I suggest some coat hook racks that you can hang jackets and coats on when you come in from outside as tiny wardrobe is not really sufficient .

The rooms are exceptionally small and there’s hardly any space to move around. The parking in the hotel is difficult to book and expensive. The staff were very helpful in finding an alternate parking space. There is a drop off zone just outside the property where there were at least 7-8 cars that had been parked for a few hours (it’s a drop off zone!!!). There was no way for us to unload the bags. Had to go to the alternate parking before dragging our things to the room.

The extremely bright light in the bathroom. Very dazzling at 2 and 4am. The shower leaked.

We complained and they comped our parking $30. Terrible response given the room was so much worse than the one we had booked and paid for.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026The staff were so kind, helpful, polite and cheery. Especially Delvinder, who went the extra mile for us. The rooms were so clean and comfy, the location is slap bang next to the cathedral, and opposite Wendy's if youre in need of a burger! Shops are just round the corner, and Riverside .arket is just a few minutes' walk away!
The a/c wasn't massively effective, and the room felt a bit stuffy at times.

Egyhangú volt a reggeli, hiányoltuk a friss zöldséget.

チェックイン時、支払い済みの領収書の確認をされたが後々確認してみたら、別のホテルのものをだしていたことに気づき、いろいろ心配になった。
