Posizione ottima, letti molto comodi, pulizia buona, bellissima vista dalla terrazza dove viene servita la colazione e dove e’ possibile cenare( vedi foto)

Le cameriere ai piani non sempre erano attente a riporre gli asciugamani per i tutti i componenti della camera o a verificare se i cosmetici per la doccia fossero sufficienti

The jacuzzi tub has mould growing in it! Major health and safety issue. We were forced to purchase caps before using the spa but the rest of the customers didn’t even wear any!

Excellent location just minutes away from Galata and taxis won't have to enter the busy streets if you want one. Super comfy beds. Great breakfast and even better views from the restaurant. Staff very helpful Very satisfied overall.

The AC needs some rework, it takes some time to cool the room on a hot day. The pressure of water in the shower was not great, just okay.

Everything was great, we enjoyed our stay and the locatin was really convenient. We were also very impressed with the staffs kindness and readiness to help with any of our request. Special thanks to Zara, she really made a big difference

Devo dire che tutta la struttura è bella anche se manca il classico corner per il turista.

Praticamente la mia stanza invivibile. Ha rovinato la mia esperienza ad Istanbul. Nelle richieste avevo richiesto parcheggio sicuro per la moto, che ho poi pagato circa 50 euro extra per tre notti ed evidentemente si sono fatti prendere la mano ed ho dormito dentro un parcheggio murato vivo. Allego la foto della vista della finestra della mia camera. Giudicate voi.

Очень вежливый, добрый и внимательный персонал. В номерах чисто и комфортно. Остались очень довольны обслуживанием!

Единственное, что немного разочаровало, — завтраки. К сожалению, нам показалось, что блюда были не очень вкусными. Возможно, это вопрос вкусовых предпочтений, но именно завтраки нам понравились меньше всего. Также не совсем удобное расположение: от Galataport до отеля нужно около 15 минут идти в гору, и физически это довольно тяжело, особенно после прогулок по городу.

Staff del ricevimento lenti e non molto efficienti. Inoltre siamo stati consigliati di andare in un ristorante prettamente turistico con prezzi esagerati.

The staff were amazing! Always ready to help. We needed help with the airline, the staff helped with translation and were available anytime we needed help. Zara at reception stands out. She helps with a smile.

The Concierge was not very friendly. The tall gentleman. I have never seen him smile. Everything is a hassle for him. The new concierge who started recently was absolutely amazing, he took a lot of time to explain things and recommended restaurants. For a five star property, you would expect more from the reception staff and the lobby was rather plain.

Zimmersauberkeit lässt viel Raum zur Verbesserung, Wasser war an einem Tag ohne Ankündigung plötzlich weg und kam erst nach 5-6 std. wieder zurück - keine Klospüllung, keine Dusche , Keine Rücksicht auf eingeschaltete PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB Licht - aggressives Läuten + Klopfen an der Tür um 8:30 in der Früh trotz eingeschaltenem Licht

La posizione nel quartiere di Pera e’ strategica. Colazione o cena sul rooftop sono da non perdere.

Lo staff non parla inglese, non sanno dare indicazioni su attività’ o ristoranti, e’ stata pessima la gestione dei pagamenti della colazione, abbiamo avuto problemi sia al check in che al check out ed infine siamo usciti (in 20 persone) senza ricevuta dei pagamenti fatti.

Blick aufs Goldene Horn wunderschön, Lage ideal: Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss und Metro erreichbar, auch der asiatische Teil gut erreichbar.

Nach einer 14-stündigen Fahrt wurde uns beim Check-in nicht einmal ein Glas Wasser angeboten. Während ersten 3 Nächten fiel Klimaanlage mindst. 5x aus, Wasser fiel für einen ganzen Nachmittag aus, Fenter sind undicht und da das Hotel an einer vielbefahrenen Strasse liegt sehr laut. Zimmer sind extrem dreckig und abgewohnt. Nach Beschwerde „reparierten“ sie das Fenster (hat nichts gebracht) und so erhielten wir ein kostenloses Upgrade (danke an den jungen Herren an der Rezeption!), was die schlechten Erfahrungen leider nicht kompensieren konnte.

Location: there are a lot of alternative nearby!

No running water and no reaction!!! We chose this hotel because we wanted to spend a couple of days exploring Istanbul and relaxing at the spa. We booked a 5-star Radisson expecting at least a basic level of comfort and service. Instead, we arrived to a hotel with no running water. After two flights and the journey from the airport, we couldn’t even wash our hands, let alone take a shower. I genuinely don’t understand how a supposed 5-star hotel can accommodate guests without running water — it is simply unhygienic. The room was also dusty, and our special request had been completely ignored. But the worst part was the staff’s attitude. They seemed completely indifferent. There was no meaningful reaction, no solution offered, no attempt to relocate us or otherwise resolve the situation. Nothing. We were only in Istanbul for a short stay, and the whole experience felt like the hotel was counting on tourists not having the time or energy to fight about it. We came expecting a 5-star hotel and spa experience and instead received an unacceptable, unhygienic stay with zero customer care. Absolutely not what you would expect from Radisson Blu — or frankly from any functioning hotel.

Parkplatz extrem teuer, der sollte in so einem Hotel im Preis inbegriffen sein! Bett Bezug war nicht sauber, als wir Bescheid gesagt haben dass es dreckig ist, kam ein Mann sehr genervt und hat das getauscht und ist gegangen ohne sich zu verabschieden oder sonst was.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly, the location is perfect to quickly access on foot many touristic sites. Our room had a nice view.

Местоположение около метро. Из аэропорта очень удобно добраться общественным транспортом . Рядом с прогулочной зоной. До любой достопримечательности рукой подать, это очень удобно.

Видно, что отель старый. Ванная комната разваливается. В душевой грибок и плесень на потолке. (Номер 326). Убирались хорошо, в мини баре всего полно. Но цены оч большие. Завтрак абсолютно не на 5 звезд. Я не привередливый пассажир и гость, но завтрак правда очень скудный. Яица , овощи, выпечка. Хотя качество продуктов хорошее. Менеджер и повара хотят и следят за обстановкой.

Very clean, good facilities including the gym, pool and sauna. Reception staff are attentive and courteous. Aykut has always a great help with attending to requests. Breakfast was very good too.

I stayed in the room with the terrace and outdoor bath. The view from the terrace was absolutely stunning. The room was comfortable and spacious. Nice facilities including a small swimming pool and sauna.

I arrived after the designated check-in time and had to wait 40 mins because the room wasn’t ready. The outdoor bath, for which I paid top dollar. wasn’t working when I arrived and I had to call reception and get them to send someone up to get the water going. The door to the balcony didn’t close from the outside which meant every time I went out to the balcony, when I came back the room was full of flies. Even to close it from the inside was a struggle because the catch is damaged. The table top of the outdoor dining table was loose.
