needed but the add ons became annoying, resort fee charge, parking charge, late check out charge,, gratuities added to bills ( which seems to be the norm in this area).Staff were pleasant and helpful ( most ). Rooms were clean, but very small, smaller than cruise ship cabins. Housekeeping was also an extra charge if you wanted it. Pool area was nice and large but got swamped at weekends eh Ed n it was opened up for pool parties and cabanas could be rented for around $1000 plus a minimum bar tab, that seemed to be the goal and lots of drunks around also coming into the restaurant, men with no tops on and women with G String bikinis. I’m all for it just not in a restaurant where food is being served.

Ocean Drive’a 2 sokak var. Konumu bu açıdan turistik anlamda güzel. Çok güzel dizayn edilmiş tasarım bir otel. Gayet temizdi. Havuz’u adeta miami esintisini yaşatıyordu. Çalışanların tutumu gayet iyidi.

Çöp kovası yoktu. Mini buzdolabı çok ses yapıyordu. Odası küçüktü. Belki bunları dile getirsek yardımcı olurlardı. Bizde söylemedik açıkçası.

I liked the location, cleanliness and the staff especially lovely young lady Oya from Ukraine at the front desk.

The room I booked was a bit smaller than I expected but it was ok for me.

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH TRIPADVISOR. I booked a King Room Guest Room, 1 King through TripAdvisor. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was advised that TripAdvisor had instead put me in the smallest available room, a queen standard room. After arguing for an hour with a TripAdvisor customer service representative, I was let know I would be receiving a refund for my trip. I am still pending the refund. The hotel, on the other hand, was very nice. I was given a complimentary upgrade; while the upgrade was not equivalent or better to the room I had originally booked, it was better than staying in the standard queen room. The aesthetic and appeal of the hotel was gorgeous and we even got a free day bed at Strawberry Moon Pool during the weekend. Only negative was a strange smell coming from the drainage hole in the bathroom, but we covered it up with a towel. All in all, I will definitely be booking at this hotel in the future as my go-to Miami Beach staycation, just never through TripAdvisor!

I was incorrectly charged a $500 smoking fee plus $35 tax despite being a non-smoker. The hotel later confirmed the charge would be refunded, and the folio shows a $535 refund processed on June 9. However, I still have not received the funds. I was also promised an additional $135 refund, which does not appear on the folio and has not been returned. It has been more than 7 business days, my bank cannot locate the refund, and my attempts to resolve the issue with management have been unsuccessful.

We are having a fantastic stay at The Goodtime Hotel in Miami. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and every area was well maintained. What really made our experience special was the amazing staff, who were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend The Goodtime Hotel to anyone visiting Miami.

This is my second time staying at The Goodtime Hotel, and it continues to exceed expectations. The rooms are clean, and the vibrant atmosphere is unmatched. A special thanks to Emmanuel at the restaurant; he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and provided the highest level of professional service. I will definitely be back again!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at The Goodtime Hotel. After my stay, I was charged a $535 smoking fee despite never smoking, vaping, or allowing anyone to smoke or vape in my room. When I contacted the hotel to dispute the charge, I repeatedly requested evidence supporting their accusation. Specifically, I asked for photographs, an incident report, witness statements, room inspection documentation, or any other proof showing that smoking had occurred in the room. The hotel was unable to provide any of this evidence. Instead, I was told the charge was based solely on a smoke detection system. In a response to my complaint, the hotel even claimed the system detected “vape smoke,” which is particularly concerning because I do not vape and never have. What has been most frustrating is the complete lack of transparency and communication throughout this process. I sent multiple emails and made several phone calls requesting documentation and an explanation of how the determination was made. My requests were largely ignored, and I was never provided with the information needed to verify or challenge the charge in a meaningful way. A $535 penalty is a significant amount of money, and I believe guests deserve more than an automated detection reading before such a serious charge is imposed. At a minimum, there should be corroborating evidence, proper documentation, and a willingness to engage with guests who dispute the charge. Regardless of the outcome of my dispute, the hotel’s handling of the situation has left me with serious concerns about its customer service practices, dispute resolution process, and commitment to fairness. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here.

