The pool and breakfast was offsite - at the next door hotel. The bathroom was an open air concept with stall doors. A little tricky to not disturb other sleepers if using the bathroom in the night since the lights are common to the entire room.

The bed was rock hard. I had to ask for additional mattress toppers to make it bareable. Tour desk staff only informed me of tours they wanted to sell, very hard to get other city information from them. I discovered Estrella restaurant by myself. Someone should have pointed this out. It’s the best kept secret in the city - great views promote it

Номер хороший, есть удобная кровать, два прикроватных тумбочек с розеткой, рабочий стол, холодильник, чайные пакеты, две бутылки воды почти литровых, очень вкусный завтрак, разная кухня, можно попросить пожарить яйца в любом виде, разновидности колбасных изделии, выпечки очень интересные. Сама местная кухня у них довольно вкусная, завтрак проходил в соседнем здании в столовой другого отеля, но и там персонал приятный, улыбчивый. Все понравилось, старый город в доступной местности, пешком 20 минут, рядом с отелем есть круглосуточные магазины и небольшие уличные кафешки где также вкусно готовят. Персонал в отеле каждый день убирается в комнате и меняет постель. Советую остановиться в данном отеле.
Из минусов, дверь в туалет и ванную закрываются но остается открытое место сверху двери где все слышно и немного смущает раковина которая стоит посредине комнаты.

If hotel gym is something you appreciate, you can use the gym at the adjacent Novotel hotel. (Gym is open 24 hours)

La ubicación no me gustó nada. No hay restaurantes o zonas con ambiente alrededor del hotel y además por la mañana hay un mercado que impide que entren los grab hasta la puerta así que tienes que andar a la calle principal. en una isla como phuket, estar alejado de todo y no tener piscna u otro sitio de zonas comunes es bastante inconveniente.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Le personnel au top, le petit déjeuné super et halal, la climatisation est très efficace et réglable, gel douche , shampooing brosse à dents et autres sont fourni. Bien placé avec les commodités, et se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture du port pour les personnes qui souhaitent se diriger vers les îles comme Kho Phi phi.
Les sanitaires ainsi que l’ensemble de la chambre était propre. La seule chose qui essaie à désirer était la propreté du sol. Je pense que l’aspirateur a été passé mais pas la serpillière. Sinon l’ensemble de la chambre est très propre.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Our first stop was phuket town and we stayed at IBIS Styles Phuket City, lovin this cute, creative hotel… when we arrived, the frontdesk Gift, Ae, Baiifern, Ms Ressie (from the phillipines) were all smiliin & they welcomed us with a womderful friendly assistance… the room is kinda small BUT it doesnt matter still its tolerable.. the brekky was amazin as well as the facilities from gym to pool coz you gonna use and have the access with their facilities by goin to novotel hotel just a few steps away coz its only beside Ibis.. brekky was superb and delicious and i wanna give a special THANK YOU to, Ms Thananrada, Ms Rose and other trainee for surprisin and singin me a HAPPY BIRTHDAY SONG and they gave me a cake with a candle coz it was exactly my birthday… special thank you to Mr Khert as well…definitely I will recommend IBIS Styles phuket to my family and friends if one of your itinerary is goin to the old town.. again thank you to all the staffs..
