Gardenia Hotel

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I liked the view, staff was great and different kinds of meals made of potato😁👌🏻 A special thank you to the owners for keeping the restaurant with its spectacular view instead of replacing it with additional rooms. You truly can't imagine how amazing it feels to have a meal with that view. It makes your stay at the hotel unforgettable Thank you also for making room cleaning feel completely seamless and never intrusive. I have stayed at many 5-star hotels where housekeeping can sometimes feel like an interruption which was not the case for this hotel Such small seemingly insignificant things add up to your overall impression. The staff is professional, polite, and very attentive. What I appreciated most is that they seem to pick up on your mood.they know when you simply want to relax and give you your space. It takes a certain level of professionalism to do that welland I appreciated it a lot. The managers are attentive and make sure that your requests are taken into account. You can really feel that the hotel is well managed and that they truly care about your experience

The only things i would improve are making the fruit available for a longer period of time and perhaps doing a little more about smoking in the common areas, as there was quite a lot of it. I also wish the chairs were cleaner or made of the material on which you cant see the stains But still, you could still find a nice spot for yourself and enjoy the hotel.

Die Lage war direkt am strand und zentral..

Leider für Vegetarier nicht geeignet es gibt nicht mal pommes beim Abendbuffet ... Und leider ist es extrem laut die Türen sind schlecht und werden laut zugeknallt dazu nur 90% rentner die um 7 uhr morgens lautstark im Flur reden... Betten sind mir leider auch zu hart...

Oude fitness apparaten die gewoon kapot waren, eten viel erg tegen

Güzel bir lokasyonda her yere yakın temiz bir oteldi, yeniden ziyaret ettiğimde tercih edeceğim nokta olacaktır. Huzurlu ve sakin bir oteldi, akşam yemekleri ve kahvaltıları çeşitli ve lezzetliydi.

Nemohl mě navštívit manžel s dětmi na pokoji.

Very Cheap mentality hotel. You have to pay for the safety deposit, rent a beach towel, rent Chairs and Umbrella at the beach, and for consuming bottle water at dinner. The above rendered the whole stay tinted by the hotel greed for every Lira

Konaklama genel olarak memnun edici idi. Öncelikle konumu çok iyi yerde. Genel olarak temiz bir hotel.

Personeller guler yuzlu ve yardimsever. Yemekleri harika. Odalar temizdi ve gunluk temizlik yapiliyordu. Gezilecek her yere yurume mesafesinde, tatilimi tekrar burada yapmak istedigim bir otel.

Otele değil evime gelmiş gibi hissettiren bir ortam .. konumu eşsiz Denizin sonsuzluğu Alanya kalesinin manzarası ile birleşmiş ve bu unutulmaz doğanın karşısında Türk mutfağın lezzetlerininin keyfini çıkartıyorsunuz. 30 senedir vazgeçmek istemediğim Alanyanın simgesi olmuş Gardenia Oteli

Çalışanlar çok yardımcı oldu.

Perfekt läge vid den vackra Kleopatrastranden nedanför den gamla borgen. Stadens absolut bäst belägna restaurang högst upp i huset med en magnifik panorama-utsikt. Middagen serveras tillsammans med en orange-röd solnedgång! Välskött väletablerat hotell med mycket professionell rutinerad personal. Utmärkt städning. Väldigt bra utbud av mat i bufféerna tillagat av en fantastisk kökschef med personal! Passar för alla sorters gäster. Nära till allt. Mycket prisvärd kvalitet!

Fint väletablerat hotell med utmärkt service. Rent och snyggt. Varierat och rikt utbud vid frukost och middag. Läget är perfekt, nära restauranger, kaféer, linbana, strand, museum, kulturcenter, utegym, lekparker mm. Passar alla typer av resenärer.

Plaj ve wifi paralı olması dışında iyi bir otel. Konumu ve plajı güzel. Odamızı değiştirmemiz gerekti ve resepsiyondaki hanım yardımcı olup sorunu çözdü. Teşekkürler

Beklentilerimizi ziyadesiyle karşıladı. Çok memnun kaldık. Herşey çok güzeldi

This hotel shouldn't be rated 4 star, nor all inclusive( maybe partial in the best case) and they should say that parking is limited.

Bir daha ki geldiğimde havuzu ve spa yI da kullanmak istiyorum

Ensin tarjottiin yhden hengen huonetta kahdelle, sänky 140cm. Vaihdettiin huone isompaan jossa sängyt 2x90cm. Ok. Paitsi alin kerros joka oli iso miinus. Yleiset tilat hämärät, samoin myös oma WC- surkeat valot. Ruoka perus mössöä, ei hyvä. Oli huono valinta tämä hotellli.

Excellent location near to everything but hotel area was calm. Beautiful garden to sit and relax and nice view from the rooftop restaurant. Food okay, not great. Overall really good experiance.

Hotellet var bra og sentral beliggenhet. God mat når du bestilte mat fra menyen, men middagen som var inkludert i pris var ikke så spennende. Personellet snakket mest tysk utenom tyrkisk, da de får mest turister fra Tydkland, ikke enkelt å kommunisere på engelsk. Tilbyr massasje og tyrkisk bad på hotellet som var et pluss.

de kamers waren schoon en er was een goede service voor hen, maar het diner was bijna hetzelfde type, het hotel komt helemaal niet overeen met 4 sterren, in het algemeen zou ik nooit meer naar dit land terugkeren

Хороший отель,с чудесным видом как из номера на море так и из ресторана, находящегося на верхнем этаже. Так как основной контингент,живущий в отеле,это немецкийе пенсионеры,то естественно в отеле тихо,особой движухи не наблюдается.Брали отель на завтраках,они довольно неплохие,но в принципе скромные,мясного на завтраке почти нет. Своих денег отель стоит,добротная такая четверка.

I liked the location, room size. I didn’t like the fact that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. A four star hotel should have these.

Oppholdet var fint; mest pga hotellets helt unike beliggenhet og personalet. Syns likevel å merke at tilbudet av mat ikke var på nivå med hva jeg har erfart tidlegere. Tror kanskje dette er viktigere enn hotellet tror ... Må dessverre melde at også denne gangen forsvant ting (et kostbart armbånd) fra rommet...

The property has very good location. close to nice restaurants, shopping area, beautiful park and nice sandy beach. The breakfast and dinner in fifth floor with sea view. Food is good, a lot of veggies and fruits. Good value for money. There is a lot two, three and four stare hotels close to each other which sometimes get noisy.

Good hotel in alanya. It takes 1 mim to the beach. Hotel was nice and clean. Very close to the shopping and restaurants. Outstanding food in dinner. Very poor breakfast. We had 7 amazing days in alanya.
