Reviewed Sep 18, 2026It was a good location, room was clean, staff friendly. There was an issue with the bedding which was instantly resolved by housekeeping.
The taking of credit card details incase of damages? Not advised prior to booking and payment. Breakfast not great, cold baked beans? Salad with balsamic vinegar, fatty bacon..I wouldn't recommend! Not at all an English Breakfast... A good location however, as it's located in the centre of town there was a lot of road noise throughout the night, would benefit from some decent soundproofing?

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Excellent value for money - our room rate included breakfast as well. Literally less than 5 min stroll to Riverside Market and all the shops on your doorstep. The staff were so friendly, the room was spacious. Bed was comfy and the shower was awesome. The rooftop bar is def worth a visit both for breakfast and for a post dinner drink. We will be back, couldn’t fault this hotel. Thanks for a lovely stay and a lovely card on arrival in our room.

Only the fact that it had no parking and although we didnt need it this visit, it would be helpful for future visits.

Breakfast was ok. I do feel that the cooked food could have been a little hotter. Nicely presented though.
