hotel is a little old. it was hard to find clean towels

Absolutely amazing location!! The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were spacious and had a mini fridge and microwave (huge bonus, a lot of places in the city don’t) which is super important if you’re like me, eating your way through the city and bringing home midnight snacks. When you walk out of the hotel, you’re in the perfect location to go shopping, visit Bryant Park, grab a BEC at Shama’s Deli on W 38th, hit up the subway which is conveniently a few steps away or simply walk around and take in the city. I’ve already recommended this place to friends visiting soon and I plan on taking another trip to the city and staying here 100%. I stayed at two Hilton Garden Inns during my stay in NY and will exclusively be staying with them in the future after the great experiences I had at both locations. I highly recommend this hotel for your next visit to the city!

No smoking area out front like the Hyatt next door. There’s a small outdoor area for guests and bar patrons, but no smoking or vaping allowed. It’s not a huge issue or a deterrent in any way, as you can easily just sit in the provided space next door at Hyatt or stand off to the side like other guests.

Old Air-conditioning unit in the room was noisy. Wasn't to warm in the room anyway so we turned it off. Room decor a bit dated but perfectly functional. Kettle in the room (in addition to the coffee pod machine) would have been nice.

Optamos por elaborar o nosso café da manhã já que o quarto dispunha de frigobar e forno de micro ondas. O quarto foi limpo todos os dias de forma impecável e os colaboradores atenciosos e solícitos. O hotel está, ao nosso ver, situado num local estratégico onde se fica relativamente perto da grande maioria das atrações.

Na verdade nós gostamos de tudo. Esta é a sexta vez que nos hospedamos em Manhattan e de todos os bons hoteis em que ficamos, o Hilton Garden Inn foi o melhor sem sombra de dúvidas.

Posizione perfetta per visitare la città!! Tutto raggiungibile a piedi, fermata della metropolitana subito fuori dall’hotel. Camera dotata di tutti i confort in più con vista Empire!!!! Top!

・アクセスがいい 地下鉄は複数の路線が使える。ペンステーションからも近いのでワシントンやボストンへの旅行や空港からの電車移動もできてかなり便利。タイムズスクエアやセントラルパークも徒歩で行ける。 ・着いてすぐにチェックインさせてもらえた 12時前に着いたがチェックインさせてもらえたので荷物を置いてシャワーを浴びることができた。 ・冷蔵庫がある ニューヨークでは冷蔵庫がないホテルが多いが用意されていてスーパーで買ってきた食料やのみものが入れられて便利 ・電子レンジがある ・清掃がしっかりされている ・シャワーの温度が安定している

・朝食はあまりおいしくない 10数個の中から一つパンか果物を選び、それの他にペットボトルの飲みものを一つ、ヨーグルトやゼリーを一つ選ぶスタイル。

Room was a bit dark, with few lights

Comfortable bed and pillows, accurate climate control, friendly staff. The location was excellent, and the view from our room was photo worthy. The microwave was a nice touch. Steps away from the Herald Square train station, we did not have to cross a street.

The coffee maker was fine, the available coffee K-cups were not up to par. If your reading this, try a half a cup of water, just to up the taste. Or, bring your own coffee K-cups. You will run into homeless people outside the hotel, but they seemed harmless, and it really is not the hotel's fault, just proceed with caution.

O quarto é bem escurinho; tudo de qualidade, cama, chuveiro, secador, travesseiro..; otima limpeza e atendimento cordial de toda equipe; mas o melhor ponto na minha opinião: a localização!

A localização é otima, central, tem um metrô do lado, que facilita muito! O quarto é pequeno, mas é confortável! A equipe da recepção é gentil, e o checkin e chekout é prático!

Café da manhã péssimo! Nao era self service, era uma lanchonete que você tinha quantidades de cada item para escolher. Ex: um café preto, uma bebida, um iogurte e tinha algumas opções de sanduiches (que estavam ruins). Eles cobran uma taxa de $20 para receber pacotes da amazon (nunca tinha visto isso), e o chuveiro do banheiro derrama muito água no chão!

Excellent staff at the reception, efficient, professional, friendly, happy to help and accommodate guests' requests. Spotless room, strong shower, comfortable bed. Last but not least, location of the hotel close to Penn station, subway stations, etc.

Breakfast was poor. Better to have it in one of the many eateries around the hotel.

Lo único que me gustó fue la ubicación.

