As others have said, the hotel is tired and due a refurb. However it is comfortable and good value. Strange to have breakfast included in the price but to still be expected to tip on what the value of the breakfast would have been if paying. I feel for the staff, they are very helpful and if the hotel is giving included breakfast the tips should be covered so the staff don’t loose out.

La limpieza de la habitación era pésima. El suelo del baño estaba pegajoso. El frigorífico se caía. No limpiaban nada salvo el baño. El aire acondicionado no se podía regular y sonaba excesivamente. Las ventanas no estaban insonorizadas y el ruido era enorme.

The location was excellent—no doubt about that. To be fair, Nana at the front desk was friendly and kind, and the maintenance staff member who helped after my door lock battery died—leaving me stuck in the hallway for about ten minutes—was also very helpful. But the cleanliness was simply unacceptable. Whoever cleaned my room did a terrible job, and it ruined the stay. I will not stay at this hotel again on future trips, and I will absolutely share this experience with anyone who asks me for New York hotel recommendations.

Unfortunately, the room and facilities felt old, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell from the moment I checked in. It honestly felt like living under someone’s armpit after they had spent all day working at a construction site. After the first night, I went out for work and came back to find the room smelling even worse—like a gas chamber. It seemed the floor had been mopped with a foul-smelling rag. I kept the door open for as long as possible to air the room out, but the smell would not go away. I was exhausted from jet lag and told myself I would eventually get used to it, so I did not ask for the room to be cleaned again or changed. That was a mistake. I woke up several times during the night because of the smell and was incredibly relieved to check out the next morning.

Pozione fantastica in una via non troppo trafficata perché sede di molti negozi di fiori ma a meno di 10 min da Penn station e a 3 dalla metro 1. Colazione discreta: non c’è incluso il salato che eventualmente va pagato a parte e le marmellate sono solo confezionate ma il resto è più che sufficiente con frutta a pezzi, yogurt e vari dolcetti/pane. La stanza ovviamente non è certo grande ma le armadiature sono pensate abbastanza bene per avere degli appoggi. Prodotti da bagno buoni, crema corpo inclusa. Pulizia più che discreta e cambio asciugamani ottimo.

Come consiglio aggiungerei anche della frutta secca. I camerieri si attendono la mancia anche da chi ha la colazione inclusa e tutti i giorni diventa un po’ eccessivo.

equipe um tanto grosseira, não se esforça pra se comunicar com quem não fala bem inglês. fui expulso do restaurante na hora do café da manhã, pois por equívoco acreditava que tinha feito a reserva com café incluso,mas a equipe foi muito descortês comigo e meu filho. me senti constrangido.

La posizione dell'hotel è comoda, vicina a diverse attività, attrazioni e a mezzi di trasporto. La struttura non è eccezionale a livello estetico ma ha camere spaziose, considerata la media in città. Camera rifatta ogni giorno. Deposito bagagli gratuito. Visti i prezzi medi di NY, buono anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Nella formula colazione inclusa non sono considerate le mance, che vanno pagate a parte. A volte abbiamo dovuto attendere (10 minuti max) per fare colazione perché la sala era piena. La colazione inclusa nel prezzo è solo dolce con una scelta che risulta ripetitiva, per soggiorni lunghi più di 3/4 giorni. A pagamento è possibile richiedere altri piatti, omelette, pancake etc. L'albergo non ha spazi comuni ampi (hall dell'albergo, palestra, corridoi)

La recepción muy antipáticas, ni guns habla español. Estando en el hotel me hicieron un cargo en la tarjeta de crédito sin autorización. Me devolvieron el dinero a la segunda vez que me quejé, me dijo que habían sido un error. Pero ya de vuelta me han cobrado 60$ también sin autorización, según ellos propinas. Teníamos el desayuno incluido. Le dimos propina en efectivo a los camareros que nos atendieron y fueron amables. Pero que te hagan un cargo sin permiso es un robo, he contactado varías veces con el hotel y no me dan solución. Si me lo devuelven editaré la reseña.

Ubicación excelente, lo mejor. Atención muy amable. Desayuno básico y correcto.

