High end facilities, friendly professional staff and a lovely breakfast buffet every day.

Only one restaurant in the locale (that we found).

Very impressive hotel with large comfortable rooms. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Everyone are very nice. Great pool and very good location. Thank you for the service 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

The mosquitoes, they need to make sure the area don't have mosquitoes

Sehr kompetentes Personal.

Bellissima struttura, pulita e super accogliente.

The location was excellent. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, particularly Tania who provided good recommendations both for breakfast and sightseeing.

The pool was tiny and the hotel had to regulate visitors by prebooking and making a charge of 25 euros for up to an hour. This meant that we couldn’t just go for a 10 minute dip to cool down and this was not clear from their website.

I loved the location, it was clean.

I wouldn’t say that it has great value for the money. Not really the standard 5 star hotel, the room was rather small and the restaurant could’ve been way better

The room was spacious, with a large bathroom and a walk in closet. The location was ideal: close to the centro storico but still quiet. The gym is well equipped and the pool very relaxing. The staff was helpful and warm and we appreciated all the small gestures that made our stay particularly pleasant.

Be careful to book a room that allows the access to the swimming pool otherwise it will have to be an extra.

Service impeccable

Personnel, impeccable.

Kamer was top. Zeer vriendelijk personeel

Weinig faciliteiten

Impérial Chambre impériale très propres Bel accueil personnalisé

Great location, hotel structure and kind staff! Highly recommend for a stay in Genoa!

Excellent hotel in a great location. The room was clean, comfortable and had both a shower and a bathtub. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Gentilezza del personale

Localisation- confort - calme - belle chambre -

Excellent place to stay

The doors in between our 2 bedrooms did not have a way to keep them permanently open.

Solamente le camere ed il bar

I servizi veramente scadenti

Everything was fine

Magnificent hotel in a classy location with smiley and welcoming members of staff happy to help. I would return without hesitation!

Very friendly, helpful multilingual staff, spacious room with good aircon and lovely decor. Great shower

Very very minor point but the window in our room wasn't very clean. To be fair we didn't complain about it whilst we were there. If we had I'm sure it would have been sorted out quickly.

J'ai tous aimé. Exceptionnel !!!!

no había room service bueno

Posizione cortesia pulizia

Centrale, staff disponibile

Great location and very nice staff.

Nothing

We loved this hotel. Everything was perfect: the warm, friendly efficient staff, the spacious beautiful corner room with a tiny glimpse of the ocean, the pool in the relaxing spa. The beds were comfortable, the linens perfect, there was no noise (we were on the 5th floor. Most of all, the manager and staff were so accommodating. We booked for 2 days but wanted to stay a 3rd. It was a weekend, but the staff found us a room and moved our baggage seamlessly.

The best part was the staff, especially the valets.

The room and the service

Sehr schönes Hotel in Genua.

Elegant building, outside seating classy. Clean and tidy.

Spa; The spa was a little tired and could do with some attention. E.g shower did not get hot, locks on toilet doors not available or working. Room; Bed sheets are noisy if moving about in bed.

Clean and big room

Breakfast is very limited and not amazing

Location, location, location!

There was nothing to dislike.

La ubicación y el edificio restaurado

Nada

Sehr schon gelegenes Hotel. Immer wieder gerne.

Luxurious hotel, it has private swimming and sauna

All is well

Beautiful room. Location close to everything. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Acqua in camera in omaggio.
