Anemon Grand Konya Otel

**Serious Breakfast Hygiene Concerns and No Management Response** I stayed at Anemon Konya during a business trip. As no room-only option was offered, my booking included breakfast. On the first morning, I saw several flies crawling over the cut melon and watermelon at the buffet. I immediately informed the restaurant staff and reception. That evening, I was told that the restaurant area had been treated for pests. However, when I returned to breakfast the following morning, I saw flies crawling directly on the sliced cheese. I have attached a photo documenting what I observed. I stopped using the breakfast service and requested a refund of the prepaid breakfast charge to my company. Despite asking repeatedly throughout my stay, I received neither a clear response nor a refund. No manager contacted me to discuss the incident or my complaint. This is not about food variety or personal taste. It is about basic food hygiene and management accountability. This was an unacceptable experience for a hotel presenting itself as a five-star establishment.

Rummet va kalt och airkondition inte funkade. Duschen va trasig och varmt vatten blanda inte med kalt så antingen är het varmt eller iskallt. Smutsig frukost och väldigt få att välja. Personal i restaurangen va respektlös...

We had an excellent Stay at this hôtel , good and service was excellent. We really appreciated the welcome and help from Oktay at the hôtel welcome And with our bags and answering our questions when we arrived ,as we did not speak Turkish and needed help to go to a market. He was very professional attentive and spoke English very well. Excellent service!

Otel genel anlamda harika ama iki konuda kusurlu; 1) Ses izolasyonu yetersiz dışardan sürekli araba sesleri geldi (cam kapalı olmasına rağmen) 2) Katlara kart okutmadan asansörle çıkılabiliyor bu da güvenlik açığı oluşturuyor

üst kademe geçinen müdür bozuntusu hariç bütün arkadaşlar yardımcı olmaya çalıştı her konuda.o müdür olduğu sürece türkiyede hiçbir anemon da kalmam.

Rent og fin rom og hotellet ligger sentralt. Nede er det restaurant og bar som er åpent til 01:00 på natten. Det er også sauna treningsrom og masasje nede under etg. Har ikke prøvd det de har egen avdeling får dette. Du betaler selvsagt får masasje og annet er gratis

Yol üzerinde olduğu için odalar çok gürültülü.

Banyo kirliydi ama bu kötü notu vermemdeki en büyük sebep bir küçük kova buz 250 tl olamaz 20 yıldır kalmadığım otel kalmadı ama bir küçük kova buza para istenmedi çok yakışmayan bir durum.

This proved to be a perfect choice for a one-night stop on the way west. We were nervous because some of the reviews had been so negative, but this wasn't our experience at all. Nice big clean room on a high floor, and a good takeaway for etliekmek just a few minutes' walk away. Excellent parking, and easy access in and out of town.

Antalya tatilimize giderken konaklamak icin kaldik iyi ki de anemon konya yi secmisiz. Temizlik olsun personel ilgisi olsun kahvalti olsun hersey harikaydi. Bir daha tek tercihimiz Anemon Konya olacak. Cok tesekkurler:)

Otelin banyosu çok eski idi. Üst kattan banyoya su sızıntısı vardı. Odaya girer girmez hissedilen bir lağım kokusunun sebebinin bu sızıntı olduğunu düşünüyorum. Sızan su banyonun spot ışığını bozmuş. Banyo resmen karanlıktı. Duş arızalı idi. Restoranın yemekleri vasat fiyatı pahalı idi. Net olarak diyebilirimki ödediğimin karşılığını hiç alamadım

Würde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen, es fehlt an Lebendigkeit, alles ist so kalt. Das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe, nicht frisch ,abgestanden , Auswahl zu wenig . In der Dusche gibt es nicht mal eine bewegbare Handbrause , die man in die Hand nehmen kann. Die Mitarbeiter lächeln nicht . Definitiv : nicht mehr zu bevorzugen

Aile olarak bir gecelik konaklamamızda otelin konumu iyi girişi ferah, çok güzel karşılandık. Odanın genişliği gayet iyiydi. Fiyata göre bakıldığında Odanın temizliği iç donanımı (havlu terlik sayısı, banyo vs) daha iyi olabilirdi. Eskimeye bağlı banyoda bir takım problemler vardı.

Belki kötü bir tesadüftü ama Konya'nın en sıcak olduğu gece odadaki klima arıza verdi. Transfer olduğumuz diğer oda sigara içilebilir oda olduğu için oldukça rahatsız ediciydi. 2. gün konaklamamızda yeni bir odaya taşındık ama onda da klozetin suyu çalışmıyordu. Tüm bu olumsuzluklara rağmen Müdür yardımcısı hanımefendi ve resepsiyon görevlisi arkadaşlar oldukça iyi niyetli ve güler yüzlü idiler.

Konya samsun türkiyenin neresindeyse hemen hemen hepsinde kaldım kahvaltıları heryerde vasat ve eşyaları eski 90 lı yıllardan kalmış gibi değiştirin be kardeşim

İşim dolayısıyla sıklıkla bu tür otellerde konaklarım ancak nadiren yorum yaparım. Bu kez sorumluluk hissetip objektif şekilde yaşadıklarımı yazıyorum. Maalesef beklentimin çok altındaydı. Odaya girer girmez yüzünüze çarpan (ve banyodan gelen) kesif kötü koku, yer yer kararmış ve kenarları atmış duvar kağıdı, bakımsızlığı ve kararmış mazgalları çok bariz olduğundan çalıştırmaktansa üşümeyi tercih edeceğiniz klimanın üzerine akşam saatlerinde cafeye gelen ve otelde konaklamayan misafirlerin ayrı bir giriş olmadığından sürekli lobiden giriş çıkış yapmaları ve buradaki wc yi kullanmaları yoğunluğa neden oluyor. Tek olumlu şey personelin gayretiydi. Özetle kesinlikle tekrar tercih etmeyeceğim bir otel.