Tiene sólo dos ascensores lentos que se comparten con los servicios de limpieza y a veces alguno no funciona. Incómodo para subir y bajar varios pisos. El aire acondicionado es antiguo y ruidoso. Debido a su mal funcionamiento y nos cambiaron de habitación luego de la primer noche. El personal amable y eficiente hizo lo que pudo en un hotel con algunos problemas de mantenimiento por antigüedad.

Ho trovato il vetro della camera scheggiato e l'ho prontamente segnalato alla reception, il condizionatore in stanza un pò troppo rumoroso.

O café da manhã não oferece nenhum tipo de proteína, sendo bem superficial. Todos os dias eram as mesmas opções, tornando-se repetitivo. Para mais opções, como ovos, tinha que pagar à parte, mesmo o café da manhã disponível sendo cobrado no momento da reserva. Para quem gosta de café da manhã reforçado, sugiro que não contratem o café da manhã do hotel. O ar condicionado fazia barulho, sendo ruim deixar ligado durante a noite, pois atrapalhava o sono.

Posizione perfetta per visitare Manhattan anche a piedi. La stazione Penn Station comoda per l'aeroporto, molto vicina. Ambiente molto pulito. Buona la colazione dolce, staff molto gentile.

Gli infissi non sono insonorizzanti, avendo la camera sulla strada il rumore esterno si sentiva molto. Colazione salata è solo a pagamento. La mancia non è compresa nel prezzo, ma a New-York funziona così ovunque.

Perfect location

Świetna lokalizacja do zwiwdzania Nowego Jorku. Tuż obok kilku linii mwtra 5 min pieszo. Obok głównej ulicy ze sklepami, restauracjami itp. Pokój odnowiony był jak jajbardziej ok.

Pokój mały, choć jak na NY to i tak niezły, ogólnie hotel dość stary choć remonrowany, strasznie kiepska stara klimaryzacja.

Nice size room, could be because it was a handicapped accessible room which we did not require. Very comfortable bed with bedside reading lights. Very friendly staff.

Tip - we had a room facing front and could hear lots of street noise. Best to request a different room. Very small lobby and the rest rooms are downstairs in the “cellar.”

המיקום מעולה! קרוב ממש להכל הרגיש לנו במרכז ממש, 5 דקות הליכה מהשדרה החמישית. קילומטר מהטיים סקוור. הגענו עם רכב והיינו צריכים להחזיר אותו באותו היום אז החנינו את הרכב בחניה מול המלון של הוולט. הגיע וולט והוריד לנו את הדברים והביא אותם לחדר. שלקחנו את המפתחות לחדר הם ראו את המפתח והביאו לנו כרטיס ביקור לאיפה אפשר להחנות לפי מה שאני זוכרת 2 רחובות מהמלון אז אני מניחה שזה הליכה. החדר אוכל מרגיש קטן לכמות חדרים ואי אפשר לשבת לבד אלא מושיבים אותך, הבופה יחסית קטן. עם אפשרות להזמין מתפריט מאוד אמריקאי. הצוות נחמד ממש - אבא שלי מוסר שהצוות מדהים. יש אפשרות שהוא יזמין לך מונית מהמלון לשדה היינו עם המון ציוד אז זה עזר ממש, אוטו של 7 מקומות עם באגז ל88 דולר.

I liked the staff,they were very nice and accommodating, I like the location how close it was to MSG. As for the hotel itself it was pretty standard, nothing crazy.

When we arrived, the diver had stains on it, on a later day, I noticed the shower on the top by the roof area seemed to have what looked like mold. Then on our last day the elevators completely stopped working, both of them. So we had to carry alll our luggage down 8 flights of stairs.

Idealna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko . Sprzątanie ok, dobra klimatyzacja choć głośna i wieje na łóżka. Śniadania skromne ale zawsze coś można wybrać. Personel miły i pomocny.

Top location! really mid town so you could explore easily all around avoiding lots of transportation. Room was big and no big queue for the elevators (expect 8-9am for breakfast service). So all ok.

The bed cover needs to be replaced. The cleanliness of the room was not satisfactory; there were hairs and dust behind the door, we found a deodorant under the bed, which stayed there all 5 days during our stay... The breakfast was very average.

Το προσωπικό του πρωινού είναι καταπληκτικό καθώς και ο κύριος στη φύλαξη αποσκευών. Κοντά σε σταθμούς μετρό και σε πολλά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος.

