Food was not upto the mark. The tariff charged to me for 3 extra hours was full day .which is expectable with such a big brand. Items mention in the menu comes different at table.

It was a pleasant stay.

The toiletries was not enough. We were 2 people and only 1 pair of slippers was there in the room and only 1 tooth brush was there. This was totally not appreciated. During dinner there was a chaos at the live counter with long queue for roti and Naan.

My tea cup at breakfast had a left over lipstick stain when I brought it to their attention the staff changed it however the chef came out saying it was a paint mark. I know what a lipstick stain looks like and secondly why should a paint mark even be on a tea cup. They didn’t wash it properly and tried to cover up. PS It wasn’t my lipstick as I wasn’t wearing one that day. So chef should have accepted and made the necessary changes instead of covering up.

Presentation of the B/F is average. Can be far better. Make it livelier. Use some better colors to give a new vibe to the entire eating area. Tea gave a feeling of being stale ... I would rate that below average. Your salt and pepper should always be on each table before customer ask for it. Overall spread is good.

We were staying at the Courtyard by Marriott and needed an airport transfer at 5:30 AM. We had requested the transfer in advance and were informed that Shadan would coordinate it, but we never received any confirmation. In the morning, despite multiple attempts, no one answered our calls. Fortunately, we managed to make our own arrangements, but this caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience before our flight. We would appreciate an explanation as to why the transfer request was not followed up and why the front desk was unreachable at such an important time.

We liked the proximity to the new airport and the staff around the concierge are warm and helpful.

The cleanliness of the room was poor. The room was clearly not cleaned thoroughly. The floor was dusty. Another thing which we disliked was the service in their restaurant. After we placed our food order, you literally had to pray to get any staffs attention. All of them stood around the kitchen with their backs facing us. The service was slow.

The service was great. Snehit from the front office was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Same with the HK staff that serviced our room.

The breakfast on the last day was quite subpar. The breakfast pasteries seemed old and dry and even the hot food was not of the quality expected of a marriott. We waited 45 mins after ordering coffee that never came and finally went back to our room and ordered some off of swiggy.

Better late than never. We sincerely thank you for all the arrangements and efforts put into making everything so special at Malang. The setup was beautifully done, the staff was extremely humble and courteous, and the food was absolutely delightful. The ambience created the perfect atmosphere, and the ghazal night was truly the cherry on top. Special appreciation and heartfelt gratitude to Shruti for setting everything up so wonderfully and ensuring every detail was taken care of so perfectly. A big thank you as well to the entire team for their warm hospitality and dedication. Special mention to Aditya Mehta (Manager), Vishwajeet, and Nayan for their humble support and exceptional service throughout the event.

Chef Shailendra is a very nice person. Mutton bilkul waisa banaya jaisa chahiye tha, taste was amazing. Nature bhi bahut polite and friendly hai. Highly recommended!

His support truly made a difference. My heartfelt thanks to Priyanka from the Housekeeping team, who consistently ensured my room and bed were perfectly prepared by the time I returned every day. Priyanka, your handwritten “Welcome back home” note was a very thoughtful gesture and truly appreciated 😊. I would also like to thank Ashwini for her excellent hospitality in the restaurant, ensuring my meals were served on time and thoughtfully managing my specific nutritional requirements. That said, I would like to share a few areas where I believe improvements can be made: Kitchen & Chef Experience On a few occasions, I experienced rude behavior from the chefs when requesting certain food items. The response was simply that the items were not on the menu and could not be served, without any attempt to suggest alternatives. Additionally, there were instances where the food was not served as ordered, and the taste did not meet expectations. Gym Facilities The gym currently has only two mats, and there appears to be no arrangement for cleaning them after use. Given hygiene expectations, especially in shared fitness areas, this is something that should be addressed. Overall, while the hospitality and service from individual staff members were commendable, addressing the above concerns would significantly enhance the guest experience. Thank you for taking this feedback into consideration.

My stay was a short business stay but it was one of the best stays I've had in a long time. And the entire credit for that goes to the people at this property. A big thank you to Priyanka and Lekha from the front office team. Prajwal who was the FO manager was also very efficient and helpful. My check in process was incredibly smooth. And more importantly, my check out was even smoother. This is the only hotel where my invoices were emailed to me within minutes of me checking out. I didn't have to follow up with anyone. Well done! Abdul, at the main door to the lobby was helpful, friendly and always ready with a smile to greet everyone. Coming to the F&B team - the quality of food was very good (for IRD). The breakfast spread could be better from a quality and taste perspective. However, the service stood out again. My IRD order was delivered exactly as I had asked for - thank you Shubham. A big call out to Yash who handled my breakfast during both the mornings of my stay. He remembered from day 1 that I asked for warm water when I sat down and on day 2, without needing a reminder, he proactively brought me my glass of warm water. This level of customer service doesn't happen very often and deserves recognition. Also call out to Mahesh who was also on breakfast service. He was extremely observant of all the tables and proavtively cleared all the plates within seconds. I enjoyed my stay and found it very stressfree, which is what you want when you travel regularly. Thank you to the entire team at this property.

Have been staying there from the week it opened and till now, the hotel has grown in terms of both food experience and comforts being offered. Check in and check-outs are always fast. Mobile key allows you to roam free. The pool at 8th floor is an experience in itself, so is the view from the room, if you are fortunate to have stadium view, like I did :) The breakfast spread is good and all the items are tasty especially local and north Indian, I think their South Indian dishes could have been better and they should let someone from their South chain to come and train their chefs as I found dosas, idlis and for that matter even malabar paranthas lacking the authenticty and taste. Another point of imp[roement is the service, especially during evening buffet at Pavallion where items ordered on live stations takes a looooooong time to reach the table. Fortunately the Restaurant Manager, took care of the same when brought to her notice but these things should not have happened, in first place. Overall might please with stay and hope the comments are taken in right spirit to make this a wonderful jewel in Marriott properties.

The location is very good. Really good view of the stadium on the 12th floor. Comfortable and good sized beds and room was spacious and clean - the beds are twin double beds which was very good.

The auto rickshaw stand is about 5-6 minutes walk. Pool was very cold . Breakfast is the same every day with no variety - this needs to be looked at. Baked beans watered down - not nice.

We stayed overnight at the hotel , this was our second stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Right from Pranjwal Nalawade taking care of us at reception for a smooth check in and even made our check out process very delightful.He was very kind and courteous. We dined at the Malang restaurant and the food , service and ambience was amazing . Sanjay who took care of our table was courteous and knowledgeable . The food was much nicer than we had expected .. the chef also made his way to our table for a quick chat and shared his experiences. We are coming back

The hotel is comfortable, modern, and visually very appealing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The lounge on the 8th floor was really impressive! A great atmosphere with live music, good cocktail options, and tasty appetizers. I truly enjoyed spending time there.

The dinner at the main restaurant was disappointing, offering only local dishes with no international options. Breakfast was also below expectations; the only things I could really eat were omelets and pastries. Considering this is a Marriott property, I expected a higher standard, especially when it comes to food.

Visited Malang speciality restaurant in courtyard Navi Mumbai hotel, we love the food there, ambience , and the cleanliness. Also Mr. Sanjay was amazing with his service and hospitality. We will Definitely visit again.

I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai and was extremely satisfied with the overall service. The staff were consistently attentive, and the restaurant (breaskafast/lunch/dinner) was a highlight — the Indian cuisine offered plenty of gluten-free options. Overall, an excellent stay. I would gladly choose this hotel again.

The surrounding area is quite busy, with a main road that has heavy traffic day and night. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend requesting a room facing the stadium side, which is noticeably quieter.
