Great customer care. All staff including restaurant could not have done more to ensure a pleasurable stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, we were on a motorbike and the underground car park was a bonus. When we explained that we needed to leave at 07.00 to get our ferry the guy on reception immediatly offered a take awa y breakfast to have on the ferry which we though was very good service.

The room was a little chilly and the water could have been hotter.

Staff very friendly and helpful,, meal in the bar was nice, Room was clean and comfortable. and easy to get to with all our motorcycle gear. Underground car park was a bonus. Breakfast was great.

We were really looking forward to using the swimming pool but then discovered that swimming caps were compulsory although they did sell them for £4 each. My bald husband, quite rightly, refused to buy and wear a swimming hat as he has no hair, so we didn't get to see the pool which was really disappointing

The decor of the hotel was amazing the position was perfect and the staff were lovely.

My wife and I needed to be at the Rosslare ferry port at 7 am . The breakfast was included in our price but didn't start till 7 am they gave us a packed breakfast which included a croissant, cookie,small orange juice, a piece of fruit and coffee. We would have preferred a cooked breakfast seems as we had payed for it . We feel the breakfast should start at 6 am.

Breakfast was very good, well organized and great selection to suit everyone. The rooms were very pleasant, clean and comfortable. We didn't eat dinner in the hotel but instead strolled down the street and loved the fact that the hotel was so close to shops and restaurants. Wexford is a beautiful town and the hotel is in a perfect location, near all amenities.

Great hotel and very comfortable. Room excellent on the Forth floor overlooking the courtyard below and great sea views in the distance. It's an upmarket hotel for a reasonable price per night with breakfast included and location excellent.

Location is very central Room was spotless and had air con which was needed for a good night's sleep this summer. Free parking.

Great to see a gluten free section for toast and cereal but this could be improved with a gf scone/ pastry/ muffin. Pillows were uncomfortable but maybe personal preference!

I booked 2 rooms for 3 people, I find it difficult to understand why a single room costs €10 more than a double room.

Stort rom, gode senger og veldig sentralt. Flott at det er treningsrom og basseng tilknyttet hotellet. Fint å kunne velge mellom tykke og tynnere puter. Flott utsikt fra rommet.

Frokosten er litt stusselig. Det er kun små pakker med to- tre syltetøy til pålegg. Kunne godt hatt ost og skinke og grønnsaker i tillegg.

Nice view from the room, comfortable bed and a very good breakfast.

Signs of penny pinching cutbacks in the room, single ply toilet paper/tissues, cheap toiletries and one single small container of water for two guests. Not good enough for a four star hotel.

The breakfast was good except the rashers were dry and this is the same in most Hotels

I did not see the option of Continental breakfast and bar prices seemed higher than I expected in the Bar

Great building and facilities. Staff were excellent. Great service.

Tea/coffee hadn't been replenished in the room. TV wasn't working. (Staff addressed these issues very quicky) Breakfast in the morning was cold.

We were on a lower floor which looked out to what we think was the car park. Room was dark even with curtains open and very noisy which wasn't the best as we had been traveling for 26hrs

Location great with parking on site. Public areas airy and bright lots of places to sit. Bed comfortable and room had everything needed but too small to have a double and single in, felt very cramped

Disappointed by room …felt like in a dungeon! Scaffolding outside window. Room smelt damp when entered …extractor in bathroom not working …maybe reason?

The hotel was excellent . The staff were excellent . The food in the hotel was excellent . Overall it was an excellent hotel to stay in for a short break .

The staff were all great and the position within the town was excellent. Food was good with plenty of choice.

Attention to detail was a little disappointing: broken phone in room, no drinking water provided in room following burst pipe and very discoloured water, hair in shower etc

Our room was nice and the location was good. We left really early but enjoyed the bagged breakfast they provided to us. They were nice and called a taxi to take us to the port for the ferry.

The check in process was too long . We believe they wait until 4 pm to check everyone in and then they only had one or two people doing the check in . Our room didn’t have a tv remote and it took two reminders to get one brought to us.

Good location in centre of Wexford. Spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, free garage parking for motorcycle.

Breakfast could be better on both mornings. Going forward the security of the hotel I felt it was easy for even the ordinary person to get to the bedrooms

The hotel is very nice, central to everything,clean and nice breakfast,plenty of choices.

It's missing a little of the old charm, hopefully get back, after the summer, I'm sure very busy.

The location was great, so central near everything like shops, restaurants and bars.

The breakfast was very basic, could have had a better selection of continental style. We stayed in a family room but the double bed was very small.

The room was big clean and great view of beautiful courtyard and had a walk in shower and big bed and single bed The lobby had great seating looking out on courtyard and courtyard was lovely The bar food and restaurant and breakfast food and service was great The household and service staff were a credit to the hotel

That entrance to corridor to rooms needed key to get in but no notice of this and no notice of needing room card to get to upper floors and not easy to reach reception and this one area (reception understaffed) and this area could benefit from more helpful friendly staff

Kamer was netjes. Ontbijt goed, wel druk.

Douchen in het bad en geen badmat terwijl er een bordje op de muur zat om de mat te gebruiken voor je eigen veiligheid. Geen haarfohn. Alleen water in de minibar.

Proper bed fot our 8 year old nephew ( ie not a camp bed) room spotless and lovely.

Lack of choice on bar menu no lasagne steak sandwiches etc very poor . I also ordered fish no peas and fries weren't great. Also breakfast waiting 4 minutes for fried eggs not a lot of choice and was cold when I ate it. Only thing good was the tea. !

Location was great, fast check in, large room. Nice swimming pool and sauna. Car park.

Facilities quite dated. Shower valve was faulty in our room and kept fluctuating from freezing to boiling. Shower gel dispenser was empty. No hand towels in the room.