+ Pool war super schön und perfekt zum Liegen und auch ins Wasser zu gehen! Es gibt Betten, Schirme, Handtücher und eine Pool Bar mit Essen und Getränken + kostenlos Wasser beim Pool + Fitness Studio ist sehr sehr gut ! + es gibt kostenlose Fahrräder die man leihen kann! + vom South Beach ocean Drive ca 300 Meter entfernt aber wichtig - kein Strand Zugang inkludiert also keine Liegen am Strand !

- Musik etwas zu laut am Pool! Man wird wirklich wie in einem Klub beschallt - Personal (bis auf ein paar wenige Personen) wirklich nicht gut - weder hilfsbereit noch freundlich ! Alleine schon Kleinigkeiten (wie kann ich bitte einen Löffel haben oder Feuerzeug wurden abgelehnt und man wurde auf Shops verwiesen) und einige Mitarbeitenden begegnen den Gästen auch mit einer unmöglichen Arroganz! Gastfreundlich würde ich es nicht bezeichnen! - Management ist aber sehr zuvor kommend! - Lage ist zwar sehr gut (aber dennoch etwas weiter weg von dem wirklich schönen Abschnitt vom South Beach wie zB dem Hotel Loews) aber zu Fuß machbar oder mit dem Rad sehr schnell dann dort !

Rooms are cramped with little consideration given to guests at the weekend with priority going to people at the pool party. When awoken by a via alarm we were ushered through a back office with all the fire exists being sealed. Poor service- even worse communication.

Limited access ( we didn’t have access to the beds at the pool or cabanas) they asked for an extra charge and reservation even though it was all day empty. The booking says, we have access to a beach lounge, after asking there is no beach lounge.

Came here for my 35th with my girlfriend, best friend, and his wife. Our server Alika was awesome—she told us right away today was gonna be such a vibe, it was gonna be a fun party, & to have the best experience we should put our total order in to hit the minimum right away. This proved to be the best thing we could have done. Later on, we literally saw some guy yelling at her saying she was doing a "terrible job," which was total BS because she was crushing it. When we offered to speak with someone or leave a review to help, she asked us not to leave a review because her manager directed her she’s not allowed to get any reviews and she did not want to go against his orders. We talked about it later and decided it was the right thing to do because Alika made our day so special and she didn’t deserve to be talked to like that. She provided incredible service. We will definitely be back and we will be requesting her as our server again.

Did not honor our stay even I had it reserved with booking We didn’t had a room and they send us to another hotel stating they will pay no fee and later they charge my credit 110 dollar more.

I stayed at The Goodtime Hotel from 16/04/2026 to 20/04/2026, Room 418, Booking No. 846635431. At check-in I was charged a USD 545 security deposit on my debit card .At check-out I paid all charges in full, Invoice No. 77870720 for USD 382.40, and no damages were reported. After 5 weeks, the USD 545 deposit has still not been released or refunded. I sent multiple emails to the hotel and to Marriott Customer Care but they bounced back. No one answers the phone. This is unacceptable. I have all documentation: booking confirmation, paid invoice, bank statement showing the charge. Please contact me immediately at rossisilviam@gmail.com to resolve this and process the refund to the original card. Otherwise I will proceed with a chargeback dispute and report this to the relevant authorities.

I am here celebrating my retirement from the air force and after a grueling yet rewarding career as an explosive ordinance disposal technician wanted to just get back and relax with my friends.We had talk with the group about different places to come celebrate, we could not be happier.We chose the sharing moon pool at the good time.Hotel, the service absolutely has been phenomenal.We would like to specifically give our gratitude towards alika, aileen, rich, Julian we are definitely gonna have another celebration here
