I had lost my earring and Mr deepak from housekeeping did a commendable job as it was a gold earring and it was very expensive. However Mr deepak kept on trying for almost 20-30 minutes and finally I got my earring. All thanks to deepak sir for being so helpful. Wish him all the best in his life.

I had a very disappointing experience at The Park, Navi Mumbai. The Food & Beverage department seems severely understaffed and poorly managed. Orders take an unreasonably long time to arrive, often resulting in other food items becoming cold while waiting. Service staff are rarely available, and it appears that everyone is occupied with their own tasks rather than attending to guests. There were multiple service lapses during my stay. On one occasion, I was asked to share a large table with strangers. Dirty dishes were removed, but food and spills left on the table were not cleaned. When I requested to speak with the F&B Manager regarding these issues, no one seemed to know how to facilitate this. The laundry service was equally disappointing. My clothes were not returned on time, and I had to repeatedly call and remind the staff to send them back. Most surprisingly, I was informed that dry-cleaning a blazer would take five days, which is far longer than expected for a hotel of this category. Overall, the property falls short on service standards, particularly in the F&B and laundry departments. The lack of responsiveness, attention to detail, and accountability made for a frustrating experience.

Generally a good choice. I always choose to stay here when I am traveling to Navi Mumbai.

This time the experience was terrible. 1. The first room was not clean and they changed room for me, things are solved. 2. Before check out that reception try to charge me twice. I understand he didn’t do it on purpose but can he double check before charge the client? Overall this stay was not pleasant and I will consider another hotel next time. Thanks.

The absolute highlight of my stay was the exceptional efficiency and hospitality of the front office team.A special mention goes to Kushboo from the reservations team, who ensured my booking was completely hassle-free and accommodated my specific requirements perfectly. Upon arrival, Vikas at the reception took charge and made the check-in process incredibly quick and welcoming, which is exactly what a business traveller needs. Both Kushboo and Vikas were absolutely helpful, professional, and attentive throughout my time there.The warmth and efficiency of the staff here make it an ideal choice for business professionals. I highly recommend this property and will definitely choose it for my next corporate visit!

I stayed at The Park Navi Mumbai for 8 days and I absolutely enjoyed it. It was a very very comfortable stay. The hospitality at the hotel is amazing. The first thing that touched me was that my room was always impeccably clean and so well turn down by housekeeping whenever I returned from my long day. Shiba and colleagues would always smile and greet me and make really nice towel art. Small touches that make your day. Rimi, Sagar and Shubham at the restaurant would always take special care always asking if I needed something. Really enjoyed the food especially the live counters at night led by Sous Chef and his team. Faizan the beverage manager and his team at Dusk- Anup and Jajo were excellent hosts, smiling and tending to each of my need. As a business hotel, the kind of confort and hospitality offered is what makes it worthwhile especially when you are away from home. Kudos to the Park for such brilliantly trained staff. Would love to be back soon!

Food quality is not good and we informed for the cab at 1:30pm but still cab was not there and we had to wait even if they knew we had a flight catch. Also the bathroom was dirty not cleaned properly and also during checkin time I had to wait for a long because the room was not ready ..

Our stay at The Park, Navi Mumbai was extremely disappointing. Upon check-in, the front desk informed us that we were being upgraded to a better room. However, when we reached the room, the key card did not work, and we had to wait for the issue to be resolved before gaining access. Shortly after settling in, the room experienced a power outage. When we contacted reception and requested a room change, our concern was not handled professionally. Instead of addressing our request, the call was abruptly disconnected, and an electrician was sent to the room. The room was also missing basic amenities such as tissue papers, and communication with the reception was consistently difficult, as staff often failed to hear or understand us during phone conversations. Overall, the service standards fell far below expectations, resulting in a very unpleasant guest experience. Regrettably, we do not intend to stay at The Park again and would not recommend it based on this experience.

This hotel hits all the needs for American travelers. Soft bed Good pillows Adjustable a/c Clean linens Quiet rooms. Best hospitality None of these are guaranteed in India, even at top rated hotels So pay attention to reviews from Americans that know what other travelers want. The hospitality at this hotel by every member of the staff was incredible. Even the room cleaning guy helped me with a heavy bag one day when no one else was around. The restaurant staff remember what drink you love and had it ready when you arrived

My husband and I have returned for the second time to The Park Hotel in Navi Mumbai so that he could see his medical team at the nearby Apollo Hospital. Once again, we have been impressed by the hotel itself, the wonderful staff and the care with which our needs have been met. Our room steward Anil Joiswal has welcomed us with creative towel art and competent care for our room. All of our transportation needs have again been met by Concierge Supervisor Ashok Pandurang Nirphal who has also shared ideas of where we can walk nearby and local sites of interest we have visited with his help. The restaurant staff and bar staff do everything they can to accommodate us. The management is kind, attentive, and professional. They work as a team. We were even invited to plant trees on the hotel grounds on World Environment Day! Great stay! We would unreservedly recommend The Park to anyone who has reason to visit Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

Bussiness Trip - very Great Rooms and atmosphere

I stayed in The Park Belapur for 5 days. My stay was an absolute best, from housekeeping, in room dining and breakfast everything was well taken care.. I would like to thank Pallavi, she made my breakfast time peaceful by helping with multiple options. I thank Anil Jaiswal from housekeeping for putting an extra effort. I would recommend the place specially for families.

Was her for a business visit. It was overall a great experience and didn't face any issue throughout the stay. Sanghmitra, shravani and Advait assisted us well and ensured smooth stay. Recommended to all.
