Very nice environs. Good buffet breakfast. Good Location for local meetings and close to new airport. Helpful staff.

Staff at the hotel are the best

It was quite and clean

I didn’t like that the cleaner would clean around my feet with her broom… literally whilst we were trying to enjoy breakfast. And that as soon as you put your cutlery down someone would start clearing the table. There are only 8 loungers at the pool and the hotel is no where near any tourists attractions with very little to do other than get an uber for a very long drive to Marine Drive.

I was upgraded to a bigger room, which I liked

The property is located in an industrial area and the approach road is not good. I mean, it is surrounded by factories on both the sides.

broken glass water bottle was kept in room , we even drank from it only to notice much later that a piece of glass was missing from the crack site, the staff did apologise and by Gods grace nothing Hazardeous happened to us but very careless room service, no words the location and access to the rooms was poor, we had to take a lift to top walk to cross building then go down with another very small like service lift, I wonder what is the emergency escape , very disappointing moreover my family member was on wheel chair, no consideration from front desk staff to give room closer to elevator in the main building

Had a really great experience at the property. The suite apartment was really spacious, well lit and neatly maintained with almost every amenity one could ask for. Special thanks and mention to Mr. Abhinav Prasad (Asst Housekeeping manager) who was so warm and supportive to us throughout our stay - he made sure to cater to every request of ours and actually go above and beyond to offer more than what we asked.

I was very impressed with the level of hospitality they offer, the staff at this place is simply excellent. Each and every person I spoke to only tried to make my experience better. The associate at the reception desk upgrade my booking to a premium one. The floor staff help me with my luggage, got my deliveries from outside, room service staff paid attention to detail, the management at the Hill View lounge caters to each and every request. Long story short, I cannot recommend this place more.

Well furnished big neat and clean rooms great stalf .In breakfast chefs all good and kind and very sharp in their duties Food and the spread is one of the best in this whole trip of womens world cup tv crew.

We stayed here for the last week at the end of a long trip. The executive apartments experience was outstanding. The spacious rooms, layout, appliances, room servicing, Jonsy in particular, comfortable beds, laundry and all other amenities were spot on. We had a most relaxing end to our long visit, and thank the manager and staff for their courtesy, attention to detail and friendly attitude - they certainly deserve their high star rating. Additionally, the food in Hillview Restaurant and Mizuki Asian fusion restaurant was first class and reasonably priced. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this establishment if we were in this part of the world again. Exceptionally good venue for business travellers.

We recently went to Hillview Cafe at Marriot Executive Apartments, Navi Mumbai for The Diwali Affair. ( Lunch). The reception was cordial and the ambience was also good. Our booking was for 1230 hrs, but we had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the management to organize the buffet. But it was worth waiting. There was variety of salads and the normal soups. I liked a special soup Khow Suey, , a south Asian noodle soup with Burmese origin. It tasted very well. There was a combination of Chicken keema with Pav and normal Pav Bhaji. Mutto lazeez and Murg Rara were incredible. Murgh Biriyani was a normal one. Fish chilli was fantastic. There was a host of vegetarian dishes. The continental dishes included grilled fish in lemon butter sauce, mushroom fricasse. Frankly speaking, we were able to taste only a few of the dishes available. The most remarkable was the large spread of desserts. The presentation of the desserts with the two cakes at central place indicated originality and great planning. Nut caramel Entremet was simply mouth watering. Hazlenut Praline with crispy hazlenuts was fantastic. I will never forget the taste of these items. The Indian delicaies Karanji , laddu were ordinary and nothing special. Overall the lunch was very enjoyable with very courteous service . I noticed that the number of guests were less on a festival day.

Bad customer service

The Hill View Cafe had an amazing breakfast spread! The staff Mayur, Novel and Abhijeet went an extra mile- commendable customer service!!! The sundowner at Mizuki on 32 Floor is all worth it! Pan Asian cuisine definitely worth the try Will be coming back for sure

High prices

Rooms in other building were bad . Regular visitor . AC was not working . Those rooms were very bad

Spacious rooms

Although it is a great property but the management is poor and you can feel and see it in many places. The breakfast is good, but you will smell like fried food, the vent was not working properly. The refill were late and behind. We asked specifically for a quite room, we were given a room on the second floor of the shorter building that had massive construction going on. We arrived 5am and woke up to the sound of drilling and bumping at 8. However later a receptionist was very kind to change our room the next day to the 10th floor of the main tower. More interesting , the request for the rooms was never answered by the hotel. The ac had problems. In the first room eas freezing, it was 13 degrees and the second room was not working to well The address is very very confusing for Uber and drivers, most of the time you have to walk to the main road. The security stop for entering the hotel is too much and a pain in the neck.

Hotel was immaculate, the staff at hotel could not do anything more for you they were so friendly in every interaction and professional. Hotel was great standard and the room was spacious with lots of storage.

Breakfast was great with a wide variety of different Indian breakfast live stations and continental option too. The staff at Hill View restaurant were top…so attentive to your needs and went the extra mile. Thanks to Mayur and JP, we really enjoyed the dining experience.

Not Marriott standard at all. I mistook for the same housekeeping and cleanliness level that Marriotts have. It’s a mistake. The seepage issue is across, stained sofas in room and restaurants. Stained tiles broken ones, leaking walls, not so clean toilet and sinks. Not a good experience at all. Felt cheated honestly, have had better experiences in terms of cleanliness in not Marriott level properties too. Breakfast buffet and staff at restaurant is the saving grace though.

Comfortable and relaxing. Food was great. Could add more starters for vegetarians. The appetizers served were average to say the least.

I went there for my birthday and I had a best time. Rooms are so huge and comfortable...They pamper me with room decoration for my birthday and also sent a special cake. We as family had an amazing time 😊 Dinner at their 32nd floor Asian restaurant Mizuki was super experience. Thank you.... will come back again