Το ξενοδοχείο σε πολλά σημεία δείχνει μια κόπωση, χρειάζεται τμηματική ανακαίνιση. Επίσης καλό είναι όταν κάποιος πληρώνει κάτι παραπάνω για δωμάτιο city view να μπορεί να βλέπει έξω και όχι να βλέπει θολωμένα, λερωμένα τζάμια.

Le aree comuni sarebbero da modernizzare, sala colazione un po’ piccola e spesso la mattina devi attendere per sederti. Divanetti rovinati, per essere un Hilton sarebbe decisamente da sistemare. Alcune mattine c’è stata parecchia disorganizzazione al momento della colazione.

El desayuno aunque está incluido es muy básico no hay queso, jamón es decir nada de embutido, ni huevos. Si lo quieres debes pagarlo aparte y es costoso. En la zona hay muchas cafeterías para desayunar y recomiendo reservar el hotel sin desayuno.

Idealna lokalizacja. Blisko Penn Station i linii metra. Na roku wallgrins, McDonald i inne knajpki i sklepiki. Niedaleko duży Old Navy i trzy piętrowy sklep z przecenionymi ubraniami i nietylko. Pokój nieduży, a sam hotel nie jest najnowszy, ale czysty i wszystko sprawne. W pokoju żelazko i deska do prasowania, mikrofalówka, lodówka i ekspres do kawy. W łazience suszarka, szampon, odżywka, żel pod prysznic, balsam do ciała, żel do mycia rąk. Śniadanie w cenie jak na standardy amerykańskie całkiem dobre. Było pieczywo do wyboru, kilka słodkich wypieków, dżemy, mleko czekoladowe, płatki do mleka, masło orzechowe, jogurty, kremowy serek, soki, świeże pokrojone owoce, jabłka i banany. Oczywiście świeża kawa, herbata, woda i gorąca czekolada. Można było zamówić coś na ciepło z karty za dodatkową opłatą.

La stanza troppo piccola con moquette sporca, pulizia appena sufficiente, arredamento da rivedere. Colazione misera e solo dolce (resto a pagamento). Non c'era nessuno tipo di bevanda durante il giorno. Avevamo finito il bagnoschiuma da 2 GG e nessuno l'ha sostituito. Ho dovuto usare il mio personale.

The location of the hotel was excellent - right between 2 subway stations and between the lower and upper part of the city. The staff was very efficient and friendly. The room was an ok size for 3 people.

The bathroom was very dated. The ceiling and bathtub were starting to peel. It was quite difficult to find a comfortable water temperature when showering.

Personalet var generelt hjælpsomme og venlige. Hotellet har en rigtig god beliggenhed, tæt på alt og i en hyggelig gade. Vi ankom tidligt, og kunne aflevere vores bagage til opbevaring på hotellet indtil vi skulle checke ind. Størrelsen på værelset var fint

Værelset var meget slidt, og trænger til en renovering, havde forventet en noget højere standard da det er et Hilton hotel. Morgenmaden kan absolut ikke anbefales, den var meget skrabet, der er f.eks. intet pålæg, kun neutral cream cheese, smør og syltetøj. Vil du have lidt æg eller andet, skal du betale ekstra, og det er dyrt. Selvom vi havde bestilt med morgenmad, spiste vi der kun den første dag, resten af dagene spiste vi i byen. Damen i receptionen der skulle checke os ind om aftenen, var ikke særlig venlig, det virkede som om at det var til besvær at vi ville checke ind.

It's a bit old, but it's clean.Everything was very good, Housekeeping very good, location excellent, it was exactly what we needed for rest, and bath as we were exploring the city all day. The breakfast included is very limited but still it was something good to get your day started!

The air-conditioning was very high, and we got the feeling that the rooms had no ventilation, you could only achieve that by cracking the window only a little. The double room with two queen size bed are supposed to be for four people, the room is too small for four. Luckily, we were three.

All arrivo non andava il computer e non potevano fare il check in, siamo andati a fare un giro (tre ore)al ritorno era ancora tutto bloccato. Tutto il giorno in viaggio e non sono riusciti a darmi una camera per riposare,a quel punto ho contattato l'assistenza di booking ma nessuno mi ha risposto. Alla fine ho dovuto fare da solo ,preso bagagli e andato in altro hotel. Una cosa positiva è che ho chiesto l'annullamento gratis e l hanno accettato
