We were only blocks away from MSG which was our destination for the weekend. Our room was perfect with two beds for the three of us. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as there are many bagel shops the kids wanted to try.

There was nothing about the stay we did not like. Although fresh towels would have been nice. At least fresh wash clothes on the second day.

Location was great.Staff at front desk were very efficient and extremely helpful.

We have stayed 9 nights in this hotel, very cozy and comfortable, especially we liked the location a lot.

It was walking/public transportation distance to a lot of attractions also we were able to park on street for free on the weekends

Unfortunately for us, like a lot of New York, there was road works happening near by which meant no sleep in but didn’t bother you overnight. Air con was a bit hard to regulate but worked really well

Location was great. Room was a decent size for 4 people. We didn't have breakfast here, but they had delicious cookies set out throughout the day!

The AC unit in our room was broken. It would only blow out air through half of it. We also didn't want room service to come into our room so we set out the sign on the door handle but every time we returned from being outside, our AC was turned up to somewhere in the 70s when we originally had it in the 60s. The was my least favorite thing about this hotel.

Lobby bathroom not as accessible as I would have liked, but I like that there is one. The elevators just take a while to get to you and almost had an issue getting to a bathroom while the room one was being used.

Location and service were good. Free bottle of waters were a plus.

Breakfast was okay and that's the only area I'd like it to be better.

It is a convenient location within walking distance to Madison Square Garden and other NYC sightseeing locations.

The billing process was a bit confusing.

The location is the best point of the property, close to the empire state building, and if you can walk for 25/30minutes then times square, summit all are walkable. The subway station is close by as well, so location is the selling point. The room was very small, specially for us of family of four, the beds were good but the AC was noisy and leaking, it was a full of puddle next to it, needed to inform the staff to do something around it. Even though we were four, they kept on giving us only 2/3 towels, glasses in the room, so we needed multiple calls to the reception to ask for it. The breakfast is basic but get some warm food like eggs, sausages etc. pancakes are freshly made, children liked it.

The room allocated for four people should have been bit bigger, AC shouldn't have leaked.

Que quedaba cerca de la estación y del Madison Square Garden que era lo que necesitaba en ese momento. La amabilidad del personal de recepción y de la chica que nos limpiaba la habitación.

Es un hotel viejo que necesita una renovación urgente. Tiene dos únicos ascensores, muy lentos, para 8 personas, uno de los cuales estuvo estropeado al menos la mitad de la estancia con lo que nos acostumbramos a bajar por las escaleras, siempre durante la hora.del desayuno y gran parte del resto de veces en otros momentos.del día. Elegí el hotel porque ofrecía desayuno incluido pero la verdad es que, al menos las cosas calientes, eran realmente malas. Además el sitio se llena en seguida y no era raro ver gente subiendo sus desayunos a la habitación. En cuanto a la habitación es algo pequeña para 3 personas (ya no digo 4), las camas la ocupan prácticamente en su totalidad y no hay sitio para nada más. La ducha es de alcachofa, no hay "telefonillo" y eso es algo que hoy en día, echo de menos en un hotel. En nuestro baño además, la cisterna del inodoro estaba al borde de estropearse definitivamente y utilizarla era francamente incómodo. Y ya para acabar, aunque no es culpa del hotel y siendo la ubicación su mejor punto, la verdad es que la calle en si misma es terrible: Borrachos y drogadictos, a veces desnudos, tirados en la acera o tambaleándose por la calle, no hace que la experiencia de llegar al hotel sea lo mejor

Localização excelente. Todos os pontos turisticos principais acessíveis a pe. No periodo da tarde, das 16-17h cookis e vinho oferedidos. Café águas e chá disponiveis no looby durante 24h. Se voltar a nova york voltarei a ficar neste hotel pela sua localização.

Limpeza muito fraca Pequeno almoço com poucas opções. Hotel com apenas dois elevadores disponiveis para o numero elavado de quartos. Nas horas de maior afluência, torna a circulação muito difícil para quem está em andares intermédios, pois os elevadores quando param já veem demasiado cheios.

Konumu çok iyiydi temizdi. Fiyat performans olarak çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı standart ama çalışanlar çok temiz ve hızlıydı. Sürekli kahvenin olması ve kurabiyeleri çok lezzetli idi.

Kahvaltıda biraz daha alternatif olabilir. Bir de otelden araç yönlendirdiler bize bahsedilen fiyattan daha fazla istedi çingene pazarlığına çevirdi şoför. Biz işin içimde otel olasa o aracı tutmazdık havaalanına gidince böyle bir durumla karşılaştık sevimsizdi açıkçası.

Los desayunos no son muy variados. La sala de desayunos no está dimensionada para la capacidad del hotel por lo que la mayor parte de los días costaba encontrar sitio libre para desayunar.

Ótima localização, próxima a estações do metrô e atrações turísticas. O wine hour bem interessante diariamente das 16 às 17 com vinhos, frios e Cookies, além de café e água disponíveis a qualquer momento. Funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos.

Apartamento muito pequeno e limpeza do apartamento senti que deixou a desejar. O café da manhã é fraco e sem variedades, porém para uma cidade como NY ainda assim é uma grande vantagem.

