Le camere sono dotate di soli letti matrimoniali alla francese (quindi più piccoli degli standard) e per massimo 2 per camera. Avendo prenotato per 4 adulti e un ragazzino abbiamo dormito scomodi.

Advertised parking on site but only limited spots. Had to walk to parking garage.

The staff was very nice, rooms have a great size and are comfortable. The rooftop has an amazing view to the Financial District and Brooklyn. The hotel area itself is not very close to shps and restaurants, but you can find everything a 10 minute walk from there.

Breakfast was very simple and didn't have many options. The pillows were not very good. The closest well connected subway station is around 10 minutes walk (Atlantic terminal) which can be incoveniente late at night or in the rain.

Deeply disappointing stay. I was here with my two sons on their first trip to Brooklyn. Despite a nice facility, staff failed at their jobs. For the price, I expected a clean room, clean towels, and working equipment — I got none. Room was never cleaned, which was unsanitary with kids ages 6 & 8. No clean towels until I complained twice. Leaking iron was never replaced. No one even asked how our stay was at checkout. Would not recommend.

From my very first contact with Anne all the way through to checkout, the customer service and hospitality at the Brooklyn Marriott were absolute perfection. ​The room exceeded all my expectations! Every single request I made was accommodated flawlessly. The room itself was lovely—featuring a comfortable king bed, a beautiful view, and a private patio that made the stay extra special. It was so comfortable and relaxing that I honestly didn't want to leave. ​I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to return!

We asked to have another room because we were put in a room that was like being in the basement.they said they were all booked.the food was cold and terrible.and the lobby was hot felt like they didn’t have the air running.thinking about using another hotel the next time we’re in New York . Overall the quality of the hotel has gone down a lot!!

They accepted a resrvatuon for 5 people but when we got to the hotel there was only 2 queen beds available. No sofa bed or cot. Now they wibt even refubd my money. Even though they didnt offer accommodations we coukd even use

Everything. Lied about having accommodation for 5 people. Receptionist was rude and unconcerned about being unable to provide even a cot. And now they won't refund my money even though I had to find and pay for another hotel for the 2 days.

We traveled 6+ hours by car and train and 8 blocks with heavy bags. When we walked in, no one said hello or asked how we are doing. Right before we walked in we checked the reservation on the phone and everything was there. The lady told us that they canceled our stay because it was a "no show" even though we got there the day we said we would, then continues to blame it on us. They had no idea what they were doing and seemed like they had no clue about what they were doing. Finally after 10 minutes of waiting and trying to figure out what happened they fixed their system and gave us room keys. No explanation on what happened and not even an apology. Would've gave only 1 star but the bed was comfortable.

Great hotel for the price. The breakfasts were solid, and the location was really convenient — just a 10-minute walk from several New York subway lines. If you’re in New York for a couple of days, I’d definitely recommend it. It’s a good value and makes it easy to get pretty much anywhere in Manhattan in about 35 minutes.

My husband and I stayed at the Immaculate FF Inn the 5 days of the NBA and FIFA games. Ever guest and staff was in a good mood. Diego at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. Shower water was hot and shower was roomy. This is a functional hotel, modern and practical. Breakfast had several acceptable choices, both hot and cold and staff kept it clean and filled. They worked to honor people’s requests. Bed was comfortable and linens were nice. There is a rooftop outdoor deck with a nice view. After we came home, I thought I had left something in our upper floor room. Jessica at the front desk when I called to check was terrific! She checked Both the room and the Lost & Found in the most kind way and I am grateful to her. Ellen S.

I got bit by something in my sleep

The staff was very pleasant, courteous and polite. The building itself was well maintained, the grounds were clean and it presented extremely well. Although I didn’t partake of the breakfast, the selection was excellent and there were many guests participating.

The tub, shower diverter button was completely detached and fell apart until I got used to it. The tub drained extremely poorly and with every shower, I exited with dirty water up to my ankles and shins. The P-TAC air conditioner has a sour smell.

Everything...the people who worked there were absolutely wonderful!

Tout était très bien le personnel, la propreté et l’emplacement. Mention spéciale pour l’équipe du petit dej, hyper sympa ! Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