Yatakları odun gibi uyumak çok zor

Sıkıntı check-in işleminden başladı, 1 odanın işlemi 10 dk sürdü. Odalara çıktığımızda temizliğin yetersiz olduğunu gördük. Lavabolar ve musluklar düzgün çalışmıyordu. Akşam duş almak istedik sıcak su yoktu, oda servisini aradık, ne çare buldular ne de zahmet edip geri döndüler. Sabah ta aynı sorun sürüyordu. Kahvaltı-Sahur menüleri gayet zayıftı ve menemen vs soğuktu.

Otel kötü değildi ama oda çok soğuktu. İki tane ufak çocuklar otelde kaldık, gerçekten çok üşüdük. Otel odası ısıtması klima idi ve yetersizdi, ayrıca Konya gibi karasal bir iklim olan bir yerde olan otel odası zemininde halı yoktu, fayans ve parke idi. Ayrıca, Sabah kahvaltısında bütün ekmekler bayattı.

Oda konforu genişliği güzeldi. Yola yakın olmasına rağmen ses yoktu. Odalar arasında ses duymadım. Tek kusur odam asansörün çok yakındı.

Memnun kalmadık.

Loved my spacious, modern bedroom and the hotel has lovely decor. The food was very good too but the highlight for me was the massage in the spa. I had the Altin (gold) massage with rose essential oil and it was the best massage I have ever had. If you stay in this hotel, I highly recommend a visit to the spa, lots of different experiences on offer, absolutely excellent! 10/10

A nice hotel and the double bed rooms were spacious and comfortable. However, the restaurant breakfast menu leaves a lot to be desired. The breads were cold and the juices where very watery. There was ample room outside in nature but all the 10 tables were reserved

Hi I stay in Hotel 2 night 1- breakfast and dinner is medium 2- room is big but very lamps don`t work and room is dark 3- Some rooms have bathtub but have problem and do not use from it 4- Don`t clean room in 2 night 5- Service is poor 6- Few far from central city and you must use from taxi and is very expensive 7- There are not any market in near hotel until 2 kilometers

Otelin yeri iyi Oda berbat kirli, tv çalışmıyor. Gece 2 saat boyunca resepsiyonistle yan odamdaki turist kavga etti.

We stayed for one night and it was a really bad experience Rooms were dirty and the food served for dinner was horrible I wouldn’t give it to a stray dog ,imagine eating it!!!! Awful service in general

The room is big , spacious with big writing table and a sofa . Lighting is also good . Basic bathroom amenities are provided . However in my room I had to face a mixer problem in shower area . The water was coming very hot and you try to control the mix it was turning to cold . I stayed 2 nights but same problem persisted. Also the English knowledge of room service and reception is limited. I ordered for a pastry in room service but he could not understand. Same was the situation with reception. Breakfast is ordinary .

Not 5* standard but comfortable. The spa, sauna and steam room, were not hot and a huge disappointment. Breakfast could have been a lot better. Room clean but some poorly finished elements.

I stayed 2 nights, in a clean big room. Spacious bathroom, huge double bed, and it was quiet. Is was asked for a smoking or non-smoking room. I choose non-smoking room, but it was clearly that the room smelled plenty of smoke. Had to sleep with open window. Breakfast was not the best experience. Had dinner at the hotel, it was good. Overall it was ok, but don’t understand the 5star on booking.com.

Kapı dışına “rahatsız etmeyin” asmama rağmen, sabahın 08:30’unda birisi zangır zungur odaya girdi ve çıktı, 80-100 liralık oteller yerine rahatça uyuyalım diye bunlarda kalıyoruz ama bir işe yaramadı, sabahın köründe uyandırdılar düşüncesizce. Modern hotel out of keeping with older and more beautiful architecture in Konya. A little out of place in suburbia and NOT within walking distance of downturn. Clean rooms with modern comforts. Good shower. Good breakfast. Decent WiFi. Staff good.

Navigasyon otel adresini baska yerdeki Belen sokaga yönlendiriyor, Dedeman oteli olarak otelinizi buldum. Bu yorumumu iyiniyetli olarak yaziyorum ve degerlendirmesi sizdedir.

Included as part of our Gate 1 tour. Liked it: modern, clean, vinyl floors comfortable bed. Could use more light in bathroom. Dinner buffet. Notable beef and peppers, chicken soup and eggplant. Breakfast buffet limited. OK

The Anemon Konya is a fabulous hotel, boasting large, luxurious rooms and comes highly recommended. Tip: There’s also a small market store located across the walkway should require anything, eg beer, wine etc

Only spent one night, but if I could give this hotel 6 stars, it deserves it! The room, amenities, facilities, etc., were outstanding. The location, somewhat remotely located from anything a tourist may do upon arrival, is somewhat iffy. The dinner buffet provided was fabulous and delicious, as was the breakfast buffet. Premium bath amenities, safe, WiFi, hot pot for coffee/tea, and excellent quality towels appreciated. The only thing lacking was a face/wash cloth, but I learned long time ago.....bring your own!

Nice large room, clean and comfortable, good price - but I was travelling with friends, and there was NO privacy. You come out of the shower... and everyone in the room could see you! So don't choose this hotel unless you are okay with that. I like my friends, but, I didn't really want to see them naked. Other than that, the breakfast was okay, and the location was kinda limiting.