Molt ben situat, a prop de tot. Habitació per 4 persones molt bé. Amplia amb llits molt còmodes i 4 calaixos grans per guardar la roba. L’habitació té una mini cuina però només té 2 cadires . Vistes espectaculars. Esmorzar correcte. A dalt hi ha un petit gimnàs i un terrat on encara hi ha millors vistes

Nos gustó todo, el hotel superó nuestras expectativas. Si es cierto que había sitios pequeños, como por ejemplo el espacio donde hay el desayuno, pero podías comer fuera del hotel, en la terraza, y se estaba muy agusto. El personal es muy simpático y resolutiva y las camas, aunque algo pequeñas, muy comodas. La limpieza y la ubicación perfectas.

Uno de los ascensores se rompía constantemente y generaba colas en el otro ascensor, tenías que esperarte un poquito más de lo deseado, pero tampoco era tan dramático. Cada día venían los técnicos a solucionar el problema.

Lokalizacja jest fantastyczna, łóżko wygodne, klimatyzacja cicha i dobrze działająca.

Sprzątanie polega na zabraniu ręczników i pościeleniu łóżka-nic więcej. Śniadania są bardzo niskiej jakości, do tego są jednorazowe talerze i sztućce. Bardzo słaba kawa, codziennie to samo.

The staff and the amenities was unbeatable. Free water, wine hour, unli coffee, good beds and 2 pillows each, very friendly staff.

Better rethink before booking. We were recently accused of smoking in our room and was charged $400 and when we told them none of us smoke, they proceeded to still charge us. Not friendly or willing to fix issues.

Good location. Clean comfortable rooms and beds. Great being able to hire a bike free of charge (although deposit required) from the hotel.

One elevator broke towards the end of the stay. Breakfast was often very cramped and busy.

Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ μικρά. Με δυσκολία χωρούσαμε όρθιοι 3 άνθρωποι. Τα κρεβάτια πολύ στενά για διπλα κρεβάτια, τα στρώματα πολύ άβολα. Το air condition ακουγοταν πάρα πολύ και το ένα εκ των δύο ασανσέρ ήταν συνέχεια χαλασμένο με αποτέλεσμα να περιμένουμε περίπου ένα τέταρτο για να κατέβουμε στη ρεσεψιόν.

The room was very cozy and clean, really liked that they give you free water all the time and you can take tea/coffee too. The staff was really nice, they let us make early check in. for sure I would stay again

La atención del personal y los servicios que ofrecían. El desayuno era muy surtido, tenían todos los dias una hora de vino y galletas gratis para todos los huéspedes. Las máquinas de café y a agua estaban disponibles 24/07 lo que le da una enorme diferencia al resto de hoteles en los que me he alojado, me encantó eso. Y en recepción ofrecían dulces y agua. Es mi primera vez alejándome en un Holiday y quedé impresionada, estaré probando más hoteles de esta cadena.

Creo que el tamaño de la habitación es lo único que podría mejorar. Era un poco ajustada para transitar y para abrir las maletas, no se veía como en las fotos.

I liked the location, the space and the staff, the place looked clean almost everywhere

The toilette was barely working and it was dirty. Also we paid for two queen bed and ended up getting 2 double bed instead. Also they made us pay much more then what was written online.

The hallway seemed really warm but we were there in August.

The hotel was in a good location and the continental breakfast was decent and helped save on breakfast

There is an additional 250 dollar deposit and if taken from a debit card it can take 14 business days to refund. I checked out on July 26, it is currently August 12 and still no refund. The deposit amount was not clearly stated when I booked and for the amount it takes to get the money book I would never book here again. Also check in was not a smooth process at all.

Good location, easy reach of subway stations, walkable area with shops, restaurants and drugstores nearby. Staff were pleasant. Room was clean and a decent size. Breakfast was pretty ok. Appreciated the option to request/pay extra for an earlier check in as we arrived early in the morning.

Personal preference, but a few sweet options (muffins, croissants, pastry etc) at breakfast would have been nice as not everyone wants a heavy, salty breakfast (eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy) every day. We weren't able to try the pancakes (great idea tho) as the line for the one machine was always long. Didn't especially appreciate having to pay extra for a mini refrigerator, thought that was a strange ask.

The staff was nice. The Breakfast was ok they changed it sometimes so you had a kind of varity. The AC worked well and was quiet. There were always bottles of water at the desk for the guests and also a drinking water dispenser in the lobby. Location is great, walking distance to Times Square, Empire State Building, Hudson Yards and to several subway stations.

The chairs on the outdoor sitting area are not safe!! We saw some chairs that were damaged or had loose parts. On the last evening of our stay, I fell of a chair and got hurt. Another guest saw me falling and called the hotel manager, the manager apologized and asked for help I had a little pain but felt not that bad but the next day I realized that I had a big bruise on my butt and the pain last for days. I contacted the hotel but I didn't received any answer that was very disappointing. The breakfast area is far too small. It was too crowed. The carpet in our room had a bad smell.

The location was great, I went to a concert at MSG and easily walked back to the hotel within minutes.

The price, but honestly the room, location, and experience made up for it being a little more than I wanted to pay.