El problema del Hotel es el ruido que tiene la habitación, no teníamos conectado el aire acondicionado porque no nos hacía falta, pero el de los vecinos de habitación hacía tanto ruido que tuvimos que comprar tapones. La última noche tuvimos que llamar a recepción porque, estando durmiendo, el aire de nuestra habitación se ponía en marcha, la apagamos y se encendía al rato. Al final mandaron un técnico que lo desconectó, tras desmontar el aparato. También la limpieza dejaba que desear, porque había pelos en el baño, y la sábana era muy pequeña para el colchón y en cuanto te movías un poco se quitaba, lo indicamos pero nos pusieron una igual.

Wish they had simple offerings daily like coffee and tea in the morning. This was offered only 1 out of the 4 mornings I was there.

Отель я не рекомендую, это второй отель на Манхеттене из нашей поездки, поэтому есть с чем сравнивать. Из хорошего: быстро вернули депозит, месторасположение рядом со станцией метро, напротив Macys, в номере есть микроволновая печь, удобная кровать, нормальный размер номера, есть места для хранения. Открывается окно.

Бесплатную воду дают при заселении один раз, дальше платно 10 долларов бутылка. При бронировании просили раздельные кровати, при заселении пообещали на следующий день поменять номер. Оказалось за раздельные кровати нужно доплатить 20 долларов в сутки. Завтрака в отеле нет, совсем, даже за деньги, в лобби продаются снэки. Неудобная лейка душа, торчит из стены, гибкого шланга нет. Включенный кондиционер шумит на всю комнату, спать не возможно. Тапочек, ватных дисков, и других наборов тоже нет, горничная, не говорящая по-английски, знаками мне показала все вопросы нужно задавать на ресепшен. На ресепшен попросили второе одеяло, они долго не могли понять зачем нам это нужно, в итоге одеяло так и не принесли! Персонал не заинтересован в клиентах. Лобби как такового нет, непонятная пустая барная стойка, которая всегда закрыта. Вывод- отель категорически не рекомендую, за такие же деньги можно найти намного лучше и с завтраком.

Café da manhã não compensa pelo valor que cobram, tem algumas opções e vc tem que escolher uma ou outra opção, e vc será servido. O atendimento tbm na área do café da manhã também deixa a desejar. Não é ruim mas preço pago a mais pelo serviço, deixou a desejar.

Clean, good size rooms, great location

Wygodne łożko, codziennie sprzątane pokoje. Hotel zlokalizowany w samym centrum Midtown, obok Empire State, idealne miejsce, metro zaraz obok hotelu.

Śniadania mi nie odpowiadały, typowo amerykańskie. Do wyboru jedna z kilku propozycji znajdująca się w lodówce koło lady,do tego jeden jogurt i maly pojemniczek z owocami, kawa i herbata bez ograniczeń. Kolejnym razem na pewno nie wykupowałbym dodatkowych śniadań tylko skorzystałbym z oferty knajpek zlokalizowanych w okolicy.

Toplage: alle Ziele in Midtown zu Fuss gut erreichbar, Subway direkt vor der Tür. Zimmer gut ausgestattet und mit etwas Glück mega Ausblick. CheckOut erst um 12 Uhr, so dass man auch am Abreisetag noch was unternehmen kann.

Un excellent séjour ! Le personnel est vraiment super, accueillant et attentionné. J’ai même eu la chance d’avoir une chambre au 27ᵉ étage avec une superbe vue sur l’Empire State Building. L’hôtel est vraiment très bien situé, la chambre était propre et bien équipée. Je reviendrai sans problème !

Le seul point négatif concerne le petit-déjeuner, qui n’est pas vraiment à la hauteur du standing de l’hôtel et pourrait être amélioré.

Excelente ubicación, con metro en la puerta, buena habitación con microondas, nevera y cafetera, reponen a diario café (de buena marca) y té. Camas muy cómodas. Buena limpieza y comodidad de instalaciones. Cuenta con una pequeña tienda con cargo directo a la habitación. Personal muy amable y casi todos hablan español.

Por decir algún pero, reponen las toallas a diario pero no siempre aciertan con el número de toallas, pero en la recepción te ayudan amablemente.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, la limpieza , la atención del personal muy buena.

The hotel location is ideal when traveling primarily in and out of Penn Station via train. All of the train lines we needed access to in order to meet others in the city were right there. While the area does tend to be quite a bit more touristy than others, it's a great location. The higher rooms (we were in 2206) have a great view of the Empire State Building which is an added bonus and would be nice for those who are maybe visiting the city for the first time. The shower pressure was spot on, room was clean, housekeeping did a great job of restocking, and the bed was comfy. Would stay here in a heartbeat if we needed to primarily maneuver from that area again.

The only slight hiccup was that 2 of our 4 pillows were definitely on their last legs and still fighting to survive a long forgotten war. However, the front desk staff were able to get us replacements quickly and with no issues.

False fire alarm went on twice on the same night, from 2am to 4am. Staff has no follow-up when they said they would.