We stayed here for 7 nights in April/May 2026. Firstly I would like to say how good all the staff were, everyone we met there was friendly and professional. However our stay was ruined by a problem with our bill. When I booked our stay we received an email saying how much our stay would be and that we should pay when we arrived the hotel. It stated that our stay would cost $786 for 7 nights. When we arrived they asked us to pay the bill and they took $1150 from our card. I questioned this immediately and they said it was just the "incidentals" (which we had never heard of) but they couldn't say how much the incidentals were. They said if we didn't spend anything in the hotel the incidentals would drop off the bill. I asked for a print out of our bill and they said they were unable to do this. I continued to query the bill everyday while we were there and no one could explain how our bill was being worked out. When we checked out we again asked for a print out of the bill and although they did email me a bill it had zero information on exactly how much we needed to pay or any type of breakdown of our bill. During our stay the hotel had a change of computer system but this had nothing to do with our issues (even though that's what they're trying to say now). Once home I tried to look everywhere to raise this and had terrible trouble finding where to do this on Marriott's website. Once I had managed to raise it they said they would look into and eventually said yes, they agree we were overcharged by $106. Although this was positive we still think that isn't enough. I calculated it as $140. It's such a shame as this has spoiled what was otherwise a positive experience. The room was decent, the breakfast was really good, the staff really nice, the price (the one we were quoted at booking) was good but just something simple like "the bill" can ruin it all. Only other issue was the aircon unit in the rooms is really noisy and you can't seem to turn it off.

כך ששהינו 13 לילות ארוחת הבוקר לא הייתה מגוונת בתחילה ביקשנו להחליך לנו חדר ליותר גדול אפילו בתוספת תשלום אך לא נעננו אני ורעייתי בשנות ה-70 בחדר היה כסא משרדי אחד ביקשנו שיכניסו לחדר כסא או כורסה קטנה. חוזרים לאחר יום של טיולים רוצים לשבת לנוח או לאכול משהו קטן אין איפה. לקח 3 ימים של בקשות עד שקיבלנו כורסה (היתה מאוד לא נוחה) המיטה היתה לא נוחה בלשון המעטה מיזרון רך וכנראה גם בשימוש שנים רבות ברצוני לציין שבשנה שעברה שהיינו באותו מלון 14 לילות והיה שרות והקשבה הייתה טובה יותר לכן חזרנו

Breakfasts were as expected. Eating area was clean. Easy to find a place to sit down and eat. The roof top area is nice and has a good view.

There was noise issue that disturbed our sleep. There were garbage trucks and/or delivery trucks loading/unloading at a warehouse nearby. This happened usually at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night. We stayed on the tenth floor and still could hear this noise.

Diego at the front desk went out of his way to take care of us by giving us the rooms we requested and managing a reservation error with professionalism and courtesy. He cared and made sure we were satisfied. Thank you, Diego!

Good location for what we needed to do in Brooklyn. Welcoming and helpful staff, clean room and it has parking (though limited, and my comments for this is also in why I didn’t like).

Parking spaces in front of the hotel was rented out and couldn’t be used by hotel guests, limiting parking spaces for the guests.

Great place. Pay for parking 2 blocks away but if you plan on taking the subway it all works out. Roof top patio is nice. Breakfast fine for most but no proteins for Vegans. Staff very friendly. Clean rooms and close to Union street subway stop so easy to get in and out of Manhattan.

The hotel was in a convenient location with easy access to public transportation. Hotel staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Very clean and rooms cleaned daily.

just that in the room I was in had no remote for the TV, and the heat kept turning off alao the coffe machine was not working. I went.to stay at your Hotel because we had a power outage in my neighborhood.

A comfortable hotel with a decent location

I originally reserved one night and decided to stay another night. The hotel required that I pay an additional $250 deposit in addition to the $250 that I played the previous day. When I pointed out that I had already given a deposit and hadn’t received it back I was told that those are their “procedures”. Very annoying

Food was good and nice variety. Front desk staff was very pleasant and informative d native. Liked on lot parking.

The morning breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the location was great for my stay. And, the staff was wonderful.

The parking was pricey and the shower was not fully operational.

The room was quite comfortable.however, the heating system failed. I was changed room after four intents to find a room with the heating system working. Breakfast was more than I needed. The service was quite efficient.

The heating system failed. I had to sleep wearing my winter coat. The recepcionist and the guard were the only human beings at the hotel and did not know how to fix it. The following day, I was moved to another room. However, the receptionist and I had to visit four rooms before we were able to find a room with the heating system working. Cleaning was fine but they failed to do the bed and cleaning (change towels) the following day I arrived at the hotel. I spoke to the cleaning lady and thereafter, cleaning was perfect.

Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour à Fairfield Inn & Suites New York Brooklyn. Le personnel a été vraiment adorable et arrangeant. L'hôtel est situé à 10min à pieds de plusieurs stations de métro, il est donc bien situé. Le petit dej est super, la literie est très confortable, nous n'avons rien à redire !

Initialement la chambre qui nous a été attribuée se situait au rez de chaussé et donnait sur le parking, où se trouvait des travaux... C'est pourquoi nous avons demandé s'il était possible de changer, ce que le personnel a accepté tout de suite ! Et nous nous sommes retrouvées dans une chambre avec une vue beaucoup plus sympa.
